I absolutely love this dealership. I run a digital marketing company for lawyers and have no time to search countless dealers for a good deal. Jawn returned my request to see this car very quickly. In fact I was test driving another Fiat at another dealer. The difference between the two dealers was amazing! Specialized Sales cars are spotless, detailed and ready to go. The test drive was fabulous, exciting, even though it was downtown and I-15 driving. Mo was great to negotiate with, but that is where it all stopped! Mo did a walkaround FaceTiming me to show me the car. Everything looked ok. He told me it would be $300 to ship the car to Denver, so I decided not to fly and see the car first. Huge mistake. The shipping ended up being $400. The car was covered in axle grease upon delivery and one wheel one had extreme curb rash. The other wheels I discovered had been rattle can spray painted to cover. This stuff never showed up in the pics or the FaceTime. The tpms and air suspension lights where flashing and the air adjustments didn’t work. I ended up buying a new compressor and valve control to fix. The tires where new,but cheap lexani and where out of round. Had to install brand new tires (continentals) to fix the vibration. I had to have all the wheels refurbished. I talked with MO about getting some help with this since I felt this stuff should have been disclosed. He promised to call back after consulting with others. I’ve called several times since and can not get a call back. It cements in my mind to never purchase a car sight unseen. I wish I could have a more positive review but when you have to spend $2,500 just to get a car safe to drive and functioning as it should it gets your gravy a bit.

Walked into Specialized after going to 2 other big auto lots and one “mom and pop” car lot. Abdul greeted us with a no nonsense, no haggle, attitude.We told him where we wanted our monthly payments to be for an Audi Q7. He then beat that monthly payment by 50 bucks a month! (Even though he knew we would be happy with the other payment). He didn’t try to take advantage of us at all. He beat the other store’s prices and beat the time we spent there.The Q7 was is amazing condition. He filled the tank and had an offsite mechanic go through the entire car and change the oil after we had it for 2 days. (Which he gave us a loaner BMW to drive while the car was in the shop).While waiting for financing one of my good friends came in to drop off his trade in spare keys. Come to find out he has bought 6 cars from Abdul and has had the same 5 star service every time. Abdul treated us with respect, treated our pockets with respect, and got all the numbers and test drive complete in 30 minutes.If you like to haggle and waste time, go to a big lot store. If you want best price Abdul will give you the lowest price and take care of you. Overall a good experience. The title took a little longer to get than I was hoping and it had a minor issue but with that said the car is great, it was a great deal and the people I worked with on the title issue (Justin and Maribel) were very helpful, quick to respond and friendly!Buying a used luxury car out of state online is admittedly a little unnerving but that was my choice so I can’t blame specialized for my anxiety over it.They bought the car they sold me at auction so there was a risk (for them and me) that it might have some issues but 2 months later it hasn’t.I would have given 5 stars if not for the minor title issue but as I said it was resolved quickly and it was not a big deal at all.

I have purchased 5 cars from Abdul over the past 8 years. Every car has been fantastic! Granted, i generally try to get low mileage vehicles, but they have ALL been outstanding none the less. The selection on their lot is a dream. I wander through it at least once a month to see whats new. Ive always found the prices to be extremely competitive and I HAVE NEVER gotten so much on a trade in. I read a comment about a gentleman who received thousands more from Abdul than another large dealer offered. I can attest to this. Abdul has ALWAYS given me MUCH more than other dealerships have offered. Just got my 2016 BMW 650xi two days ago and i am ECSTATIC!!! I purchased a 2014 Porsche 911 from Abdul. It was an out of state purchase so I requested an inspection, Abdul immediately offered to bring the car to the Porsche dealer for an inspection, the car checked out and Abdul even was able to have the dealer replace the headlights under warranty due to a small cosmetic issue. Abdul did everything he said he would. I got a great price, a great car and great customer service. Shipping was fast and easy, the title and all docs were overnighted as promised. Overall it was a great experience.
Just bought BMW X5! This is my second purchase within 4 years. I still own my other vehicle, its been great with no mechanical issues. Abdul has provided excellent costumer service every time Ive come to the lot. Any small deficiency I pointed out they were quick to clean/repair. The staff is very patient and understanding, no rush. Great selection of used cars you cant find anywhere else. That is where the positive ends. If you need financing dont expect this business to help. It appears they only want to sell to cash customers. The only thing high end is the cars. The building is run down and not customer friendly. I would recommend trying to find your vehicle else where first and use this place as a last resort.

