We are about to go into our first winter at Mt. Hood with these so we just bought the fly sheets to shed rain and snow. Fingers crossed that they withstand the mild snow load at 1,200 feet above sea level.

We have been using this tent since September 2020 and it’s been in every condition imaginable. From heavy non-stop rain to very dry desert conditions on to heavy winds to snow and back and it’s held up flawlessly! My bf and our 3 kids occupy the space. I have one of the larger tents. It takes all of us about an hour to get it setup and a little less time to get it broken down. We live in this tent full time and it’s very cozy. We actually prefer to be in it rather than a hotel or air b&b. This is our home away from home. Perfectly designed with quality materials and honestly no other canvas tent compares. Love white duck!

I am and will always be a tent camper. With that said, I am getting older and being as comfortable as possible is a priority for me. In 2020 White Duck Outdoors entered my life and my camping experience has changed forever! I purchased the 13 Regatta Bell Tent. I have camped five different times with it now and I cannot say enough good things about this product! It is easy to put up, strong as heck, and huge inside. We purchased a wood burning stove for inside and I stay warm and toasty all night. It stays warm inside even after the fire burns out. There has been absolutely no issues with the zippers, or the canvas. And when it comes time to pack up, it is so easy because the tent ACTUALLY fits back into the bag it came in. Also, people come over to just ask me about my tent and I get tons of compliments on it. I am a customer for life!!! Here is a picture of us camping at Sand Mountain Nevada, it got about 28 degrees that night and was very windy. The tent didnt move:)

I have been meaning to write a review of the tent and the customer service. My family was in a despair because the new home we bought was infested with hidden mold and being immunocompromised we were unable to stay in the home. We had just spent the majority of our savings to get the remediation. Process started and needed somewhere to stay. We didn’t want to cross contaminate our families homes and with the kids starting the new school we wanted to be close for the bus to still pick them up.I decided on a bell tent but they were sold out until two weeks out. I emailed customer service after placing my order and begged of there was any way to change the order a d pay extra because hotels stays were adding up. Well I can tell you the company answered my email and prayers. We lived in the tent for almost two weeks and we were able to heal. I am so thankful for this company and glad to say good people still exist. I will be a life long customer !

My parents found white duck outdoors while looking for an outdoor option to accommodate a wedding shower! It’s not like any text you’ve ever seen! We bought the Avalon tent! It could fit up to 20 people! We live in Michigan so we got the attached fireplace, it was so warm and cozy even with the doors open! We had an absolute blast decorating it and we can wait to use it for our next adventure, whether it be camping, girls night, baby shower, the options are endless!! I wanted to enjoy tent camping today, as I did in my younger days, but did not relish sleeping on the ground. Once I realized that tall air mattresses existed, me getting on the ground was not necessary any longer! So, I purchased the best air bed (King Koil) and now I needed a tent to go with it!I searched for the best tent I could find. Not only did I find the best quality tent, I found the best customer service to go along with it. In fact, the positive customer service reviews from past customers is why we made the decision to buy from White Duck. After reading a ton of reviews from lots of companies and discovering that many companies didn’t even return customer’s calls when they had issues, nor stand behind their product, made me afraid to purchase from many of them. I will gladly pay more for support and quality. Another factor that swayed us to purchase from White Duck was the type of zippers used in their product. I believe they are the best! And, the Avalon has lots of them which is another reason we bought this tent. I love all of the windows!I also didn’t want a pole in the center of the door, which is the only reason I didn’t purchase the Regatta. I like the A frame style door that the Avalon has. The fabric of the Avalon is awesome…it is thick and you can just feel the quality. I am sure that my tent will last me many, many years, but if a problem should arise, I’m equally confident that all I have to do is make a phone call.My husband did some modifying in case our camp spots are not very large when we travel He made a wooden stake (4” taller than side walls), sharpened in one end to place in the ground, and cut a channel in the top so the guy wires could rest in them as they traveled to the ground to attach to the jpeg. This allowed for a much smaller space for your tent placement while still allowing the side walls to stand straight.

Excellent quality tent! Chatted with someone on their website a bit to get some answers about features. Was actually looking at 2 different companies, White Duck & Kodiak. It seemed to me that White Duck had a tent that best met my needs, so I ordered one. Had it up for a little over a week for a first run in the yard, 3 days of that was rain. My grandson and I slept in it 5 of those nights and really appreciate the e-port for snaking in a hose for my propane heater. Average nightly outside temp was 30, with mid 50s inside. Love the space that the 10 x 14 Proto Deluxe has and the massive window space for when it actually gets warm up here. Have 7 trips planned for this summer ranging from 3 days to 7, so it will get a work out.

