Bought a computer from here. They told me if I had any issues to bring it back. None of my software was compatible with the computer because of the age. Which I was not aware would be an issue. Tried to take it back. They told me they wouldn’t take the computer back and I had to try and sell it on my own. Now I’m stuck with a computer that doesn’t do anything I need jt for.

My 4 year old laptop needed a tune up, the power was acting up, and Windows would not update. Rich did an awesome job revitalizing my laptop. He was responsive, truly knowledgeable and great to talk to. My husband and I were impressed with his professionalism and client service. We highly recommend Rich to anyone!!

Terrible service. Called in about opening my laptop with a special screwdriver to see if I have any dirt bugging the battery connection and he said he’d charge me $35 to come in and look to see if he even had a screwdriver to fit. Obviously ill equipped computer repair shop, and unbelievably unhelpful.

I took my computer in to get fixed and he did it all in one day so I would recommend this place to everyone

Go ahead. Give that main phone number listed above a call. Its a fax number and I really wasnt up to having a fax machine scream at me in my ear.Im not joking, give it a shot. Whens the last time you saw a fax machine inoperable condition outside of an old-style office?

TM Computers, Tomas is an amazing person. I like his ethics, and way of doing business. Hes a great guy. His repairs both software and hardware are perfect! He knows exactly what he is doing. However, the computers he sells tend to be overpriced by quite a bit. So in my opinion I would recommend TM computers for all your PC repairs. Theyre not the cheapest. But much cheapers than Geeksquad/PC laptops. I run a computer shop of my own, and think he does a great job. Although pricier than me, I think the fact hes been around for over 10 years speaks for itself. So to an extent hes justified to charge more.
