I had a great experience at this store. The prices are better than online. I picked up a kayak for my daughter. They offered to help me take it to the car and strap it on. They even got me a new lid seal for my old cooler when I mentioned it didn’t stay very cool.

Was looking to get a big cooler that didnt cost a fortune, saw the 77 QT online and decided to go in the store and look at it, I bought it on the spot.The cooler is fantastic! It is built well and keeps things cold as well as the competition that sells theirs for 3 to 4 times the price, and it comes with a 5 year warranty.The guy that helped me was very friendly and helpful.I would highly recommend this product.

Helped a friend get her home ready for new renters. The home lacked a garage but we needed a place for lawnmower, garden tools etc. She bought a Lifetime Storage Shed.... WOW!!!! What a great product and it took less than 30 minutes from start to finish for Hayden, John and Celton to complete the assembly, install and anchor it to the concrete driveway. Id recommend these gentleman any day to install a Lifetime shed. You wont be disappointed.

We had a great experience on our visit! We were looking for some large tables but had limited space in our vehicle to bring them home. Lifetime had foldable tables which fit perfectly! They even had some factory seconds for a discounted price. The staff was really helpful, very diligent about keeping things clean, and offered to carry our items to the car!There were so many fun things for us to look at: basketball stands, playground equipment, sheds, playhouses, coolers, kayaks and more. Glad we went there to find our tables! It was worth the trip!

We had our Lifetime Adventure Tower delivered and installed today and are delighted with it. We chose the playset in natural/earth colors (brown, green, gray) and it is very easy on the eye and blends in well with the surroundings (making us, neighbors, and our HOA happy :)). The playset is constructed of metal and plastic and is very strong and sturdy. We get a lot of sun, wind, and snow in Park City, UT and feel this will hold up well to the elements, and better than a wooden set. We love the design of the playset, with the circular tower. It provides good shade on the base and upper levels. It also comes with two climbing walls, a ladder, a slide, and three sets of carabiners, with two swings and a trapeze (we are adding a baby swing in place of the trapeze for now).The staff at Lifetime SLC were great in helping us purchase the set and setting up quick delivery. The price was better than competitors and 3rd party vendors. We also chose to purchase the add on installation from the Lifetime Installation team. We would highly recommend this. Our installer, Isaac, and his team were excellent. They were very friendly, efficient, strong, and thorough. They were very familiar with the set and had all the appropriate tools. It took 3 men about 2 - 2.5 hours to set up and thoroughly secure the playset. They ensured we were very happy with the exact placement of the set, and the location of the ladder and slide.We would highly recommend Lifetime products, store staff, and the installation team to everyone.

I came to this store just the other day to look at their paddle boards and I can honestly say that this is the Lifetime store to go to! They always seem to have everything in stock and the staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable about the products they are selling.

I needed a table that wasn’t in stock, but the team member suggested a similar one that was in stock and longer. It turned out to be perfect for my needs and the team member checked if a factory second was available—it was! I even had help out to my car with the large table. We came in for some Kayaks, the prices are fantastic, and its a great product. We have a large family and though we would only be able to get 4 with our budget. Instead, we were able to buy 6, and we were $10 under budget.

We wanted to buy a playset for our kids, and have seen great reviews about the lifetime brand! We were able to walk right into the store and easily pick the one we wanted. The man who helped us “Harrison” was very friendly, and fast! He used a forklift to load the playset straight onto our trailer and was very respectful of our property! What an amazing company. I called several locations in desperate need of a shed. Every person I called was extremely nice, and helpful. They allowed me to place the order on the phone for pickup. I am so happy I called. My dad also always raves about the quality. Highly recommend.

Purchased an 8 x 10 Outdoor Storage Shed (60211) from the Salt Lake store in Feb 2020. So far I would give them a C- grade and it is slipping to a D. Had it installed by Lifetime in April. It took some time to set this up and errors made by them created a partial setup over two plus weeks due to parts missing. This summer, less than three months later, the Corner Trim on three of the four corners began very noticeable warping. Per the Salt Lake stores direction we contacted by email, and sent pictures to Lifetime Customer service with a warranty request. They did not respond for over a month. We contacted the Salt Lake store again to express our concern and they instituted a visit by an install person to look at our shed. The install person agreed to the warranty need and would get part(s) ordered. After three weeks, no response so we called the Salt Lake store again. They promised immediate feedback to us. Now, many days later we still have not heard from them. A side note, a solid two months later, the Lifetime Customer Service center, the ones emailed and photos sent, contacted us with a lame email (appeared auto generated) stating they got our info and they were slow (no kidding) due to Covid issues. All I could say to them was whatever. So, here we are several months later and waiting still for a warranty response or resolution. Pretty sure we will have to keep reaching out to them and pushing.

My shed was damaged by the wind storm Sep 2020. I contacted the Salt Lake Store and Nora was very, very helpful. She helped coordinate getting me in contact with the install crew. Dawson, Isaac, JT came out and assessed the damage, ordered the right parts, and returned to repair the shed. It is as good as new. Thank you Lifetime for standing behind your product and hiring good employees.

They completed the job very quickly and very efficient. They wouldnt leave until the shed was complete, that included the door adjustments. Came into the salt lake store to purchase eight of their outdoor chairs, Rex started helping me and was very informative and helpful even though he was starting his lunch break, he handed me off to Jameson to finish the sale... An hour later and still not being able to complete the sale because the clearfield store was having issues answering their phone so I looked up their number online and inadvertently contact the corporate headquarters, I told the operator that I needed to speak with a salesman she transferred me to the online store operator he was not able to help me so I called back, when the operator answered I explained what was going on and she blamed me for saying that I needed to speak with a salesman and that I should call the clearfield location..... Google gave me her number the corporate number has the clearfield location I understand computers can make mistakes or rather I made a mistake in calling the corporate location but wow turned an exasperating situation where is I had explained Id been in the store for over an hour trying to make a purchase and then for her to lay the blame back on me all I have to say is lifetime store purchasing experience sucks big time...... Not sure about the actual product yet..... Jameson was an amazing help and patient but still over an hour to make a simple purchase frustrating.

Great customer service! I stopped by to get a folding table and the employee was cleaning the floor. He stopped what he was doing, came over and helped me, and was very knowledgeable. He actually even owned the product I was looking for and was able to fully answer all questions I had. I wanted to look around a little and he even had the courtesy to ask if the cleaning machine would bother the small child I had with me. I am very impressed with the quality of customer service and the cleanliness of the store.
