I put a fair offer in on a boat with Kory for the 2007 Doral. Maybe he thought it was low and was looking for other offers but he just straight ghosted me. Never responding to any other messages. With his level of service, I think I dodged a bullet by not doing business with this dealer.Edit: I added the text message exchange that followed me posting this honest review. This guy is a joke!

Junk boats. Have heard this from a lot of people. Ive been told, no joke. Take it anywhere to have it worked on but Executive Boat and Yacht. After being treated like dirt, it should have been a sign to back out of purchasing anything here. Several of these issues, you would think they would have picked up on when working on the compression tests and doing their walk through. Weve had nothing but issues with the boat we bought from here. We knew our one engine had low compression, but that hasnt even been the the laundry list of issues. Not to mention the endless number of deadlines missed by Executive Boat and Yacht and the poor attitude and Cory and his team towards us when buying our boat. The thing is, there doesnt seem to be a lot of people selling big boats like this in the area. So I guess they can justify treating people like they did us. Good luck, and my advice. Find somewhere else to buy a boat. Unless you enjoy being treated poorly. Maybe it all depends on how much you are spending, not sure. Watch, the reply for this will be them taking zero blame for any of their actions and pointing it back to the consumer.

EBY has been a great place to purchase boats. Ive purchased a 2003 Cobalt and 2001 Crestliner from EBY over the past few years. Each experience has been seamless and exceeded expectations. The staff are helpful and great at what they do. They treat their customers well. Just recently, I received a call from Kory regarding two Bimini tops that had been dropped off that would fit the Crestliner boat I purchased from them a few months ago. He was kind enough to call me personally to come and pick-up...no charge! Who does that these days! I love coming here and seeing their inventory. Just a great buying experience. Kory and his team represent the best possible boat buying experience. I traveled from Phoenix to Salt lake City to buy a used Doral Venezia based upon all of the positive Google reviews.When I arrived, late in the day near closing, Kory and his great techs stayed late for me so I could get a quick look at the Doral. I spent more than an hour past their closing. Not once was I asked to hurry up. or was made to feel like I was keeping them from going home after their long day. Impressive customer first experience.The next day, was a detailed inspection and survey of the boat. I was assisted by Mike, one of Korys technicians, the entire time. He crawled into impossible spaces down in the engine compartment - was very patient with my long checklist of items for inspection testing or demonstrating every feature and function on the boat. After the land inspection we headed to nearby Jordanelle Reservoir for the sea trial. Again, Mike demonstrated all of the waterborne systems and performance to my fastidious satisfaction. Just could not have asked for a more personable, efficient and knowledgeable person.As I had a boat to trade in (2006 Cobalt 220s) Kory and his team were just as detailed in the inspection of my boat as they were in my inspection of the Doral. Additionally, Robyn, who handled the financial and registration transactions was just great. Super friendly and helpful. As I needed a hotel for the night I arrived, she found nice accommodations for the money nearby. Just great service.During the haul to Jordanelle Reservoir I rode with Kory. We had good conversations about our personal and professional lives. If you ever get a chance to know Kory on a personal basis, you will understand just how and why his business excels so well at customer experience and service. That doesnt happen by mistake. We are from Chicago and a BIG boat sight un-seen. This process can easily go wrong but that was not the case with Kory. He is a proper gentleman, honest and true to his word. Friendly staff. I asked about a boat for the phone, they said it was ready to to take out on the lake, and ran great, but when I got there the boat would not run. I dont think they had never started the boat. They did their best to get it running. They probably should have tried to start the boat before they listed it for sale.

I first went looking for a waterski/wakeboard board in November and thought that I would be the only one interested in purchasing a boat at that time of year, but after talking to Kory and his staff I did not feel like I was going crazy. They spent time going over the differences in the boats, sizes and price points which was greatly appreciated. It took my about 30 days to decide to purchase a boat from them and which boat I was going to purchase.On the day I purchased my boat they went over the boat from top to bottom, every switch, every light, every setting. We found one light out and it was immediately replaced without issue. I am looking forward to taking the boat out in the water but that will have to wait until I put the snow skis away and the water warms up.

The repairs and service have been performed professionally and expeditiously. I never have to worry about a problem out on the lake because I know that the service and maintenance have been done right and at a fair price. They even delivered my serviced boat to my personal residence. How is that for excellent above and beyond service.

I called Kory on Monday to see about moving my familys boat that was involved in a accident and did not have a trailer. He said he could move it the next day. I met him at the towing company and knew exactly how to get it loaded up and made sure that the boat was loaded properly and not damaged during the process of loading the boat on to his trailer. We will definitely be using Kory again.

Well where to start. Positive first. The very nice lady who handles the paperwork was professional, thorough and all around great to work with. Now on to the negative issues with this purchase. Salesmen appeared bias because he was dealing with two females, one who knows quite a bit about boats being this is her fourth. They do a 20 point check when you purchase. What a waste of 3 hrs of our time. Bought a $25000 boat in June 2017 and so far it has not made it across the lake in maybe 20 times. Have been towed in EVERY time. We have spent over$4900 on repairs to learn it now needs a$10000 motor. Best advise is bring your own mechanic or avoid this company completely.