I’m 19 and I’m an international student at the U, I just visited this store today because they have a car I’m really interested at and I want to buy it. The young man who introduced the car to me and my friend was very polite, after I test drive it I feel like everything is good and we went in to the office and started to talk about the price. The average sales price of the car is around $30,000 and they gave me an offer of $32,000 not including the Tex registration fee and paperwork fee. So we started to negotiate about it. We I offered the young man $30,000, he said he needs to ask him manager, so we waited and the manager said no. So me and my friend just wanted to talk to the manager since the car has some problems that I don’t like. The car has modified exhaust pipes that is much louder than the factory one, all of the tires are almost wear out, and the tires are brands that I never ever heard of, which means that might adjust the mileage on the car. So these are all things I wanted to tell the manager. But guess what, the manager was talking to another costumer and we wait there for a while but we didn’t complain, when he was done talking he just walk straight away!!!!! The young man trying to remind him that he needs to talk to us but here is what the manager said, “ They can not afford the car, they won’t buy the car,they are only here to mess around, I don’t want to waste my time.” With a face that seems like me and my friend are the biggest enemy he has. Who does business like that? Who sells cars like that? If u don’t even respect ur customers, how am I going to buy a car from u? And u don’t judge people from their looking and wearing, I don’t have to dress up like a rich man to be rich. So learn how to respect ur customer and take this one star.
Overall a good experience, though I was more than a little worried at first about buying a car sight unseen from an Internet site. Some of these reviews helped alleviate my concern. The car, an Audi A8, was in generally excellent condition...allowing for the fact that it is a year and a half old with 18K on it. You cant expect 100% showroom perfect in a vehicle like this...and youre not paying for it, either. My rating would be 5 stars, except there was a glitch on delivery. The transport truck broke down about 125 miles from our home, and the driver had no clue when he would be moving again. So the wife and I oped to drive the 125 miles to pick up the car. The problem is it was absolutely filthy from the trip from Utah to Florida. It was so dirty I could not see out the windows until I washed them at a gas station. Immediately upon arriving home, I took it to a car wash, but I could not get it clean. I then made an appointment for full detailing a couple days later. I informed the seller of this by email but got no reply. Now, youd think as a matter of customer goodwill, the seller would pick up the cost of detailing a filthy car for which one paid the better part of $60K. For $125 they would have gotten a 5 star review. Whats the price of ones reputation, anyway? Still, I would not hesitate to buy with confidence from these folks.

He brings in quality, hi-end cars and sells them for very reasonable prices. I shopped around for nearly a month to find my car. Was looking to ship from CT (or anywhere for the price)...Specialized was cheaper than around the country but also didnt have to pay for shipping. I traded my car in, and I feel i received a very good trade in price.After purchasing the car, Abdul made sure I was taken care of. Shipped my plates to me, came through on small items that werent in writing but he said he would take care of. After my experience, I would buy again and again.

I had been looking for an S4 for about 6 months and every time I tried to close out on a sale or negotiate, the dealer ripped me off or tried to tack on hidden fees and expenses. First off, the S4 I got was way below market price, it had all the options possible and was extremely clean, I thought it was too good to be true. I flew out to Salt Lake and Abdul picked me up after the shop was closed, got me in for a test drive and to check it out, and it closed out the deal within 20 minutes, after signing all the paperwork and everything. Such an amazing experience and I am so happy with my car, Abdul and his crew are genuine, nice and I would definitely go back and would recommend it to others. Little things like giving an out the door price, filling up the gas tank before leaving the lot, free pick up from the airport and them working so hard to make you happy drives anyone back. I bought my 2008 Cerrera 4s from Specialized Auto Sales, exclusively dealing with Mo. The experience was excellent, Mo suggested and got my vehicle to a local dealer for a pre purchase inspection. We negotiated a very fair price, considering the repairs it needed. When I received the vehicle, it was in better shape than I imagined! Mo never pressured me on the sale and didn’t even ask me for a deposit. In conclusion, dealing with Mo was an amazing experience.

We had such a good experience here buying a car that we came back within a week and bought a second car. Both are used and we felt we had a very honest and accurate description of what we were getting. We took several cars for a test drive and even took one to our personal mechanic prior to purchasing. The pricing was competitive and fair and there was no sales pressure. If you want to buy something, buy it. If you dont want to buy something, youre not going to be pressured. From a husband using his wife’s google account to write a review...something I don’t usually do but felt inclined to.Let me start this review by saying I was an out of state buyer (AZ) and was trying really hard to find something local given the amount of money I was spending . When a local option didn’t present itself, I ended up contacting Mo at Specialized regarding a unique BMW they had for sale. He was quick to respond and answer questions, and after a few days of texting I made the 11 hour drive to Salt Lake. I met with Mo that night to view the car, test drive, and the next AM bought it and drove it back. The experience was easy and quick, with the entire staff being welcoming and professional throughout the process. I would recommend anyone local (or not) to work with this team on obtaining their next car as it was one of the easiest purchase experiences I have had.

