The best mechanic shop in Utah! I wouldnt take my bike anywhere else. The people there are friendly and the mechanics know what theyre doing. The prices are reasonable and the turn around time is quick. Both times Ive had them work on my bike, when I pick it up they have it shining! Wish I could give more than 5 stars

Most knowledgeable shop Ive found in Northern Utah. I ride a custom big bear paradox chopper and its hard to find anyone with the know how and experience to truly understand and properly diagnose a machine like mine. These people know their business. Got my bike back on the road and purring like a kitten ( loud pipes save lives )... They even threw a nice detail on it for me. Great group of people. Highly recommend.

Prices seemed fair and all the employees were very nice. They just changed a tire for me and it was done in a timely manner.

When you visit Addictive Behavior you feel like you are in a real motorcycle shop. I’ve been in many HD shops from Carson, NV to Olathe, KS all great dealerships. Addictive Behavior is in a class by itself. Daryl loves his job and it shows in person and over the phone. All my future bike transactions will be with Daryl and Addictive Behavior

They diagnosed the issues and have the ability to do everything my bike needed. Then they didnt pressure me to do more than I wanted at the time of service. They did what I asked for, and it is running great.

This was my first service with this Company. Their Service team was friendly an knowledgeable. Clearly, they love what they’re doing. The shop was clean and they had a large selection of cycles for sale. When I picked up my bike, they had it cleaned up and ready for me. I’ll be using this shop in the future for my annual service and repairs.

I’ve purchased a Harley Davidson from Addictive Behavior and sold a Big Dog Prostreet Chopper (Pitbull) through them on their consignment program. I’ve been satisfied on both occasions. They were fair and they delivered what they said they would. This company was honest in my dealings with them and for me that is very important. They deserve the high rating I’ve given them. You can deal straight forwardly with them and expect them to be straight forward with you. I didnt receive the deal of the century but what I did get was solid, reliable, fair and honest dealings and both were deals that I felt Very good with.

They are very thorough, kept me informed about what repairs were needed, what could be set aside for a bit longer. They are very fairly priced, and I will do business with them again

Dont be fooled, these folks can handle an enduro as expertly as a bagger. Brought my 01 Honda XR650L to ABMW on advice of a buddy who has a Suzuki DRZ. Though I rebuilt my carb, life was a no-go. Turns out Brock and team found my tank was full of dirt, which clogged petcock and messed up carb again (and a few other unrelated problems). They found the parts, gave me a realistic schedule and a spot-on estimate. Especially appreciated fact that they wouldnt consider their work complete until they rode it around for quality control . . . noticed a couple of things and fixed those as well. All the while, they communicated often and promptly. Was able to make a ride with the fam that wed been planning for weeks. Have already recommended them to other dirt-lovers and will bring my Road King to them based on this experience. Thanks to ABMW for the great job!

I took my 04 Harley Davidson 1200 c here to have them replace a base gasket and a shifter drum they told me it would take one week a week and a half in i called them to see what was going on and they told me he forgot to order the parts he needed to fix my bike called another week down the road they told me the parts have not come in yet i called the Harley dealer they said no parts were ordered but the Harley dealer in Ogden had them in stock i called the Harley dealer in Ogden they did in fact have them i called addicted back and told them they had them apparently addicted never put them in there account to order them and thus they never got a call that the parts were in fast forward to today i called them at 140pm they said the bike would be done in 30 minutes so i wait 20 mins head down to there shop its still not i waited there for two hours for them to finish the job i get my back after spending 2400$ dollars the bike still grinds into first gear the bike also now grinds into second gear it leaks oil from both rocker gaskets the pushrod covers and the base gasket witch when replacing all of these parts has a complete gasket set i am beyond frustrated with addicted and there staff with very poor communication and customer service skills and the lak of pride there techs put into there work i would like my bike fixed if i fork out all the money to do so please and now my bike is worse then it has ever been in its life ....you cant tell in the photos but there is oil everywhere from driving it from addicted to my home witch is 6 blocks away

Located just outside of central downtown, Addictive Behavior is both easy to access, and well worth the trip. Staffed by knowledgeable, thorough gents who are very friendly and provide skillful and thoughtful work on their bikes. Prices are fair, and they will work on just about any bike you bring to them, even something a little more niche like a Victory (which Im currently riding, RIP). The warehouse is filled with some excellent bikes to check out, as well as a few friendly dogs on occasion, and each time Ive visited the work is done sooner than promised. Would recommend these guys for work on anyones bike, and I certainly trust them with mine. Thanks guys!

