I paid for over night shipping, 3 days ago and I still haven’t received my extensions!!!! I emailed the store and they won’t refund me my shipping costs. I don’t recommend paying for faster shipping.
Site was easy to navigate, very descriptive, and helpful to someone new to extensions like myself.However, the tiny picture of any given color sample was not a good representative of the color. What I mean is, while the color in real life looks similar to the thumbnail picture online, it wouldve been more helpful to have more pictures, such as the strands as a whole out of their packaging, or perhaps installed on a person or mannequin.Also, I made 2 separate orders a week apart and got no emails whatsoever either time (confirmation or packing number). This made me question if they received the order or not. The second time I ordered I found that I had to sign up with an account on DB in order to keep track of the package. But not everyone wants to do that.One standard delivery shipment came 3 days early and a 2-day delivery shipment came on time, so no complaints on how quickly they ship it out, it seems they keep their promise on shipments by 4 pm.These were the first tape ins Ive ever done so I dont have much to base it on but they seem good quality and easy to style. Also this bran came recommended on a website I visited while researching tape ins.
LOVE my new hair extensions! So does everyone else! HOWEVER, your website has serious problems and is costing you loss of business. I emailed to let your company know that I am unable to order a shorter length of hair even though it says its in stock. Go to put it in the cart to BUY IT and the SAME MESSAGE for MONTHS now states there is not enough product in stock. The exact OPPOSITE of what it shows when shopping. The reply I received from your company advised me there is product in stock. This means whomever is responsible for monitoring your customer concerns has no idea how to comprehend what was stated. There was zero resolution. Bad for business. I WILL take my money elsewhere and for your company thats not only lost dollars from myself but everyone who asks will become educated as well.
I was IN LOVE with my extensions (18” flat tips) when I put them in back in March. I followed all the rules for maintenance and after spending over $1000 for the hair and installation then $200 per month in maintenance, by October they were 6” extensions. They broke off little by little. I was devastated. The quality of hair may have been good at one time but whatever I had, was not. Very disappointed....
My order of tape ins did not make me happy, customer service took care of it perfectly.
Love Donna Bellas ilink hair extensions and love the Nail wraps! Its a shame they are not listed on the website unless you type in search box on website.
Poor quality, thin, poor coverage, tape didnt stick. Apparently they dont give refunds on used hair, just store credit. Why would they not refund on used hair that is poor quality, then want you to buy more poor quality hair from them? Dont use them at all