I, unlike the previous reviewer, have an 800 beacon score. I find it a method of intimidation to share a persons credit rating to the entire world just because they are sharing there experience with your dealer. I thought that there were laws protecting the disclosing of that information unless authorized. I would recommend you seek out and attorney.Now to my experience with those less than honest folks at Specialized Sales and Leasing. In short, I bought a 2016 Porsche 911 from them a few months ago. The car was described as perfect with no paint workor issues of any kind. The car arrived at my home in Ft Lauderdale almost completely repainted with 2 bad rear tires. I should have known better when I didnt get a great endorsement from the local Porsche dealer in his area, he seemed honest. Boy was I wrong. My recommendation is due your homework on this dealer, check all the complaints against them with the local DMV and lastly, dont buy a car from them. Good luck.

Like all car dealers they cant please everyone, you have to do your own homework, using the carfax is a start. Once you are convince this is the car you want then go test drive it and get it check out with a expert if you have too... Some of these guys are just a sale man they have no ideal where the car has been all they use is the car fax like us. So give them some slack and be nice because you will be a lot happier, beside you can always say no and walk away.... I did brought a car from them and I have done my own homework so I have no regrets and I would buy it again from them or any other dealership that give me a good deal !

At first the issue was that the staff was ridiculously disrespectful and I had originally written an entire review about just when i first bought it. Now a month later come to find out the car is burning through oil and all of a sudden i had 24 check engine lights on. The car had worn piston rings which require the engine to be extracted and dismantled. Costing upwards towards of $4000 now to fix this issue. I got to my attorney to see if them not informing me of this was illegal. Unfortunately the Utah Lemon Laws dont protect used vehicles and so nothing could be done. When i asked the guy to lower the price because of repairs and maintenance, his reply was i understand but its just a few small things and youre taking money out of my pocket. Dont let their petty sales tactics make you try to feel bad for not seeing the worth in the car. And most of all dont trust them.
Lots of great luxury and premium used cars and SUVs problem is the salesman couldnt care less about selling them to you. I went in looking to purchase a BMW and left disappointed.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your vehicle purchase, I spent over $100,000 purchasing several vehicles in December with this location and one of my titles just arrived and it is branded as a “Manufacturer Buyback Vehicle”. I have never purchased a branded title in my life nor would I. These guys are sneaky and will tell you everything you want to hear and then never follow through with being there word. I have had issues with every single car I purchased from them. They look great from the out side but have all sorts of issues which you don’t know until later and these guys won’t do a thing for you, in fact I couldn’t even get them to return my phone calls. Come to find out Specialized buys all the rejects from the other dealers in town that have too many issues to be sold on reputable car lots and sells them with out a care in the world how it will effect their own customers. In the long run I guarantee that you will save money spending a little more elsewhere on a sound vehicle then thinking you got a good deal only to find out you got a branded title and have $2000 in repairs to get the car where it should have been in the first place. Do your self a favor and walk away!!!
Specialized is the best dealership I have ever been to. There selection of cars is the best in town. Some of the most exotic vehicles in Utah. Not to mention there awesome service. I would recommend Specialized Sales And Leasing to all my friends, family and anyone lookin for a car for their life style.

Id been looking for a car for 2-3 months. I bought my Cadillac from them after seeing it on-line. I called and asked all the questions I needed to on a Saturday and they were all answered very professionally. I asked if they would hold it until I could make flight reservations and was told not to worry about it, that they would ship the car to me. I sent them the funds on Thursday and the car arrived at my office on Friday looking like it had just come off of the showroom which was a very pleasant surprise since the transport had to come through a bad snowstorm on the way. The title showed up on Saturday. This was one of the most stress free transactions I have ever done regarding anything. It was harder to buy my tv than it was to deal with them. I will definitely buy another car from them if need be.
I was Looking looking for an S63 Mercedes... Specialized had the car I was looking for. I worked with Abdul, got a great price for a great car. I had an excellent experience, have bought 2 more cars from Specialized since then. Abdul has always been straight forward and honest, I will be back!
I’ve seen the owner many times over the years at various exotic car meetups. He and his Arabic friends bring eye catching cars from his inventory. This would normally be fine as it could be considered advertising to his target market.However, what gets me is that he runs the absolute dog out of these cars (bordering on abuse), but likely doesn’t disclose this to his buyers. Add this information in to the other reviews here and a bigger picture begins to develop... one that involves them using inventory as personal toys, then shafting customers with mechanical problems.I know they have friends (many of whom have written five-star reviews in order to bump up the overall rating), but buyer beware. If you’re ok with doing business with them after knowing all of this, then that’s obviously up to you, but I left this review so people know what they’re getting into.
Bought a Land Cruiser from the guys at Specialized. I wanted to have the car professionally inspected as I was purchasing from out of town. They dropped it off for me and picked it up no questions asked. I flew in the following day and they picked me up at the airport. The car was ready to go, even had a full tank of gas! The purchase and paperwork was quick and to the point. Excellent experience and I would definitely recommend buying from them!
I work downtown Salt Lake and pass by Specialized everyday. Just recently I started looking for a nicer car than my BMW. I saw a Porsche Panamera they had, took it for a test drive, and fell in love. Im impressed to say the least. I never thought Id end up buying a car like this from a used car dealer, but it was the best car-buying experience Ive had. Rom helped me lot. Very amazing guy sales guy. Love to do with business.

