Very smooth process buying from these guys. Our salesman was Josh, he was very helpful and knowledgeable in the steps of buying our new machine. If and when I did have a question or concern with the machine that he could not answer he was very prompt in getting the answers I needed. We had a door alignment issue that was very minor and I planned to adjust once we were home. Josh took it upon himself to grab the tools and make sure it was right before we left. Great to work with. We called beforehand to see what they had in stock while shopping around for our sons first dirt bike. I should have asked the out the door bottom line price before driving an hour there, but was so excited they had something in stock. They mentioned typical fees over the phone and I thought okay a few hundred dock etc plus tax. They had those typical fees PLUS an etch fee (which gratefully they removed) PLUS $1100 for assembly and freight on a $2300 bike. They mentioned this is typical for their shop and its that high of a percentage for ATVs as well. I was a bit sticker shocked and, like I said, am kicking myself for not asking before driving up there.Our son is thrilled with his first dirt bike and they were great to work with. Ill call around and compare bottom line prices more before going up there again, though.

Normally I cant stand salesmen, and I tend to avoid them like the plague. This was the very first completely enjoyable buying experience I have ever had! I never felt pushed, rushed, or pressured. These people have patience and a sense of humor! Josh was a fantastic salesman! I dont have my license to ride a motorcycle, so I talked Josh into riding it for me and giving me his opinion. It was a total conflict of interest, but he did it anyway! What a fantastic company!! The best part, was that we werent handed off to 50 different people just to buy a motorcycle. After reflecting on my experience at cm power sports, I was generally satisfied. If I could go back in time, I would have inspected the bike better but as a used starter bike it was a reasonable good deal. Next time ill be better prepared for the dealer experience.

Just purchased my first Side by Side, and the experience was everything I could ask for. Josh at Karl Malone (old Plaza Cycle in West Valley) was super professional and did a ton of work and due diligence to earn my business. After shopping around, and doing some research on the machines I was interested in, I knew I wanted to do business with them. Kirk my sales man was informative, helpful, and always had a smile on his face. He never had a problem answering all of my questions and I had a lot. There was a couple issue with my machine when we went to pick it up and Kirk and the sales manager had no problem making it right for us. The finance manager also work his magic to get us the best finance rate and was always helpful answering my questions as well. I had to write and let everyone know how amazing this company was to make sure they made sure this machine made it back in and went though it and made everything thing right. They treated my sister and her husband with total respect and dignity. They kept them up to date of the process. There machine is running and they are very happy....The way they handled this situation made me respect them so much that I have taken my UTV and my 4 wheelers in for maintenance. I really appreciate Derrick honestly and customer service.Im writing on behalf my sister, she just had a liver and kidney transplant her husband purchased a used utv and took to Karl Malone Service Department to make sure everything was working and running great. They charged them almost $700.00 to let them know everything was running super and shouldnt have any problems. Well guess what they took for a close little ride and it broke down. We loaded up and took back. When we took back they said it was the belt remember they check this before. They replaced this and charged them another close to $600.00 and said they shouldnt have a problem. They planned there first trip since her surgery to Fillmore. All riders know area they drove to Maverick and broke down. Lucky a lot of nice people help them get back. I normally never write a review I thought this was important to share. So be carefully what mechanic you may get.

I went to several dealerships and finally zeroed in on Malone Powersports because they were always truthful about their inventory (their online presence agrees with their physical inventory) and also they were very quick to acknowledge me and my desires when I visited them. They had to order my bike, but did so honestly and with full disclosure about timing. The bike came in early and they took care of me right away. As I communicated with them in the interim, they were quick to respond. Even with Rick’s personal texts. I fully recommend Malone Powersports.

