My wife and I purchased a used car here a few days ago. And while we really loved our salesman, the buying experience was pretty shady.The finance manager wouldn’t give us a clear answer on what our interest rate would be on financing, but kept asking us to sign stuff and pushing us through the sales process. I didn’t feel like I had any control of the situation. It definitely felt like they were trying to pull one over on us the whole time. I don’t think he ever would’ve told us the interest rate had I not kept asking.If you have a choice for your particular car, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

The service was not good at this Kia Dealership when I went for a repair on my car. I had scheduled an appointment online through the messaging app on the website. I was told the wrong day and they got my name wrong when scheduling me for the appointment (even though they asked for my name multiple times). At the dealership no one came out when we stopped where we were supposed to for service appointment, we were stuck waiting, standing at the desk for way too long before someone was able to help us, and then they were not able to help me. I explained that my situation was urgent, and they were still happy to let me leave and take my business somewhere else (even though they scheduled me on the wrong day). Disappointed with the whole experience. I love my KIA, but I am grateful that I didnt buy it at this KIA dealership. I wish there was better customer service and more options available to help their clients.

We have been going to Matt Greene (mechanic) to servicing our cars for a while. We even had to get him to check out my daughters car where warranty work (at a different dealership) was done very poorly, it took Matt 5 minutes to figure out the issues compared to the other dealers 2 mechanics and 3 days later. I have never had any issues with my vehicles and we have several. Matt is the only one we trust to keep our cars in top condition.

Ted Roberts is my number 1 go to mechanic. I took my Kia Rio in for a new timing belt and even though I knew he was busy because he was always helping other mechanics in the shop he was still able to recommend other belts in my car ( that were damaged) this will save me from being broke down on the side of the road. He did all this Im a very timely matter. Thank you Ted Roberts!!
