I was extremely loyal to this company after buying my first brand new car back in 2013. I only had my car serviced at the dealership, maintained my vehicle as they directed, and my motor blew up with less than 60,000 miles, no explanation would be given to me until my insurance company was involved, suddenly they had details as to what parts failed but for over a week they never gave me these details even though I asked several times. Due to the car having such low miles and a track record of being maintained at their shop they said Chevy would discount the original part cost of $8,000 (Almost $2,000 more than the Kelly Blue Book for the car) to almost exactly the same cost as the kelly Blue Book of almost $6,000. But they would only honor the discount for 30 days because some how the car would depreciate in value even though it was impossible to drive. Two months prior to all this I spent almost $1,000 I their shop getting scheduled maintenence, buying a pre-paid oil plan and 22 point inspection, no issues found. They would not refund me for the oil plan I purchased, when I scrapped my car they said they would let me get one more oil change on them even though I had multiple oil changes pre-paid for. They felt one more would basically make it even. So nothing to try and make the situation better just basically square....even though two oil changes is less than what I paid. All this time they kept trying to sell me things, first the new engine, while trying to convince my husband to replace the engine they tried to sell the warranty aspect of 3 years 100,000 miles. The car went less than half of that, and they said this seems to be a common issue so why would I ever waste my money. Then when they knew we were not going to replace the car they wanted me to use their car rental service and they tried to sell me another car. It was just the most horrible experience. I was a loyal customer who wrote good reviews for both the company and staff members multiple times internally for Chevy and public forums. I hope my story shows people how they will be treated if they do business with them. I know losing my business is nothing especially to a company as large as Chevy or even the dealership but maybe my story will help people make a better choice in who they do business with.

Just got my car serviced today. They came to my home picked up my vehicle, had it serviced and brought it back home. I was very impressed with their social distancing, they had everything organized so we never had to come in contact. Highly recommend!! They sent me a video from underneath my car so I could feel comfortable about their inspection. I can’t say enough good. Highly recommend!

This is the worst experience I faced with service center ever . I was here for my suburban oil change and I purchased 3 oil change plan . First time they want to sell the plan did well but this is my second time oil change, they took like 3 hours waiting and all people gone which they came after me than I enquiry them and finally they take care my car. . Omg very disappointing the services . Never ever purchase the oil change plan again from this center .

If i could give negative stars i would. My husband made appointments for oil changes twice. The first time they let him sit for 4 hours and when he questioned them they had forgotten him. Today he made an appointment for 1100. Ir is now 2pm and he is still there. They once again lost him for 2 hours. Terrible service!! All he was there for was an oil change. Will NEVER do business with this company again. Also posting on Facebook and anywhere else i can!

Want to let everyone know how great the service is here at the Jerry Seiner Service Center in Salt Lake City is. Service guru Christian Hulse was extremely helpful and very attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend their maintenance packages. I bought the three oil and filter changes for $105.00 and it is totally worth it. Not only do you get oil and filter change but you get tire rotation and multipoint inspection with a video of that inspection all included. I have always gotten VIP service and for the money you cant get this kind of service anywhere else. Thank you so much for take such good care of my car!

I am not one to write reviews but in this case I feel its absolutely mandatory in hopes that I can save someone else time and money from going here to fix your car. I will be copy/pasting this comment everywhere I can to give people the heads up about this place. Customer service was terrible, I made an online appointment to get my car in for an early morning appointment, little did I know that does not reflect even close to a time frame in which your car will be looked at. It took 2 days to get a call back to even tell me what was wrong with the car. I am a patient person and had my adviser said it would take 2 days I would be ok with that but I kept being told things were going to happen much quicker which made me much more impatient. But on top of terrible customer service there is a gouging and telling people they are needing parts that they dont. I was quoted $2200 to fix my car, I took it to another mechanic that looked through it and they told me that my struts ($780 quote fix from Seiner) were totally fine! And that my oil pan gasket ($900 quote fix from Seiner) was also fine and its a much smaller fix of a valve that was leaking so much it may have looked like it was the entire pan but closer inspection proves otherwise. Im saving myself over $1500 taking it to someone else. And the other shop took the time to explain the parts, what they do, how much they cost and what the labor cost is for each part without me even asking. My suggestion, take your car and your money to another shop that actually cares about their customers and takes the time to find out whats wrong with your car, there wouldve been some serious money paid for no work done on my part had I not taken the time to shop around

