Dishonest. Damaged my property, refused to pay for it. Accused me of lying about it. Cost me $$$ to fix the repairs out of pocket.I took pictures and videos right after I noticed the damage. Kathy, the apparent receptionist, responded with an email and accused me of doctoring the footage. Then she told me that they were not liable for any damages. She even went as far as mocking me. I was blown away.I called in and was connected to Danny—who I understand was one of the managers/owners. He refused to help and just kept telling me he was too busy to handle it.I called in the next day and was told by another manager/owner that he wasnt liable and trusted his employees more than me.0/10 would ever consider Nelson Contractors Inc0/10 Would ever recommend them0/10 Would ever trust them10/10 If youre looking for a really dishonest company

These guys had a truck covered in mud and rocks driving down the highway. SURPRISE a rock went through my windshield. I called a few times... emailed photos. Ive never been compensated for my broken windshield. Im reading the rest of these reviews and it seems like everyone thinks they are crooks. Sounds like its time to report them to the state and BBB

Ive worked with Nelson contractors for a long time. They have always done a terrific job with demolition of existing homes. They are fair with their pricing and they leave the job site clean. I would highly recommend Nelson contractors for any demolition job.Brent neff

If I could put zero stars, I would. I can hardly believe these liars still get any new business. In the last 6 months they have been nothing but a pain. 0 customer service. 0 human consideration. These money hoarders should be shut down.

Not a good company to work with. Filed a lien against our property to extort additional payment for change orders not approved by us. We paid $23,000.00 over the bid amount. Get everything in writing BEFORE you approve any changes to the original bid, including costs on itemized invoices. Their bookkeeping is not accurate.

Nelson contractors, run by Bruce nelson knows what he is doing and has always taken car of me in a pinch.
