I love this Cotton On location. The employees are so kind and always help me find what I need. The clothes are also very cute, high quality, and reasonably priced. I also love the sustainable model they promote as they charge a small additional fee for a bag, encouraging the customers to reuse shopping bags they already have.

Leave it to cashier to take the items I give her, ring them up, and then somehow mix them up and put the wrong clothes in my bag. My receipt says there’s a size 32 pants but the ones she gave me is wrong size and different color. So I by the time I leave, wrong clothes in my bag and now I have to deal with doing the returns. Nice.

Had the best customer experience ever today? I hope the guy who was working the cash register at like 11:00-ish has an absolutely fabulous day and is given a raise bc he made me feel good . five stars but only for him

Absolutely the ONLY store I love going into and shopping in SLC. Since I moved I’ve been followed around almost every store at City Creek. But this CottonOn location is my JAMMM!! I love the staff. So much so that they know me when I walk in. Whoever is doing the hiring at this location, this black woman thanks you for being the difference!

I really admire their sustainable business model, they make their items with natural materials and they make an effort to reduce waste. I like that they encourage you to bring your own bag and if you want a bag you buy it for $0.10. Their pants are my favorite, they last a long time and they are very on-trend and well-fitted. They have a nice selection of graphic tees as well, which I really like. I always make an effort to visit their stores whenever Im nearby.

The manager has an arbitrarily enforced germaphobe cooties order to wear a mask in his store. Would not allow any option of purchasing.With NO sign posted anywhere..You obviously dont need our money. Good riddance.

I usually have really good experiences at this location, but today I was so frustrated by the end of the experience. I ordered for pick up and between waiting in line outside and inside I was there for 30-45 minutes, they said they couldn’t bring it to me because I had to sign something. I assumed it was on the key pad so I went with it. I waited 40 minutes to sign a piece of paper they could’ve easily broughT to me outside lowing coVid exposures. On top of it they weren’t enforcing any covid percautions, it was so crowded and i was literally sneezed on which is comedic, but it was in line where there’s signs saying 6 feet and no one was doing anything about it.