Several years ago I saw some of the kindest and most compassionate people I’ve ever met come out of this shop. One of their own had been involved in a pretty bad traffic accident just outside. The other driver was distraught and they took the time to not only console her but even helped take care of the small child in her backseat. So when I started having problems with my Harley I knew right where I wanted to take it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were able to diagnose the issue and got it fixed timely and for a reasonable price. Reuben did a great job of communicating with me and explaining what was wrong, even including pictures. I got my bike back and it is running better than ever. I would highly recommend Addictive Behavior for any of your service needs.

I never been so happy. At first I called Karl Malone Motorsports, and they wanted to charge me $360 just took look at my Yamaha R1, with wait of 2 months. The guys at Addictive Behavior did amazing job, towed my motorcycle for free, worked with my insurance agent, got it done so much quicker. These guys are awesome! I had blown my head gasket on my KTM 450, and had called several other people and places, all quoting me $700 plus. These guys were not only a fraction of the cost, but were able to fix other parts on my bike, keeping me well under what I wouldve spent somewhere else. Their pricing is extremely fair. I bought my bike at Addictive Behavior for what I felt was a fair and reasonable deal. They buying process was easy and I would for sure go back when Im in the buying market again.Im very happy with their service department as well. I had an issue with my ABS and they worked with me in regards to finding parts and labor cost. Essentially, they saved me about $1,300.

Addictive Behavior Motorsports was great to with on many levels. They got my old 1978 bike into great running condition and she starts up the first time, every time. They also picked up and delivered my bike which saved me a lot of trouble and time. Brock was especially fantastic to work with. I would highly recommend this place.

Stay away from the service shop,, I had a bound up fly wheel on a S&S 117,, and their diagnosis was a seized up motor, and sent me on my way, dirty rat motocycoHad it fixed in 30 min. I wouldent have these guys re string my weed eater,, with old McDonalds help...

Gave these guys a call because I work near by and wanted to sell a bike I wasnt using very often. They took it on consignment and even picked it up for me which was a nice experience.The bike took longer than I expected to sell (the bike was a bit of a specialty fit, not your typical cruiser or sport bike) but Taylor and Daryl were always available for my questions. It eventually sold and the process was super smooth.I highly recommend checking these guys out if you need a bike, they have your best interest in mind and the customer service is great. I may grab another bike in the next year and they will be my first choice.

I was struggling to find a good mechanic in salt lake county and was able to find Addictive Behavior. I’ve riding motorcycles and dirtbikes for 16 year and I’m very picky on who fix my bikes. The staff and service was amazing ! Talked to Isaias and was really quick to answer all my questions.Really recommend this shop for any kinda of services, if you like your Dirtbike or motorcycle, bring it to Addictive Behavior end you won’t regret it.

First time customer... needed some maintenance and repair work done on my 2007 Big Dog Ridgeback. From the first call, until final pick-up, everyone was extremely friendly, accommodating, honest and helpful. The professional service work was excellent and pricing was very fair. I would absolutely recommend them for sales or service.

I got my bike back on Saturday and the Addictive Behavior crew really rocked it. It is a 2001 Harley Sportster that is in showroom condition and they took great care of it. New tires, they did a tuneup, oil change, brake bleed and lubed the clutch lever. The good news is that my immaculately clean bike came back as pretty as it went in. Runs like a dream. It scares me to take it anywhere for fear of even the slightest scratch but these guys love bikes and it shows in their work. 👍🍻

Addictive behavior is a step above all other shops in Utah. I went to a few shops around salt lake looking for a new bike, I wish I would have gone straight to addictive behavior from the start. The employees listened to what I wanted, and helped me find a bike that would fit my needs. I never felt pressure to buy something I didn’t absolutely love. The selection of bikes, gear, and accessories is incredible.

Addictive behavior does some great work. Ive taken my bike in for led swaps to getting new mirrors and after laying my bike down, i took it over to them to take a look and get it repaired. The bike came out looking like a whole new bike and runs great. From little things to mods and repairs these guys are awesome to work with. The staff is always great. As long as Im in this state I will continue to take my bike to them.

I love the service these guys offered me. With their basic service my bike feels like a new machine. They were polite and patient with my questions, and they even looked up some information on a new set of exhaust pipes for my bike even though they knew I couldnt purchase then right away. I would highly recommend ABMW for anybodys motorcycle needs!

After being quoted one price just to go down there and get informed the price will be double was a shocker. Then when I picked it up, they tried to stick me with additional charges and shop supplies which were not disclosed. Then after I went outside, I noticed a nick in my new windshield that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. Needless to say, I will never be going back there and have full intentions of expressing my opinion on Yelp and other social media forums.