Customer service is...lacking. White Duck did not communicate well with me at all. When the tent I bought on backorder was delayed even further...and further, they didnt even bother to update me on the situation. It was like pulling teeth trying to get information from them. I did eventually get the products I ordered, but the whole experience made the company come off as shady to me. They had me worried the whole time I would not receive my (very expensive to me) merchandise. I probably will not order from them again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

They had exactly the kind of canvas duffel I was looking for - strong, rugged, practical and a great price with fast delivery. We purchased 8 large tents for a work retreat out in the dessert and we couldnt have been any happier!!!! The tents themselves are absolutely gorgeous. They are large and sturdy and easy to setup. They EASILY fit 6 grown men on very large mattress pads with still excess room to wander around and have bags inside. They kept very warm with our heat sources and our entire team were WOWed by them. The representative that worked with us ensured we would get them in time and kept in touch to ensure we were happy. Would VERY much recommend these!!!

Put my tent up for the first time, put it away. 40 Min set time, and putting away about the same. Read the directions, and had to put it up the next day again. Read your directions first! I wish I had, other then that snafu, and listening to my wife for an hour should have read the directions LOL great tent easy one person set-up very well put together. I very excited and am looking forward to hunting, and trapping season this year.

Im new to this kind of tent. Always had a Walmart special. This thing is AWESOME. Plenty of room got a stove for it and waiting for some colder weather to see how well it works. As of now I would totally do this again. Also C.S. was extremely helpful with figuring out my stove questions.

All I can say is WOW. We got this tent before our elk season here in Oregon and had been looking for a canvas tent that could stand up to the elements of camping on top of a mountain in November. The tent was perfect size for two of us, and with a heater going it kept us warm inside while it dropped into the low 20s overnight. On our last night, there was a serious windstorm that went through and I had thought for a moment while laying in my cot I hope this tent can take this storm, otherwise we are going to be in for some trouble! The tent barely budged when the gusts hit, I was impressed! One thing I liked was how there was an overhang on the front that kept our gear dry and that we could secure the door open during the days. Overall, thanks White Duck Outdoors for making a bulletproof tent!

These tents handle the elements very well! Our 5 meter Avalon endured straight line winds from a severe thunderstorm this past August.A shelf cloud led the storm bringing wind gusts of 60mph. Trees were down, trampolines flipped, debris and hail covered the ground, but our Avalon stood proud and unscathed.After the torrential rain subsided, I inspected the tent and it was completely dry😳. This tent is one of my favorite purchases ever!

We love our White Duck tent. We bought the 16x24 tent to house our swim spa and some of our furnishings while we are building our home.Our salesman was a friendly, sincere person. Very helpful.The quality of the tent is magnificent. Very strong. The Windows have an inside and outside flap to keep the weather out.Anxious to see how winter is in the tent. There are 2 roof vents for wood stoves. We plan on using one gas stove if needed.I recommend this tent to anyone who needs extra space or a great gathering space.

White Duck very generously gave me a discount on my first canvas tent for being a nurse, though after experiencing this tent I can tell you no discount should be necessary to convince you to get one yourself. (To be clear, this great review is in no way motivated by the discount, and was not solicited by WD). My cabin tent is incredibly well constructed, truly made of durable canvas thats survived multiple overland nights in Oregon already, and it has proven to be waterproof and windproof. Setup is no more difficult than a simple backpacking tent--and for the first time in my life Im actually impressed with the quality of the stakes! Theyre literally quarter-inch stainless steel. Another two firsts--the storage bags are (1) excellent quality and (2) generously sized so you can actually fit the tent back in with ease! Im certain that Ill be enjoying countless nights far away from home with this tent and would recommend one to anyone looking to upgrade their camping setup.

I bought 18 of the White Duck Regatta tents for Lungovita Beach Retreat, Canadas most southern glamping resort. I tried some other high rated glamping tents and their quality did not compare to White Duck. If you are looking for a beautiful high quality tent you found it.