They’re not straight forward with you. They dont know Or care about the car they’re selling you. All they care about is making money off of you. It took them way longer than it should’ve to get my license plates. They still haven’t given me every thing I need for my car. Especially the boss, he just seems lost and doesn’t know what he’s doing. I drove half an hour down town to get some answers about my car, but he told me to go home and told me to come back another time.
Amazing experience here at Specialized...Jawn was very knowledgeable in all vehicles on his lot and made my purchase an easy one. No pressure sales is the best way to buy a new car and these guys made me feel at ease. Overall great experience give these guys 20 stars.

Went back and forth with the dealership about the papers the bank needed. Paid to get the car checked out and when they bank was ready to wire they emailed and said to hold off on the wire and took another offer after we have been dealing for about a week. They sold the car!!!!! after our agreement.

We purchased a CL600 from them, car had many parts that were broken and features that were inop even though it was described as being in “excellent” condition over the phone. To be fair, it is a 14 year old car and we did purchase it at $3.5k under market value so I wasn’t expecting a showroom new vehicle but there are many, many issues that will take considerable time and money to resolve. Be careful if you’re thinking about buying a car from Specialized Sales & Leasing.
These guys really know what they are doing. Jawn was a huge help in my decision making between a few Range Rovers. I ended up getting a great deal and the best car. I recommend Specialized if you are in the market for a luxury vehicle.
To begin, this is a specialty dealership; it is not a main street used car depot. there really is a difference.They are tough but fair as far as price. I bought a one of a kind car there and got a very fair deal. The process was a bit bumpy but nothing terrible.The vehicle i bought has so far(2 weeks in) been great, it is in immaculate condition inside, and out and im very satisfied.

Drove there from Boise, ID a few days ago to look at the White BMW M4, which they still have for sale. Was going to pay cash for the car but had to wait for the funds to be in the bank the next day. Seemed like the guy didnt believe us. He told us oh you know what? I just found out someone put a deposit on the car. If they dont get financing by tomorrow Ill call youWell he never bothered to call us. So we drove 5 hours down there for nothing which he knew where we were coming from. The car is still for sale so apparently he was the liar. I will never bother dealing with this place again. What a waste of time.
Alex is a very nice kid and their inventory is great! Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the owner. Holding a grudge against a customer and trying to con them out of more money on another deal is terrible business. Wish things had gone differently and I genuinely feel bad for getting mad at Alex who is being played as the bad-guy by his puppet-master boss. Really is too bad that they like their inventory more than their clients.
Jawn was awesome to work with. Their whole staff is friendly and they have some of the sweetest cars I’ve seen at a dealership! The dealership title fits the dealership perfectly.
I bought a car from jack Metcalf, and let me say, this dealership is not like the typical pushy, money grabbing dealership. The customer service and respect I received during my visit was phenomenal. Jack Metcalf is very professional and easy to talk to and work with. One of the best salesmen I’ve ever worked with in my life. He has gained a life long customer and I will continue to buy cars from him at this dealership. If I could put 10 stars I would. I closed a deal with an R8 and booked my flight to SLC and I receive the message 1 day later that supposedly they received another offer and they are going to take that instead after they told me done deal when I booked my flight. Very unprofessional and I received a threat by the employee that is I leave a review I will be contacted by their lawyers. So if you want to book flights for no reason, get your time wasted, and be threatened legally then yes they are great at that.
Specialized has great cars, however the sales manager was extremely pushy and the service is subpar for the market. Overall, a distasteful experience, look elsewhere.