I found a big dog chopper on Addictives web site. Called and made some inquiries about the bike. Called back a couple days later and put a deposit down on the bike. The day before I was supposed to pick up the bike, I received a text from them saying Todd, I ran into a problem here. Apparently we had already taken a deposit for the 2014 Pitbull. Not sure how I didnt catch this before now, but the bike is sold. I apologize for any inconvenience but wanted to alert you before you made a trip down from Idaho. I need to refund your deposit. I called down to the shop for some sort of response and found out that the same person I had talked to about purchasing this bike ten days ago was the same person who had sold the bike to someone else 28 days ago. Wow!!! I dont know how someone can operate a business in this manner. On top of that, the bike is still listed today for sale online. Very disappointed!! I would recommend taking your business elsewhere....

Edit: Service seems great, price was lower than expected, and they gave the bike a nice scrub down!Quoted me a couple days on a service that has turned into at least a week with the potential for more time. Wouldnt be a big deal except its my daily driver and they scheduled the service in a window where they said could turn it around in a couple days. Hopefully the service is good and worth the extra time.

*Update Taylor contacted me and tried to help resolve my issues but i was still a bit upset and declined after further thought i decide to give it a try so i went back in and Ruben was the one helping me at this point and really did his best to resolve my issues.*Over all addictive is an ok shop. One of my biggest complaints is service, when I dropped my bike off Brock and I went over everything I wanted done, it got done but it took 7 weeks. Some of that due to a pandemic which I understand, so when they ordered my kickstand and told me it would be 3 weeks I was fine with that. Where I have a big issue is that they knew I needed a cable kit and instead of ordering it when they ordered my other parts they waited 3 extra weeks and then when I called for an update they told me that I could have cables that were too long now or I could have the appropriate size cables for another 3 week wait, and then they out sourced that work to a different motorcycle shop. So now Im wondering if I should have just taken it to Wrights in the first place. So I get my bike back, ride it a bit and realize its leaking out of the crank case because they didnt tighten the clutch guide bolt. They also tested my battery because it had died and told me they would see if it holds a charge and they said it did, turns out my bike doesnt start the day after I get it anyway and I have to go get a new battery.

I love Addictive Behavior, they have treated me right for 4 years now, and I have referred many of my friends to them and I will continue to do so.. Theyve had my back since day 1...

So I’m brand new to the biking life and the guys over at Addictive have been nothing short of awesome! They’re always friendly and willing to help out and try to help me learn something. The dudes at this shop are all studs. Worked on my Motorcycle and worked with me on the payments, excited to have them do more work on the build I’m doing.

The employees were very courteous, but failed to keep me regularly updated. After having my bike for 8 months and spending over $1900 I got my bike back it wasnt running right. I sent it back 3 times and still not running right. Once it warms up it idles at 2k+ instead of 1.1k.

Great service and staff.

They have a great selection of bikes motorcycles. No pressure to buy theyre more than happy to talk to you and answer any questions you have. Theyre even willing to tell you if you sit on a bike and it doesnt look like your type of bike to tell you that. And direct you more to a bike that more your personality and I thought that was great of them. Especially when something that might suit your style Cost Less. We all know theyre going to make money off all their bikes. But the fact that theyre willing to take less money and put you on a bike thats more your style really means a lot to their integrity.

I had a security system installed by this shop. From start to finish everything went smoothly. I spoke to the tech that installed the system and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you!

Update: Someone from the shop saw my review and gave me a call. My issues werent really resolved and wouldnt go out of my way to recommend the place, but he seemed genuinely apologetic and I get the impression I didnt have a common experience here. Could be worth a shot, at least for bike shopping. Their prices seemed reasonable.Seem to be pretty good guys here. I was travelling cross country on my Harley and they were nice enough to fit me in first thing in the morning without an appointment.2 stars because I paid $210 and left with the same issue and more. They took apart my rear brake, swapped the fluid, and added a pad. Im not upset they didnt fix it, I need a new master cylinder and I understand theres nothing they could do without having the part.My issue is that 100 miles after leaving the place, my battery cover fell off my bike and the bracket holding the horn and choke broke. I called and asked if they could make refund me 30 or 40 bucks because it seemed obvious they had done something because I just left there... One guy apparently watched video of the shop and said it wasnt their fault and there was nothing they could/would do.I suppose its possible it was a coincidence and had nothing to do with them, but that seems hard to believe. Also, while I was in there, I heard another customer complaining for awhile that he got his bike (gold wing I think) back in worse condition than he dropped it off in.If you go here just check your bike thoroughly when you leave...

Awesome experience, start to finish. Taylor was great to deal with and my new bike is sweet. Cherry on the cake is, even though I bought my bike as-is, Taylor hooked me up with a battery when mine failed a few days after purchase. He didnt have to do that, but he did in order to take care of a customer. Super Impressed.