I recently purchased a 14’x16’ wall tent. AFTER placing the purchase I realized that being a retired US Marine, I could receive a 10% discount. I contacted the folks at WhiteDuck via their 24 hour chat room and explained my error and situation. They rapidly answered and after completing and submitting a short necessary form, I received an email explaining that the order was still on schedule with the 10% deduction. This was done late in the evening and I got confirmation on the solution around 1:00 am.Great job to the folks at WhiteDuck for providing excellent customer service. I bought a 18 ounce brown 12‘ x 12‘ white duck tarp to cover my gazebo because all my other covers have deteriorated in the Texas sun within two years I applied the tarp yesterday it looks absolutely fantastic I’m happy with the weight the quality of the product and I’m sure the durability. I will probably order another tarp just to keep in my trunk of my carIn case of an emergency I have a picture check it out I would recommend this company and product to anybody that asks

We bought a 13 foot regatta tent from White duck after seeing our friends rectangular tent. The purpose for ours is to use it as an Airbnb. The day we put it up on the platform, we had at least a dozen requests to book. It looks so sharp. We were able to fit a queen size mattress and box spring inside. There’s no extra room for a frame. And that’s OK. Ours has a 10 x 10 canvas underneath it and a 20 x 20 deck under that. We live in a very windy location. The tent is holding up well. One feature I should mention that I very much appreciate… The screen door closes very tightly, then there is a canvas flap semi circle that flips up about 2 inches, maybe three, and then the canvas door zips up tightly with some Velcro. We have small critters, earwigs and other insects that have not gotten inside. I think that is in parts to how fastened up those entryways are.

It’s dirt proof and water proof so it’s very handy for us when it comes to adventuring out with our pup. Their duffel bag is very handy as well. I use it to carry my stuff as well as my dogs stuff. Very big and spacious and easy to clean up.

Fantastic experience. I ordered the olive regatta tent and it was so easy to set up, easy to understand the instructions and team available 24/7. What I loved the most was how light and compact the packaging was. I had no trouble carrying it to my camp ground and that was really really important for me. FYI I was a solo girl and pitched it up in 15 mins approx. I didn’t face any issues but I felt comfortable knowing that if I had an issue I had someone to help me. Brilliant set up whiteduck! Being a family of 5 (plus a greyhound), we were in search of tent that would be spacious, waterproof, and hold up. Our 13 ft bell tent is that plus some. It rained significantly the first night we set it up and we all stayed dry. It’s easy to set up and take down. We also have the quarter tent that can easily fit the two toddlers (they love that they have their own room). Definitely recommend!

I was looking for a well built tarp to cover up my firewood and I bought one from Amazon and Im well pleased with it. Its thick, heavy duty and its going to last for a long time. Where to start....1st, I purchased the Prota 7x9 Deluxe Cabin tent. Great product! Well made, plenty of space and ventilation. Doors on both sides. Took me about 15 mins to set up by myself. The coating on the roof did keep it cooler inside, although I have no scientific evidence of it :)...2nd, I had an issue with my original order. It was shipped in 2 boxes, but the 1st box arrived empty. Judging by the way the box was re-taped and beat up, I figured it was the shipping company. I Notified White Duck Outdoors and they shipped out new parts immediately, which came in inside a beat up box AGAIN, but this time I was only missing 1 of the pieces. Notified White Duck again and got the part sent out right away. No questions asked. I was emailed along the way to notify me of the shipment(s).I cant say enough about the product or service I received. Although I was bummed out about the missing stuff, they made it right!

I purchased a standard 10x20 polytarp for a tent roof and it started to leak after just a few months. It also flapped in the wind loudly even though it was tightly attached to the tent frame. I decided to try the heavy duty White Duck canvas in a really beautiful green color. It greatly improved the tent interior climate. Dryer, cooler when hot outside, and warmer when cold outside. Also, there is absolutely no leaky spots. I could not be happier with this purchase. And the price is super competitive.

We purchased the 16 foot regatta tent. We have 6 people in our family and we had more than enough space for everyone and all of our bags. We got a wood burning stove from another site and used it in our tent. We went camping and it rained, snowed and was super windy. We all stayed very dry and warm. I highly recommend these tents, they are very high quality. I am excited to keep camping and making memories with our kiddos.

Our first experience with white duck was a memorable one. West Texas blizzard of 2021 just outside of Big Bend. The 13ft regatta bell tent went up quickly and only one person was needed. Love how the bottom edges of the tarp are sewn up. Many features make this tent 5*. The bungee cord tie downs. The metal cord adjusters. Heavy duty zippers. It handled 8-10 inches of snow exceptionally. No issues with leaks, some expected condensation but no dripping water.

I have purchased two different tents with different accessories as well. I have had great customer service both times and sales staff is super friendly. I love the quality of the products and out of 10 spots at Big Bend Glamping, 5 or 6 are White Duck products.

