Excellent customer service and quick delivery. The deliver driver, Kevin was kind and very professional. I will surely recommend SunPro to friends for all their home needs.

Terrible service. Tried ordering doors. Placed order and deposit for 2 doors. Was first told it would take a week, the told 4-5 week wait time. I called after 5 weeks. 2 days after my call the salesman says the door is here. I ask about the other door. He tells me I canceled it? Nope. No I didn’t. He tells me he’ll send me the email. So he sends me an apology and an apparent attempt to let me know they can’t make the door. We had emailed 20 times. We had texted. Horrible service. Really needed the door and now we have to find somewhere else where I’m sure it will take months to get. Really bad service.

Used to use them all the time. Then a sun rock gravel truck side swiped my truck then left the scene. Was unable to get them to fix my truck md I paid out of pocket to fix it. Now we spend 100s of thousands of dollars every year on lumber and other material but I wont ever buy from them again.