I am going to give this service center 3 stars. I went primarily for a LOF (lube-oil-filter) service. I had spoken with a service manager regarding other issues I was having for which the internet had told me there were Service Bulletins issued by GM. In the process, I was told that the LOF service was only $55. Thats better than any of the quickie-lube places I checked. When I arrived, the service manager who promised to meet me, wasnt there. They called him. He said he was on his way and that hed come talk to me when he got there. That never happened.After waiting over 2 hours for the 20 minute service, and the expected 30 minutes to diagnose and check the other issues, I was late for another appointment and asked for my vehicle. I got the bill, $120. I was not informed why the $55 service cost $120, and the other diagnosis work had not been done. I was pretty fuming at that point, but since I was late, I just paid and went on with my day. I later noticed they had fixed a coolant leak and thats why the additional cost. I was never informed thats what they did. I was never informed, nor shown, that there was a problem. And I didnt approve that cost.I never did meet that service manager (forgot to write his name down and have now forgotten). The lack of communication with EVERY service company seems to be non-existent anymore. Perhaps it is because nobody knows what it is anymore. It is doubtful that Id go back to these guys.OH... and to add insult to injury.. the billing ladies gave me a 4 page printout (waste of paper) with a survey I was supposed to take. It showed me how to rate them 5 stars for everything. I was basically dis-serviced, and then they demanded that I rate them highly. WT-A-H?

Brought a work vehicle in for a broken window. They told me it needed a recall issue fixed on the gas tank. They didnt order all the parts for the window and when they did the recall issue they broke the fuel tap that feeds the truck mount engine. I called to get them to fix it and was told they couldnt get to me until a week later. I went to our truck mount vendor and they fixed it right away. When I went in to get the window done they acted like they didnt break the fuel tap. I asked for a manager and waited over a half hour for him to talk to me. He suggested someone vandalized my truck (it had been sitting in my shop, under lock, key, and alarm, not to mention why in the hell would someone rip out a fuel tap way under a vehicle when they could get into the cab and cargo area and steal and vandalize that???).Rather than nicely request I provide pictures and offer an apology that they screwed up, I was made to feel like I did something wrong. He also said their policy is to fix the issue before I take it somewhere else. I reminded him that I gave them that chance and they put me off for a week. I finally got them to wash out the cost of fixing the window against the bill, but when I got in the truck, THE FREAKING WINDOW STILL DIDNT WORK!!!! After not ordering all the parts the first time he still didnt get a controller switch for the passenger door. Ill order it and install it myself.I will never, ever bring any of my fleet of 50+ vehicles to them ever again, let alone give them my personal business. Bunch of jackasses. They have no idea how to provide customer service.

Mixed Feelings - they never get it quite right. I have had to take my 2017 vehicle in multiple times now for Quality control issues. They only manage to do half of what is asked, requiring me to go back in to get work completed, with some problems arising from the initial work that was done. Some of the service staff are responsive and good to work with. Others would rather socialize and ignore what you are saying or just brush you off completely. Also, simple things like an oil change can take hours to complete (even with an appointment)

Cant mess up an oil change? Yup, its possible! Come to Jerry Seiner Chevrolet and find out how. I cant imagine how these folks manage complex repairs when they cant get the basics right. Go anywhere else.

So far, they have had my Saturn for three days, going on four, with not one single call back regarding the status of the repair (which I suspect to be a failed starter). I took it to this dealer since they kept sending me notices in the mail to repair the recalled parts -- two birds, one stone. I figured I could get recalled items fixed and whatever is currently wrong with the vehicle in one visit.However, when I call the service center, I get put on hold or transferred and then cycled back around to the main menu. If I leave a message, I dont receive any calls back. I have no idea how much the repair will cost, what is wrong with the car, or what is being done with it. I will try calling again tomorrow to see if I get any answers, but so far all Ive been told is that it is being worked on.I was going to look at cars to buy when I go to pick up my Saturn, but now I will be avoiding this place and looking elsewhere

Pricing is about what you would expect from a dealership, but the service was pretty great. They had the vehicles we wanted to look at ready in advance, were kind and polite, got us free drinks at the place next door, had free water bottles indoors, were fairly organized, had nice facilities, and handled all the paperwork well.