I bought a Avalon Bell tent this summer and really love it. Super great quality, great air ventilation, easy to put up, and fun to camp in! I get comments from other campers every time. Just recently I bought 2 of the Filios canvas duffle bags (gold and black). The bags look really great and are built strong - they will hold my other camping bedding and more perfectly. I got the 16.5 Avalon bell tent and I couldnt be happier with it. Great durable material, very roomy and keeps heat inside when you need and with all the windows you can create a great cross-breeze when its hot outside. I often sleep outside for work during the week and this is my new home away from home. Also I had some confusion from Amazon about shipping so I went to their website. There is an actual person watching their little customer service chat bubble and they helped me with my question within minutes. Great product, great company, I highly recommend.

After a bit of drama I received this fantastic Canvas tent the Prota 10x14 in time for a week camping up in the redwood forrest. Customer support was very responsive. Whether they actually had the tent in stock was a bit of mess at first but they are recovering from Covid and doing their best so I didn[t get upset. I recommend strongly that you set up the tent to make sure you have all the parts, know how to do it and to season it (by soaking it) to water proof it. Thanks to a rare summer rain in SoCal I did that just after discovering the tent was missing some poles. The poles arriving on my front porch by coincidence mere minutes after emailing them. They somehow knew they are missing and mailed them to me separately. The tent is pretty easy set up but take a bit of muscle to pull the support poles up and put the pin inside each end. The quality is top notch and passes the test; you can breath through the fabric. Some lesser brands coat the with a plastic coating and you do not want that! Everything they say about canvas is true it breathes and very nice to be in. We experienced cool nights in the 40s and a muggy day near 80 and it was great in both conditions. Ive suffered many a campout in cheap plastic bag tents never again!

We just got the 16-foot Regatta Bell tent, this tent is awesome. We set our wood stove up inside and it heated the tent very quickly. Really wish I could share everyones five star experience but I gotta say I mustve gotten the customer service rep on a bad day and the head of sales on worse one. I ordered the 16.5 Avalon for my wedding this January at a friends cabin, the tent was for me and my groomsmen. I put the order back in April after seeing another persons review saying order this yesterday where they mentioned the company had trouble sticking to a timeline. I made it clear to them from customer service to every comment section I could fill out I needed this ASAP so I could do necessary installation (raised platform, wind break, check for any damage, etc.) and if there were any delays to please contact me so I could plan accordingly. Mid June I check on my delivery as the original date I was given mid July - early August and all I see is pending. I call the sales department and theyre not in so I try online. The customer service rep Jack tells me theres a delay and now it wont be in till mid September - early October. I try to get an explanation but all I am told is theres a delay. I get a call back the next day from head of sales whos first tactic is to throw Jack right under the bus, both axles. He was mistaken, he thought you were placing a new order. Yours is in stock and I guarantee well have it to you on time. After trying to get the head of sales to own up to this and explain why I should believe his word now he just gets mad and shouts well if I were you Id just cancel my order so I took his advice and did. Its less than a week later and I already have a much nicer Montana Canvas tent from sportsmans warehouse for a similar price to their similarly sized tent. All in all I cant say anything about the quality besides I wish I could have tried it and I mustve caught Jack and their head of sales on some bad days. Or their liars, doesnt matter my moneys not going back to them.

My husband and I had heard about the possibility of getting one of these awesome tents at a discount if there were any returned items that could no longer be sold as new items. My husband inquired about that. The respond was none were available, but we would love to give you a discount on a new tent. We decided it was a good deal, and jumped on it immediately. We order our tent on Friday evening, and by 1:00 on Saturday afternoon, we had our tent. That is great customer service. We cannot wait for spring to try out this great product. I got my girls the canvas dog bed about a week ago and it’s safe to say they’re obsessed! It has turned into their favorite bed to play fight for who gets to sleep on it at night. I’m about to buy a second so they each have their own. Honestly it’s so comfy even I’d sleep on it. The canvas so far has held up to muddy paws(it’s been raining so much lately) and tons of husky hair with no issues cleaning off. I 100% recommend this dog bed to all dog moms and dads!

