It always a great place to find great stuff for an incredible price.Not all the time you can find wherever you are looking for. But when you find it, it will be the best price ever.This store is very organized and most of the products are in excellent condition.

My review applies to both the Dixie and Thornhill locations. I purchased a kettle from the Dixie location. Brought it home, it doesnt work. Brought it to the Thornhill location, they kindly exchanged it for me. Got it home, the top flap doesnt open. Does anyone at the stores even bother checking if the things they sell work? Ill have ended up wasting over 2 hours for a $25 kettle, its ridiculous.

A bit of a mess but its expected for a spot like this. You can find some gems here but youll definitely have to look very hard.

The bad reviews come.from people who abuse the return policy here and change prices on items. Ive seen it. The amount of scrutiny the workers get is ridiculous. Keep up the good work!

The place is pretty decent considering the insane prices, in a good way of course. though, the place might be a tad messy from opened boxes and all that. it’s what the name says; “treasure hunt”. if you find anything that’s in good condition, take it.

The store overall has a good selectionRude power trip managers don’t attend to customers especially a lady with glasses, don’t care to say her name is extremely arrogant. The first day I went there I asked for their store policy for return of electronics and she said “you guys don’t read the sign at the cashier” and didn’t care to say what it actually was. I also see her treat other staff members rudely especially trainees and overall creates nuisance.

You know, the name of this place is pretty fitting. The entire store is messy and not very organized. However, if you do find something that is still in the box and nothing missing or broken, then consider that your treasure!90% of all their inventory is on the worst end of refurbished.

I bought 2 air mattresses, it was extremely dirty, smelling cigarette and with mold. One of it was not even the same as the box said, it’s was smaller.I returned it, and the manager simply told the CSR to put it back for sale. I said: are you gonna sell in that condition?She said: there is not wrong with it.I’ll never come back here, the store is really disorganized, and they sell used stuff. Better going to value village, at least there they check the product before selling it

Arrived 25 minutes before closing on a weekday evening and staff yelled across parking lot that they were closing and to come back another day. A bit thrown off at how early they were stopping customers from entering - probably wouldve been in and out before closing.

No the best one. Messy and stuff for selling is used and packaged as new!

The owner apparently has no pride in the stores appearance or the state of the goods. Everything was overpriced to begin with so the 50% discount barely made items a real bargain. Appliances ripped apart and strewn about. Avoid this place.

So, you can expect minor to major issues, according to the product. Open the product you are buying and check if it’s working properly before you complete the purchase.The store is busy. Worse in that COVID times. Expect long lines outside to enter in the store.

Great place to find end of line products at real low prices!

Sometimes pass by here when in the area. Its great for finding Oceanspray beverages at a really cheap price, and the occasional lego set, too. Place is kind of a disaster....but thats its nature. Staff are friendly.

Ive been going to this store for about a year now. I would say 75% of the items arent interesting and mostly junk. They are resellers of returns, damaged goods or bankruptcies. So a Lego box may be dented, but will be 50%-70% off another retail (all contents are inside). Our son doesnt care about the box, so if I can get a complete Lego set for $15 instead of $40+ dollars at ToysRUs, Im ahead. Recently, they sold brand new Roots clothing and leather goods from the USA Roots stores that closed down - Treasure Hunt listed 50% off of Roots retail price with an extra 10% off special stamp coupon. So the exact same small Banff bag in Tribe leather that was listed on roots.com was more than 1/2 off at this store. Same with with a Roots leather bomber made in Canada at the Toronto Roots factory. We also purchased a Step 2 Paw Patrol Water Table that retails for $60 for only $19. The kids loved it and played with it all summer. The only issue was the box was ripped, but all the parts were new and all the content was inside (no damage).The good things go fast - you need to visit once a week.The bad - goods will be dusty, sometimes damaged, sometimes missing things and you cant really buy gifts here to give to people because of the damaged boxes. There is no returns except for electronics. Just look for the stuff that you can work with instead of paying full retail price. What they get is random - some weeks are good, some weeks arent so good. The store is no frills - not the cleanest or nicest, but it is clearly organized.This store has saved us a lot of money on school supplies, clothing and toys. I literally stopped going to ToysRUs and Walmart. They are resellers of their returned goods and liquidations. Im fine with that. Because I was crying when I saw a Large Roots Banff Bag that I paid $400 (even at 40% off at Roots) was $275 here (taxes in) - brand new with tags and dust bag (Made in Toronto). I was kicking myself for spending more on the exact same bag two years ago.Enjoy the store. It isnt for everyone, but if you want to stretch a dollar for your family, this is where to go. My kids could care less if a Lego box was dented or their Step 2 water table had a hole in the packaging box. As long as the inside content is brand new, you are good to go.

What I walked into yesterday was not a tidy, organized store. It was a catastrophe. All the shelves were disorganized, messy floors, items out of their boxes...I swear if an earthquake had hit I wouldnt be able to tell the difference in this store. Stay away. I left feeling like I walked into a dilapidated building.