Hi, this is George writing this review. I just bought 2 Can Am Defenders from KMP. The machines are great and I am very happy with them.I do have an issue with the condition they were in when I picked them up. Neither machine had gas in them and I had to add gas just to unload them when I was back at my yard. Also, there was not any windshield wiper fluid in either machine. I have never bought a new vehicle that was out of gas and wiper fluid. I spent almost $70,000 and had to provide the fluids myself.On another note, Joshua Lloyd is a pleasure to work with. He is very helpful and willing to listen. Ask for him if you ever need help at the SLC store.

I have owned my Honda Pioneer 1000-5 deluxe for about 2 months now and it has been at the dealership 7 of the 8 weeks that I have owned it. I purchased it including some accessories to be installed (street legal kit, roof and windshield). I have also had a few issues with it stalling when I would put it into gear as well as the brake switch assembly needs to be replaced. I hope all these things are little issues that need to be taken care of and not going to be ongoing issues with this machine. I bought a Honda for a reason so I wouldnt have all these issues. Honda has always been reliable in the past. Im extremely frustrated with this dealership and would never recommend them to anyone. Im about ready to get my money back that I spent on their 2 year service and maintenance plan ($499) and 60 month extended warranty ($2000). I cant even get any call backs on updates on the status of my machine! WARNING ⚠️ Do not go here! They deserve 0 stars.

I was about to purchase a new Polaris LXT 550, and ended up having a negative sales experience, in an awkward and uncomfortable environment. I ended up purchasing from a competitor and Im happy I did! Here is why. I was a cash buyer with the need to drive long distance, and I was looking for a sales experience that was mutual where I felt valued as a customer. My salesman, Zach, tried his best to put a deal together for me and went back and forth with his manager who I believe was Jeff. However, management wanted to charge freight, assembly and documentation on top of the MSRP which was very expensive. I asked where I was a cash buyer, traveling longer distance, if they would be willing to back up on price to help me feel some value. I asked if they would waive their $250 doc fee. They mentioned because of limited inventory and their confidence in themselves in selling the machine to anyone, it is what it is and were only willing to discount a max of $100 off their doc fee. I felt the sales environment was one sided, and I really didnt feel valued, or that my opinion mattered. I ended up doing business and purchasing the same model snowmobile from a competitor, and Im pleased I did! I recommend working with a different group, if your experience is anything like mine.

We originally ordered our SeaDoos and trailer in September/October, 2020 from High Adventure. Amazing experience!!! My husband and I went to make a payment on them, and the building was closed, front gates were locked. Thankfully, my husband remembered they were bought out by Karl Malone Power Sports.That same day, he called them to confirm they acquired our order from High Adventure, and they did. This was a couple of months into the new year. We knew from the beginning of our purchase, they probably wouldn’t be available until May, 2021.It was close too, if not into March, before we started making calls to find out the status of our wave runners, possible ETA, etc. The communication was horrible, for lack of a better word. They stated they would call or my text my husband back, and rarely did. When they did make contact, they said they had no way of contacting the manufacturer to get an update. One of the calls my husband made, the person on the other end of the call said one of them had come in, but it wasn’t ours.It was a rat race. Literally a rat race. When both of them FINALLY arrived, the trailer didn’t, and I can’t tell you how many times my husband had to tell them the trailer was bought with the original order. Needless to say, we got another trailer, had to buy that outright, or we would have had to wait at least another two weeks for our trailer to arrive. We were over it, so we took another trailer.When we went to pick the up and sign the paperwork, they told my husband said it would be ready to go. Nope. We waited while they printed and organized the file.They need to improve their communication with their customers, ten fold. When they bought High Adventure, they never sent a letter, an email, or made a call to let us know. I don’t know how we would have found them, OR got our money back if need be, if my husband didn’t remember who bought High Adventure. Absolutely terrible communication with their acquisition.I am grateful the deal is done and over. We love our wave runners, but I wouldn’t buy another product from Karl Malone Power Sports. Their customer service sucks and the information provided to us, was always vague, unclear, or incorrect. We weren’t sure if they would ever come, let alone get the several thousand dollars back that had been paid towards them if we had too. Glad it’s over!!!