I called White Duck and talked to Kumbar. Great guy, very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Already had a wall tent so wanted to try out a Bell tent. I ended up with the 4m Avalon. It’s a great tent! Setup wasn’t bad at all. Much easier than a wall tent. It breathes very well yet holds in heat when needed. Good windows, good zippers, good stitching. We were so excited to purchase the 10’ bell tent for our family! Overall, the quality of the tent is durable and sturdy. Only a couple of reasons for a three star review -Smaller than anticipated:We ordered a bell tent for our camping endeavors and it was smaller than anticipated. WDO does house the dimensions online and we should have further carefully digested the dimensions.Odd Smell:Part of setting up the tent involves wetting the outside. Once we wet the outside of the tent, there was a fish smell that has not gone away.Response: We contacted White Duck Outdoors to address the fish smell and ask about potentially upgrading to a larger tent hoping the smell was an anomaly. Per the WDO representative, we weren’t eligible to return the tent because the tent had been utilized.Again, overall satisfied with the quality of the material of the tent and not fond of our inability to return the tent. We will be looking to order from another company.

Kumbar & White Duck have been instrumental In assisting my rather large purchase of 16x24 tent and many accessories during the WuFlu CCP outbreak. I purchased the new version 10 x 14 Prota Deluxe tent (with radius top side windows and aluminum frame). I set it up in my yard to season it and spend a few nights in it. It rained a few days later and it has been up for nearly 2 weeks. It has rained 4-5 nights during that time frame and temperatures have been in the 30s every night. There have also been periods of strong wind. I have been sleeping completely dry and like a baby in our new tent since I set up. My son has joined me for a few of those nights. Tonight will be my 11th consecutive night sleeping in it. This truly is a well made, heavy duty, 4 season tent that is easy to put up.It is important to note that I did a great deal of research and contemplation before making this purchase and chose it over the 3 major competitors who offer these spring style frame cabin tents.I also ordered the floor liner for beneath the tent and a heavy duty 18 oz canvas white duck 10 x 14 tarp (net 9-6 x 13-6) which I have put inside the tent to protect the floor from us (not that it needs protection) and us from the earth. The added comfort to our feet and increased floor insulation is great. These were also well worth the money, excellent White Duck products.As soon as we get a good dry spell I will regretfully take it down. I cannot wait to take it to some archery, hunting, and fishing events, not to mention family camping trips approaching quickly. I imagine summer camping will also be great and look forward to some sierra camping in the cold/snow next winter. Absolutely a 5 star review!

I had a great experience ordering from White Duck Outdoors and absolutely love my 16 Regatta Bell Tent, the material is fantastic. The quality of this tent is incredible and everyone that sees it loves it and comments on how unique it is. It is a beautiful tent and the ambiance is special.The set up and take down is easy and I can do it alone, no problems, but it is easier with an extra set of hands. The adventures we have taken with our tent have been so much fun and we always look forward to the next outing!

Purchased a 13 Regatta Bell Tent at the start of the summer for camping trips for a growing family of 3. Tons of room to spread out, with ample space for mats, our little ones pack and play, bags, and gear. Wall height also allows for lots of room to move around inside. Its surprisingly light and compact when compared to other tents we checked out. The canvas construction allows it to stay cool when its hot out, but also to be sturdy on rougher terrain and has also been resilient against the chilly fall winds these last few weekends when its been getting a lot colder. Maybe the coolest feature is the stove jack!! The set up was painless, as was the take down. During the purchase process, the people at White Duck that we spoke with were super friendly and patient in answering all of our questions. The tent arrived very quickly and when we had some questions about add-ons, the folks on phone support was very helpful in discerning what would suit our needs.

I bought this tent to put on our property by a creek. I researched heavily for about a month, checking out all of the other options out there. White Duck Outdoors is by far the best option for price and quality. I left the tent up all throughout the winter. It endured high winds, heavy snow, rain, you name it, and its still standing!Many of the other tent companys do not include the poles or brackets with the purchase of their tents, so after spending more on their tents, youll then also have to make a trip to your local supply store and purchase, measure and cut poles to fit the canvas. White Duck includes everything that you need to create a perfect ambiance for your glamping site!

I bought two white duck bell tents, one was shipped to me with no poles(my purchase was made through Amazon), I contacted white duck, their customer service was far above excellent, I explained that I needed to use the tents in one week, they had poles shipped and delivered with time to spare. The quality of the tents is top notch. As my needs grow, I will be buying more tents from white duck, absolutely amazing products and I certainly know that if something is wrong, they will take care of the issue. I will be a costumer for life.

The White Duck Regatta Mini is the best piece of camping equipment ever! It is so simply, elegantly and ruggedly engineered. It overwhelmed me, from the gorgeous carry bag, to the airy little interior. It is going strong in my backyard now proving its worth in a week of torrential, South Florida rain. Everyone in the neighborhood loves it. It is new my go to tent for disperesed camping, replacing an odd assortment of tents variously suited to jeeps, motorcycles, bikes and boats. This was just an impulse purchase, but what a wonderful find!

