Had the vapes my gf needed at a reasonable price.

I love this place. The staff is amazingly helpful, I always enjoy talking with them and the recommendations they give are very good. They introduced me to coastal clouds mango, which is in my opinion as good as the juul mango. I had been searching for a year and a half for a good mango salt juice and they set me up perfectly.

So friendly and helpful!! Will definitely drive a little out of my way for the service I received there.

I used to live around the corner and went here for years. I was in the area again and thought I would stop by and it will be my last time there for sure. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude, even after I literally had to look at EVERY SINGLE wall and counter in there before he even came out from the back. Then when they didnt have the wides I like he tried pushing a different kind on me telling me they are the same (they could be? but to me they are not). They usually had a good stock of everything and good prices, but for me the customer service the other day was SO BAD that I cannot bring myself to support this business anymore. Ended up probably paying a dollar more at the gas station but at least they were nice.*After seeing owners response* I fully understand you can be out of stock on items, it happens. This wasnt this issue, the issue was with the man behind the counter who didnt even come out from the back until I had literally looked at EVERY SINGLE counter and all the products, then proceed to tell me to just buy this other pack because they are the same which to me they are not. Then the manner in which he treated me for not wanting that pack. Apparently having to put the pack back on the shelf after he pulled it out was just too much for him. I dont know the exact time but it was between 10:30-Noon for sure. As for the sweet discount I really dont plan on going back. Thanks though...

Great selection of flavors. Great staff and clean environment. Yes, they do give military a 10% discount. I spoke with the owner. You must show your military ID and state ID.

I am done with this place the owner’s are great people, but every time I go and they are not present... I was I.D. for purchasing butane, then I ask why the guy stammers mumbles and then says it is a new Utah law, stammers again recites more lies! No, thank you!!! Harass someone else. You lost a customer.

This is officially the only place I’ll be buying my tobacco while in salt lake! Went here for the first time today and the customer service was absolutely PHENOMENAL! Not to mention the unbeatable prices, And locally hand-crafted crystal jewelry they had for sell... definitely better than any smoke shop in Texas 😊

This shop is family owned and the father and son who work here are always so pleasant and helpful. They really know their stuff and I always find myself staying there way longer than I should just chatting with them. They are super friendly and I always leave with a smile on my face. Their products are of great quality and are fairly priced.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had in a smoke shop. EVER! The guy James who helped me said him and his father own the shop, and you could tell he really cared and was invested in my experience. He was extremely helpful and made great suggestions about his inventory which was super helpful. I will be bringing all of my business here from now on. And trust me, you should too.

Stopped by today for some vape juice, the person that greeted me was very nice and helpful & it seemed like a nice enough place.. but their prices were quite a bit higher than other shops Ive been to, and they dont carry the brand of juice I prefer, so I didnt end up buying anything from them.I would have given them some business and bought another kind of juice if their prices werent so high.

This is truly a one of a kind smoke shop that really changes what a smoke shop can be when you enter this place. I wont name the owners names and other people but they have truly built a smoke shop that lives up to its name, excellent customer service, always easy on the prices, and of course they are open late and very knowledgeable about their products. Best smoke shop experience Ive had. The people working there are helpful, friendly and fair. Id been working on my car and my hands were filthy, they let me try a sample of Grunge off and let me just say, Amazing hand cleaner. Car grease can be time consuming to attempt to wash off with the cleaners youve all heard of. Grunge off was effortless and fast.

Amazing shop, everyone there is so kind and helpful. Ive been coming here for a few years now. Ive never been disappointed. If I had a problem with any of my purchases it was replaced or fixed right away. Amazing prices and deal 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Wow, I cant believe how much they helped me even though I said I wasnt spending much! There was a blonde lady who was so friendly, happy, and excited to help me. I dont live very close, but Ill be making the drive to support them. Its well worth the drive even for spending $30 on a water pipe. They also had a big selection of local hand made pieces, which I appreciate.

I love that their prices are so cheap on glass, I havent been able to find someone to beat them yet. Great customer service, great parking, they are open really late, and Sirius is so cute. 💓

These guys are great!(Addition to original post)...visited store a 3rd time, The assistant manager has a very bad attitude and superiority complex. In the future I will not shop here when I see him behind the counter. The owners, however, have always been very kind and respectful.

This is a great little smoke shop. They have a wall of shish tobacco, and another wall of all glass hookahs and water pipes. They even sell glass by local artists. Great customer service, and Sirius the shop pup is always there to say hello too!!

Been extremely loyal customer Ive made it my go to vape store until recently I bought a vape from the owner and in less than thirty days it broke at no fault to me . they wouldnt exchange it for a good product, this is after the sold me the wrong glass for my tank held my last battery for 2 weeks trying to fix it and nothing happened.. Im not going to shop there anymore the girl in there always finds a way of lies to make sure she doesnt have to return the junk products they sell.