I searched for several weeks to find a motorcycle. I contacted Christian, aka Tarzan, at Karl Malone Powersports. He told me one would be shipped in the next week or two. Christian kept in contact from its delivery, assembly, and when I could pick it up. Great experience, would definitely recommend this dealership. I did have to travel about 250 miles but it was well worth it!

Over the years I have bought several toys from plaza now Karl Malone.There pricing has definitely shot up since the mailman took over. Went to buy a dirt bike a couple months ago they could only get down to 6200 went with Tooele valley got it out the door at 5028.Jut bought a sportsman the sales representative Zack was great, very eager to answer any questions and really tried to get the price down where the competition was. In the end I paid 300 more than steadmans but plaza had the color in stock I wanted and I would have had to wait for couple weeks.They are close and have a great parts shop. Will always get a price from them when buying toys.

Garbage scam artists. Take your money with the speed of light and offer a refund in 7 days. Colton helped (ha ha ha) this place is the same as it’s always been. Bait and switch “we have that and we got you financed” to “we are still waiting for an approval” which lie to believe? If you are smart (which apparently I wasn’t) you will take your time and money elsewhere. They would rather do factory demos then actually sell the product they promise and take your down payment and deliver nothing.

Very friendly. We were greeted right away when we walked into he door.They have a nice supply of motorcycle on hand. They listened to what I wanted and fitted me with the bike that met my needs.

First things first Casey is a great guy and was awesome at getting me what I wanted, but I am quite disappointed to find on my sales receipt there was over 2k in shipping charges for the motorcycles I bought, this is separate for assembly charges. I am baffled that to ship a car cross country it costs about 1500 but for two 110s there is over 2k in shipping!? Kind of makes me think that the dealership is a bit shady. How ever if shopping at Karl Malone I would highly recommend Casey as the sale person to work with.

This is my first time posting a review for literally anything. Im writing this because I committed to doing so, and I feel that doing what I said I will do is indicative of my integrity, an extremely rare quality in our current state of humanity.That said, Zach (my salesman) and Jeff (sales manager) were both great to work with. They were kind, helpful, friendly, excited for my purchase and mostly responsive. The main reason I purchased from KMP (Formerly known as Plaza Cycle) is because they were the first dealership to *finally* get the bike Id been thirsting for. Almost a full week ahead of the other dealerships I contacted in the state of UT.This is the second purchase from this dealership, of which the first was a relatively good experience as well, albeit I was much younger and didnt fully appreciate the power of compound interest. Buying accessories/gear is now something I realize everyone should factor into the equation of a purchase like this.In reference to my most recent experience, I paid a premium to assemble the bike, a destination charge and a dealer dock fee. Overall I feel mostly satisfied with the machine I purchased, however as Ive had the time to take a more intimate inspection of the machine, there are two areas of damage that Im rather surprised to see from a bike that was literally just off the truck.These are items Ive NOT taken up with the dealership, as I know they have (and will maintain) plausible deniability, in that Ive taken possession of the bike and now whatever I bring up as problems will take my time, and frankly speaking, it just isnt worth the effort.I am a through and through a diehard Honda fan, which, as a manufacturer has always been a solid choice in my experience. With now 15 ownership experiences under my belt, I feel despite differences in dealership treatment and support, Honda has always been a great brand to invest.However, in the end, my dealership experience was overall good and I feel the level of customer service was definitely on the better side of things. Perhaps I must concede that my expectations are too high, but in this review Im writing it to not only applauded KMP in their approach, but to also provide insight to prospective buyers. Isnt this the whole point of me taking the time to write this?

We showed up just before closing (not realizing that it was almost closing time) and had great help from multiple people in the dirbike safety gear department. They were helpful and knowledgeble in getting us the right gear for our needs and patient even though they were already past closing. They had the best selection in gear of the few stores weve been to. Thank you to your team!

