We have used them for a few years now. They have helped guide us through the nightmare that has been Covid. They have always answered my calls and emails. They have always been honest about shipments, they have never fed me happy stories to calm me down. I would recommend them to all.

Man, I have been wasting my time with other companies. Since I have been working with Cargo Link, I have a much faster and better experience all around. Working with the folks over there has been amazing for us where we rely on our international business to be quick and efficient. Not to mention they saved me money too.

Weve had CargoLink do a number of imports for us and have had a great experience on each of them. Theyve executed on some last minute adjustments and have provided consistent updates. Ive price checked them a number of times without them knowing, and their pricing is always competitive, if not the best. Ive enjoyed working with them and would recommend them to anyone.

For two weeks my load as been sitting at port. I have paid Cargo Link in full. They are taking their time to ship my goods when ever it meats their needs. They keep telling me maybe Friday, maybe Wednesday. I have tried to get them to move faster or even just give me a set date. Still no idea when my load will arrive. Regardless of them being paid, I have requested them to let me know where my goods are so that I can arrange for a truck that could take my load today. My load is just sitting! They told me no. Sorry I cant do that they say. I would not recommend them to anyone. They do not have your interest at heart, only their own.

My company has used Cargo-Link International as our import broker for more than 20 years. They have done an excellent job consistently through the years. It has been really fun to watch them grow and to take advantage of the better ocean freight and consolidation deals they have been able to offer us as they have grown. My contact, Kim, has over and over again gone the extra mile. I get a lot of offers from other vendors to handle our inbound shipments, but I am not in the market, as I am totally satisfied with the service and rates I already receive from Cargo-Link International

Cargo-Link is fantastic to work with. They not only have the most experienced people working for them, they make my job easy, when it comes to booking freight out of, or into the Salt Lake City port (yes SLC is an inland port).I would recommend them to anyone seeking help with international freight shipments, or if youre just trying to find someone to clear a shipment through one of the U.S. ports.Having their own fleet of trucks is also a major plus from this company, which helps keep my costs to a minimum, and when I need it, expedite shipments from the ports of entry.

Called to see if they can help with a kava shipment, and they basically give me a upfront no. Plenty of other businesses that provide the same service with better care.

I have used Cargo-Link multiple times for our shipping needs. The other ocean freight companies took much longer and charged more to deliver our goods. I would recommend them to anyone who would like to save time and money.

I was driving behind one of their boxed trucks today on 2-15 and something fell off the truck and hit my windshield. the windshield has to be replaced now. I called and told them what had happened, they seemed to be very sympathetic and told me that they would call me back. after about an hour they did call. BUT the news was bad. I was told we have just talked to our insurance company and we are not liable as it is your word vs ours. Absolute BS! I now have to spend $200 to fix my windshield because they fail to properly maintain their vehicles! the funny thing is, is that the lady I talked to claimed that there was no way something could have fallen off of their truck because it was empty and they dont even have anything what so ever inside of them. she told me that if they got a flat tire they could not even fix it cause they have no tools on their trucks. lol really??? just a cheap, company that is not willing to take responsibility for an accident based on the fact that there is no way i can PROVE it was them.

They are great and reliable, I highly recommend them.