I was in a bind and needed the boat serviced so I didnt ruin the family trip we had scheduled and Kory and his team bent over backwards to get it done in time. Had a list of things repaired and installed on my Cobalt ski boat and they did an excellent job. They were great about helping me when I just dropped by with some questions about how to replace some parts, they stopped what they were doing and helped me because I was trying to get to the lake that day. The title best used-boat dealer in the the west is indeed an accurate description of Executive Boat & Yacht. Kory, the owner, is a very knowledgable, personable man who will bend over backwards to take care of you and your boating needs. I wont buy used anywhere else. 6 stars.

Took my boat there after a 4 year drydock. I requested that they get it ready for water including rebuilding the carburator and water pump, drain the fuel tanks, replace fuel filters, change oil, and start engine and check outdrive. I also requested that they go through the trolling engine to make it ready for water. When I picked up the boat they didnt do anything with the carburator or water pump, they wasnt sure if someone has checked the outdrive and the oil had not been changed. I was charged over $1,000 for what they had claimed was done. When I questioned my bill they told me that the were able to start the engine without rebuilding the carburator and that everything else appeared to be working fine. They said they forgot to change the oil so for an additional $65.00 and 30 minutes they changed the oil. That told me that the outboard engine started fine and ran well. After our first outing we had to replace the impeller on the outboard engine. With that said I would not recommend Executive Boat and Yacht for service work. If they are your last choice make sure that when they write up your service order that you have them write down everything that you are expecting to be completed in their services work.Good Luck

I cant thank Kory and everyone at Executive Boat and Yacht for helping us through a difficult purchase and boat rebuild project. We were very particular in what we wanted and Kory helped us find it, get it shipped back to Utah, then completely refinished the boat inside and out. Korys shop repaired hull damage, applied new bottom paint, new electronics, all new canvas, and completed all past due maintenance. They were great to work with and we couldnt be happier with the boat, its been a great summer.

I bought a new boat today from Barry and Kory. I know im demanding and expect people to DO what they promise. I understand the Barry made several promises to me on my new boat but wasnt able to honor them. So I was upset about this... Needless to say both Kory and Barry did their best to get things handled. I love the boat it rides nice had an issue with the main power connection to the motor and got stranded on the lake, (Kory replied to me that I boat the boat As Is even thou its brand new) I got that fixed on my own. still love the boat.

I dont recomend this place at all at least u want to waste your time, i leave my boat in the shop for 2 mounth and they dont touch it at all that only think they do was a compression test, the new engine was seatting in the shop for 1 mounth even they tell me first come first serve dosent happen excuses after excuse to tell me take the boat home because they dont want to do the job anymore because my attitude off course after i take the boat home. he dosent charge me anything but at first he want to charge me for the compression test he change his mind and dont do it latter, there excuse was because a lot others boats come to do winterize and they get busy, first come first serve dosent apply in some cases I guess. if u want waste time here is a good place to go I guess about price was the same of others places I ask before to do the same job.

What can I say about this place except stellar service!! I contacted Kory last Fall and told him medical conditions were making it necessary to sell my 32 Regal. It was already in storage for the winter so Kory said he would contact me in the spring. Kory got a hold of me a few days before the Salt Lake boat show and wanted to know if I wanted him to advertise my boat in the show with him. I said absolutely and sent him specs and pictures. The 2nd day of the show, Kory called and said he had the boat sold. Fantastic!! Since the boat was stored deep in a warehouse in Idaho Falls, it made it impossible to get out before late Spring. Kory negotiated with the buyer and we arranged for a early May pickup. Greg, Korys truck driver showed up to pick the boat up as requested. We got him all hooked up and on the road back to Salt Lake that afternoon. Thats when things went bad. Unfortunately the tires on my trailer that looked good, must have deteriorated internally and Greg had 5 of the 6 tires blow on his way back to Salt Lake. I can only imagine their frustration with me and the situation as they had to spend the night on the side of the road changing tires. Kory called me that evening and in pure professional style said it was just part of the business. The next morning they were on the road again and Kory dropped the boat and trailer off at MetalCraft for tires and trailer repairs. Somehow Kory kept the deal alive with the customer and the trailer was fixed and the boat delivered to the new owner. I know my story is long, but the point is these guys are professionals in every sense of the word. They do what they say they will do. When Robyn said my check was in the mail, it was at my house the next day. When selling a boat or buying a boat I would trust this team with my life. Thank you for the great experience.

Do not buy a used boat from Executive Boat!!! I made that mistake and took their word that if I had any issues, within a reasonable time of purchase, that the owner would take care of me. After just sitting for couple weeks I went to start it up, first time since I bought it and it wouldnt start. I was told to bring it back to dealership and they would get it going... Second mistake, they gave be a huge bill and said it was my fault?? I guess towing it cause engine damage?? Since then Ive had an honest boat mechanic look at it and yes the engine has multiple issues not disclosed upon purchase!!

Extremely nice employees but good bit misleading on the conditions of there inventory, make sure you ask for current pictures and ask lots of questions, I felt less is more with them after driving 800 miles was highly disappointed

We have sold 2 boats thru Executive Yacht, and have done business with them for almost 15 years.
