Fantastic customer service! I wish I would’ve asked his name, but a very polite young man answered all my questions about label printers. When we realized the one I needed was out of stock, he looked up other stores and found me one! I’m now a proud owner of a label printer. Thank you so much and I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name! Will definitely come back to this location when I need more supplies.

I came in looking for a printer and I got great customer service from this location.

Lexy helped me print several different illustrations while making the most detailed tweaks to each one. I know this is only one microscopic review for one single location of a giant, widespread corporation. But Lexy deserves a raise.

I placed an order on 12/8 to have delivered to my home address. I received an email confirming the order and received another one the following day that the order shipped with an expected delivery on 12/10. The order was delayed and the delivery date was moved to 12/11. But on 12/11 there was yet ANOTHER issue with the carrier running out of time. Their tracking software has since then been giving bogus updates, with the delivery date being pushed out further and further. It is now 12/18 and I STILL havent received it. I have been in contact with MULTIPLE people in the customer service department even calling the store directly and kept getting the same bogus answer. I have been trying this ENTIRE week to get it delivered or find someone who actually has answers with no luck. I have even tried to get it cancelled and refunded but they cant even do that. What a freaking joke this has turned out to be. Crazy thing is the store I ordered it from is about 20 miles from my home address. If I had a truck, I would have picked up the order myself. SUCH a waste of time and money.

I was so impressed with Qortnis customer service. My husband and I needed to buy our first printer for school, and she did an amazing job answering our questions and giving us short term vs long term cost estimates, as well as helping us navigate different printers and their corresponding inks.

This store is horrible!!!! Stay away everyone here looks like homeless hobos. Comb your hair and looks presentable. Take a shower. Aside from that 7 days to get business cards made is absolutely a disgrace

Went here to buy a printer. They have a lot on the shelves but nothing in stock to sell.

Was harrassed by store manager telling me I was required to wear a mask even after I told him I have a medical exemption and was willing to show him my letter from my doctor. Corporate policies state on their website that masks are not required if you have a medical condition that prevents wearing a mask. Give people a little power and they abuse it by harassing senior citizen

I don’t remember the name of the person who helped me in the printing service area, but he was very kind! He was running all over the place trying to get everything done while also giving good customer service. He was short staffed and trying his best to keep up with everything.I’m thankful for the employees that are working in this risky and worrisome time. Thank you!

I wound up at this location quite by accident—no, serendipity! In my search for a planner, I crossed paths with your associate Qortni, who not only took her time helping me find a planner meeting my very Karen-like preferences, but also introduced me to the Tul product line. She was personable, thoughtful, funny, and truly delivered the best customer service experience I’ve ever received at an Office Depot. While I’d hoped to provide her with rave reviews via the survey link at the bottom of my emailed receipt, I’m afraid I never received my emailed receipt, so a public accolade is necessary and well-deserved! Is this the closest Office Depot to my home or office? Absolutely not. Will I return just for the customer service? Absolutely YES! Qortni is an 11 out of 10. She’s passionate about providing excellent customer service, she listens to needs and wants and matches them to products in-store. Office Depot is the place to go in the Salt Lake Valley for Office supplies since Staples vacated the area. With the merger of Office Depot and Office Max the store has pretty much anything you need to make your office function. Ivan and the crew at the store are great. For Christmas, we purchased a new office chair from this location and had them build it. When we got home, we noticed a small hole in the back of the chair.When we called the store to report this, they apologized profusely and over-the-phone offered to build us a new one and then gave us a time the same day to come in to exchange it.The newly-built new chair was available at the time they gave us and they helped us load it into our car.This was a completely hassle-free process and the store employees were kind and helpful during the entire return process.Its not everyday that you have a business that cares for their customers and helps them over the phone instead of requiring them to come in to start the return process.

Bought an office chair from Office Depot near the beginning of Covid 19 that was uncomfortable. Attempted to return it in April but was told they were not accepting returns at that time. Called again at the end of May and was told that the time of accepting returns was past; the return period was only in the beginning of May. Really disappointed in their business practices especially at a time like this.