Pros: Conveniently located off I-15 right near down town Salt Lake. Fast, friendly, and high quality service! Clean waiting area. Free juice, water, ice cream, snacks, free Wi-Fi, TV, kid’s area for coloring/reading while you wait.Cons: You need to drive a way down the road, past the Larry H Miller dealer. But it is worth it!Pokémon: No Pokémon stops or gyms very close. However, in talking with an employee, they did get a request in to have a gym and a few stops put in their various buildings before Pokémon GO stopped accepting new requests.7/22/16 – I left work at 5PM and headed for the service center to get a problem related to some error codes fixed. My vehicle inspection was due at the end of the month and I’d been putting this off far too long dreading the possible costs and run of the mill repair experience. I had tried a few things myself that didn’t help. It appeared to be intake related from what I could tell and resetting the 7 codes that were present, checking the gas cap, etc. didnt do a thing. Pulled up and was greeted with a smile. They listened to my concerns, checked me in, and showed me to the waiting area. These guys are the best in the business! The service team gave my 3-year-old daughter and I the red carpet treatment and they were able to get me in and out quickly, with no hassle!DETAILS: In at 5:09PM, diagnosis received about 5:45PM, I was on my way out the door at 7:15 PM. I had them do an oil change and tire rotation as well. Vehicle was filthy when I took it in, pretty clean when I took it out. One bad sensor replaced and I was on my way all in about 2 hours. They even went above and beyond to give me a coupon for 10% off parts and labor for scheduling after 5PM. Final cost was much less than I was expecting! My experience was GREAT and I would encourage you to give them a try!

Big shout out to Jerry Seiner Chevrolet and Kia locations taking care of me and my service needs on my 2002 Chevrolet! I took my car in for a diagnostics check on Saturday and they were professional and fair and got me in and out in under 2 hours.When i got home i noticed a small problem with my passenger door not opening and was stressing all weekend that they wouldnt fix the problem when i came back to show them.Thankfully they didnt put me through the ringer and the staff was pleasant and quick to get me taken care of and out the door free of charge and alleviated all of my stress!Its so refreshing to not be met with the stereotypical car dealership runaround most of us would expect from a big dealership, and to instead be treated with respect and kindness.Much gratitude to my service adviser Marg Johns at the Chevy location for taking care of me and for the free coffee and iced tea, as well as for connecting me with Vicky Bindrup up the body shop at the Kia location! Vicky was such a sweetheart and a pleasure to work with! She really took care of me and made sure i left happy and satisfied!Definitely put me at ease after stressing all weekend and i will be sure to come back for future service needs!Would have given 5 stars if i didnt have any troubles to begin with, but since they rectified the situation at no cost i am giving 4

Horrible service.........they took longer than they said they would do fix our car and we asked for a shuttle so that we could get to another appointment we had and we waited almost two hours for the shuttle and I missed my appointment and then I told them it would take 10 minutes at most and asked that they wait but he left instead and so we had to call them for another shuttle that they said would be there in 30 minutes.......we waited for almost another hour and had to call to find out the status of the shuttle that they said would be there in 15 minutes and it ended up being more like 40 minutes. When we finally got back to their location we were informed that our car had just been taken back to be worked on and it would be another hour or so till it was done. That was a surprise to us and they told us that Just because you make an appointment doesnt mean that is when we are going to take your car back and work on it. We both became very agitated because we had to get to work in a couple hours and didnt know if our car was going to be done and had no one we could call to get a ride (and they would be closed when we got off of work so we wouldnt have the car for work in the morning). They only good thing they did was get our car done quickly after I talked to them and we were able to get out of there in time. All in all dont ever go to this location if you get a recall notice on a part of your car. Find a different location and make sure they will take your car back as soon as you get there.

I took a 2012 van in for a heater motor problem and a oil change. They lost key, I waited 9 days for them to order a key, they tried to charged me for the key. While questioning the charges I asked about the charges for the heater motor, I was given a B.S. story by the service advisor which he later retracted. Unorganized and uncaring

Terrible service department..... had scheduled and promised 1 day service but still dont have vehicle back. One guy blames the other like always. Suppose to be leaving state tomorrow.
