I highly recommend ProCast Marble! They went above and beyond to provide the best customer service. Their crew was on time, very professional and polite. They did an amazing job installing my counter tops and back splash. They made sure to keep everything clean and protected while they were installing. The material was fabricated and installed very well. It looks so BEAUTIFUL! I couldnt have asked for a better turn out. Even with the busy holiday season they made it possible to get my job installed before Thanksgiving. I highly recommend ProCast Marble and will be working with them again.

My kitchen sink separated from the counter top and I needed the sink reset into the counter. Ed advised me of the proper fix for the problem and worked around a plumbers schedule to accommodate. He was professional, prompt, and did a great job. He installed additional supports so this should not happen again. I highly recommend Procast Marble and would contact them for any future counter or similar job.

The best marble, granite and quarz countwrtop in Utah

I am grateful for Maria and Rick Romero and the patience and time they gave to us as we struggled to decide on a granite countertop we would like for our vanity. They answered our questions and helped us think about what colors and what type of countertop would work right for us. Their installation team did a great job. We recommend them!!

Ed was very professional, polite, and patient with my wife who was very picky. He arrived on time and got everything done very fast and made no mess for me to clean up. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any rock or marble work done.

Procast marble has been the absolute worst company to work with. We have been so disappointed with their service. I was responsible for a large remodel on a home. I had Procast do the kitchen, laundry room, 2 bathrooms and 2 fireplace surrounds and hearths. Procast told me all of our material would arrive Wednesday, 8 days after measurements. Wednesday came and went and no one showed up and no one communicated with us. Friday they told us our material wouldn’t be installed until the next Wednesday. The next Wednesday came and Procast arrived but with only our kitchen counters and nothing else. They told me they didn’t know where the rest was. Thursday Procast came back with our 2 bathroom countertops BOTH counters cut for the WRONG sinks. I couldn’t believe it. They also did not bring both fireplace stone. I asked where it was and they told me they left it back at the shop. Friday they arrived but instead of bringing the stone for the fireplace they had to remeasure because they hadn’t even cut the stone yet. Procast has thrown our entire job site back and I’ve had to move 6 subs, our moving company and our move in date back by weeks. I have subs who no longer can come because we had to push them back because of Procasts incompetence, lack of communication and late arrival. It has been NOTHING but a complete nightmare. I would NEVER recommend Procast to anyone who was looking for a quality fabricator. I am well versed in subcontractors being a super intendant and never have I worked with such a poor company.

The folks at Procast were so helpful. I just needed a small slab for our outdoor water feature. They walked me around their remnant yard then cut a slab to my exact measurements right away. Thanks so much Procast!

Fair in price, professional! Love our new kitchen countertops!

I want to start by saying the Vanity top looked great, and the installer did a wonderful job, but the office staff is less than desirable. The install was done 2 and 1/2 years ago, and today I received a call from Procast stating that I did not pay in full and if this was not resolved I would be sent to collections. I knew I paid on the day of installation, and asked for that date. Office personnel could not give me a date of installation, or who installed it, but said that I had to show proof to them that I did pay. I had to go to my bank to pull records from 2 and 1/2 years ago to discover that I did pay, and that the check I paid with had their routing number and endorsement on it. I will never use this company again or recommend using them to anyone. If you do use them, make sure you hold onto your receipt for at least 7 years, because obviously their record keeping is atrocious.

Great price and great job. These guys did the countertops on my house and commercial building. They came in under the other thre bids and did an awesome job. Stop in and say hi, the Romeros and their staff are super helpful and friendly.