We put our 20’ Avalon Bell tent up this weekend for the first time!! The directions in the manual were a little hard to understand but once we figured it out it was a breeze! Extremely great quality and cannot wait to go camping this year!! So much room!!

Only had the tarp a week or two, but its rained a few times and the tarp has shed all water-covering my duck boat outside. Feels heavy duty and the grommets are solid. Exactly what I was wanting. *wont be pulling the duck boat with the tarp on*

Im not one to normally write a review; however, in the case of White Duck, I was compelled to share my positive experience.Much like many others during the pandemic, I was looking to retreat to the outdoors and do some camping with my wife. After much research, we had decided upon a White Duck 13 Avalon Bell tent. We ordered our tent andd eagerly awaited its arrival. After a series of some initial frustrations, most of which were outside of White Ducks control, I found myself having missed out on camping season and with no tent. I worked very closely with White Duck Customer Service during this time and they were always on the ball: prompt with their replies and always professional and curious. Without going into to too many details, White Duck stepped up and went above and beyond to make everything right for me.White Duck proved to me that they care about their customers and will do what it takes to keep customers happy. Period. They know that word of mouth advertising in a campground is indeed a powerful marketing tool. If youre shopping for a new tent, do not hesitate to order from them. I am so obsessed with White Duck Outdoors. My husband and I purchased our 16ft Avalon last year and have love love loved it so far. The open communication with the company was so helpful in deciding what exactly would fit our needs perfectly. Any shipping questions my husband had were answered so quick.As far as the tent itself...I’m positive it would withstand the apocalypse. Haha! We live near Lake Michigan, and the wind/rain/snow gets intense! When we’re inside the tent it feels like I’m in a home during a storm.Set up and take down is surprisingly easy considering how large the tent is, and it looks majestic being set up in a campground. We constantly draw crowds when we camp!I’m so glad we found White Duck Outdoors. I 1000% recommend them and promise you won’t be disappointed!

Went camping this past weekend in the Alpha Wall 8x10. This tent is fantastic! Plenty of room, for my wife, me, and our two children, and all of our gear. Canvas tents like the Alpha are always heavy, so they’re not something you would want to pack over a long distance without some kind of assistance. However, it is very durable. Normally when setting up tents, at some point I hear something rip, or see something become frayed. Not so, in the case of the Alpha. This thing held up like a champ! Throughout the duration of our camping trip, we felt totally confident that it would stand up to whatever Tennessee weather could throw at it. This tent reminded me a lot of the heavy duty tents we used when I was serving in the Marine Corps, and I believe this tent would hold up just as well as anything the military supplied me with (if not better.) We had a great time and definitely look forward to our next outing. Whiteduck Outdoors makes a quality product.

I hunted Wyoming for 3 weeks looking for elk and chasing mule deer. White duck canvas tent held up to all Wyoming had to offer. From hot days to snowy and windy nights. One night specifically was pretty horrendous. My buddies tent was blowing sideways literally touching him and his sleeping bag on my tent held up to the winds and did not give in. Easy enough for one man to put up and tough enough for a whole deer camp. 5 Stars!

Love this company. Theres some room for improvement but a stand-up company with incredibly high quality products for only dollars more than Chinese knock-offs!

The quality is unsurpassable and held up like a champ during our worst winter months of rain, snow, and high winds. Not a single leak anywhere. I cannot say enough about the quality of service I received from White Duck Outdoors. I pre-ordered a tent through them and was on about a 30-45 day wait list for my tent. I reached out via online chat a couple times to inquire about my order to make sure it was still on track to be received on time, and was helped by Dan every time. Not only did he help me via chat, but he would give me his phone number to follow up via text, and even gave me a couple of calls to make sure I was fully taken care of.Fast forward a few weeks and my tent was shipped! I reviewed my order and realized I ordered the wrong size ground sheet, and have a camping trip in a week. I reached back out and was again helped by Dan, and he was able to get me in direct contact with their Director of Sales and Business, Kumbar. Together, Dan and Kumbar were able to make sure my correctly sized groundsheet order was shipped out almost at the same time as my tent, and I received both items just a couple days apart!I havent had a chance to set up the tent/groundsheet yet (that is this weekend), but if their products are anything like their customer service, I am confident that there is no way I will be disappointed!