Sad, rundown interior. The place where old guard Corporate America goes to wallow in self pity as they restock their office buildings designed in the 80s or whatever. It wouldnt feel like this if the store had been updated more recently than the early aughts. I recommend checking out Best Buy next door if theyll have what you need!

I was billed twice for one item. I asked several times to have the money from Office Depot deposited back into my account. I have been patient but it has been 30 days and no refund. Sadly its Christmas Eve and I am out $160.00. On the 1st order Office Depot sent me e-mails saying the item had shipped only to then say it was not coming as planned. Office Depot reshipped the item . When I got the item it was in its original box with a shipping label slapped on the side. Office Depot is shipping high dollar items without covering the box they are shipping it in. Office Depot must be losing thousands in stolen property by the agencies that are shipping their items. Office Depot staff simply stuck the label on the product box and hoped for the best. I know this has been done in the past with other individuals. Good Luck getting your order and not being billed twice.

Never again would rather drive an hr to fax something than return here.When I walked in looked around to see if i could find where the fax machine was (since Ive never been) the cashier never asked what I needed or even a hello she said printing is over there and pointed. I headed to printing to ask my question about where the fax machine was. Another employee approached me asked if you she could help me. I asked where to fax machine was but before I could ask for help on faxing (Ive always had trouble using a fax machine) she pointed said it goes face down and walked away. While trying to figure out how to get it to work (what felt like 20mins) no one offered helped but just stared at me rudely especially the cashier from when I walked in. I felt very unwelcomed and I had my baby with me (who was being very quiet and good) but for some reason she kept looking at him very rudely, maybe she just doesnt like babies.

This location is the best. They have a lot more in stock than the other one in fort union and the employees are friendly and helpful. I refuse to go to the fort union location because of the horrible staff. I will be using this store from now one even though it is further

Went to use the print and copy center at this location and the person behind the counter was very cold and rude. When I questioned prices and mentioned they were quite a bit higher than their competitors and I would have to work with them I got the response of “Good”.Very poor business manners and rude to customers, doubt I will ever come back to this location for anything.

They were quick fast new all the answer to every question you were patient with me it was it was easy it was fun and got it done quick but then Im a kind of guy that likes things quick fast and in a hurry and they were quick fast and in a hurry to get what I needed done got it done

Standard Office Depot. Has the stuff you need, probably. This one seems to have a higher ceiling than most, which gives it a warehouse feel. The girl at the copy center that helped me knew her stuff add is a credit to this store. Store was cleanish.

I have been into this store twice in the last month, once (after checking the stock online) to get a file cabinet, printer, and two desk phones for work...all of which were supposed to be in stock but they only had the floor models and one phone, went in again this week for some umbrellas the website says they have in stock at multiple locations, get there to find they dont have them, then the floor guy was rude to me about it saying I looked it up wrong because they never have these in stock and treated me like I was an idiot. Very unprofessional and I will NEVER be going back here, I dont recommend anyone else go, just absolutely terrible service

As a standby store for your usual business supply stuff, this is a great place to go. Ive had nothing but good experiences here, even if they dont have the specific thing I was needing.

Great service, selection, and price. Can buy individual sheets of specific paper at the copy department.

$1.99 first fax paper, $1 for each sheet after that. If i didnt need to get something faxed right away I definitely would have gone somewhere else. I was on my bicycle and this was the only place in the area. After the fax, a lady after me needed to fax something, the lady behind the counter says You know how expensive it is, right? to the next customer. They all seemed so miserable to be working.

The peole are so great they help me run my real estate biz. And help with my personal needs.

Bought a Realspace Magellan desk & hutch set. I was clear about a delivery date, but got ignored and I ended up with two missed deliveries (they seemed to act like I was a business that would be there during business hours). Lucky for me, I took a few days of leave from work and did get the items. I was unhappy that the 3rd party company for assembly didnt show up (they said it was an error on the Office Depot side), but decided to put it together myself. I broke one of the parts during assembly and they shipped out a replacement without any problems. Top notch customer service from Realspace.So, kudos to Realspace/Office Depot Warranty, but I didnt like my experience with this Office Depot location.

Waiting for longer than 15 minutes on help from an employee just to print out 5 pieces of paper seems a little ridiculous for a store that specializes in printing. If you want to just get in and out quickly, try a FedEx Office.