The dude that sold me the bike was awesome. Hands down. The dealership nah… bike had low tire pressure, low coolant, low brake fluid. They told me the changed the oil. Not sure if they actually did so I’m doing it myself. Problem was the bike only had 500 miles on it when I bought it from them. I would’ve gave them a one star but thankfully the dude that sold me the bike really worked with me took his time no pressure and help me get into the bike. Honda cbr650r oh ya the chain was loose had to take it back the next day. No I haven’t took the bike back to them because I don’t really trust what they do now you would think when they had the bike in there to check the chain was loose we looked over a few other things to.

My husband and I have purchased motorcycles from several places in the valley before, but I will definitely be back to see Josh when I’m ready to upgrade my Yamaha VStar 250!

Got my first bike here a couple days ago and they were so helpful. I was helped by josh and he gave me wonderful advice and checked in on me after I had drove it home to make sure I was back safe. Salesmen was great to accommodate! The place was super busy so he was running around like crazy trying his best to get all the information I asked for. Ended up with a brand new bike that he had his mechanics build so I could take it home that day! 10/10 would recommend to others and would definitely come back for any other toys I might want in the future.

Ive bought four motorcycles in one ATV from Karl Malone powersports and salt lake City. Ive received good service each time. The first time I was helped by Casey in the second time I was helped by Josh. I both did a good job. I also bought a royal trailer and that was a pleasant to experience as well.

The financing guy was so unprofessional and un-respectful customer. He called me” Hey come here and give me the out door price for Grom ABS”. After I said I didn’t want it, He scraped the paper in front of me. If there is a 0 star, I will give this guy right away. I would not recommend this dealership, don’t buy anything in this dealer.

My wife and I bought a F3 spyder from Karl Malone in July. Our salesman was a pleasure to work with I’m not sure what his name actually was but everyone called him Tarzan. The financial aid department person we worked with was okay but from things that went bad from there was apparently his fault. The dealership is supposed to send title paperwork to your local DMV within 30 days so DMV has time to process it before your temporary tag expires ours was not sent until the temporary tag had expired so I contacted them about getting another tag until the DMV could process my paperwork. There answer was Utah temporary tag is not legal in any state but Utah and they should not have given me one. How the hell can you sell a motorcycle without any temporary tag on it. So I have been riding my motorcycle for 60 days without any legal tags. I should have went to Denver and bought a motorcycle same distance drive time I just thought these guys sounded better on phone. Won’t make that mistake again. I won’t go back to them and I strongly recommend you don’t

Quoted $3000+ for freight, set up, and doc fees. That was 25% of the cost of the machine. I know its hard to find a machine right now, but you can find other dealers who arent looking to take advantage of the situation. I wont ever look to this dealership family again. Theres a reason why these guys were the only ones with machines in stock I guess...Edit 07/22/21: Dealer responded that they dont have a record of me, so I attached a screen shot of the quote they sent me. The manager contacted me after the review, and sent me another quote with a slightly reduced set of fees -$2208 (also attached)- For those who wonder if everyone does this, Weller Recreation quoted $150 doc fee...and that was it...no freight....no set up....just what the sticker was plus $150.

Less then impressed with this place. Paid for them to install a street legal kit on a sxs purchased new from them. Side mirrors we looking at back tires and me nor the sales person could adjust them to make them actually usable. Sat for 45 min while the service department tried to figure it out. Apparently they were installed with the wrong hardware. Wiring on street legal kit is sub par at best. Not secured anywhere and just ran the easiest way possible. I guess 35,000 does not come with any quality control.

Overall I was very happy with my purchase of a new dirt bike. I traded in a 650R kawasaki ninja, and when he asked me what I wanted for the trade I was honest and gave him my lowest price in mind. The salesman then came back and offered me more than the lowest price I had in mind, even knowing that I would have been happy with less. Im sure I did myself no favors, but the point is they didnt take me to the cleaners on it. Ill be back here for more toys someday, and I highly appreciate the integrity of the sales people here. There were a lot of additional costs in fees etc over the sticker price, but if thats an issue to anyone, find me a place that doesnt do that.
