I happen to live a block away so it saves me on shipping costs, this rack exceeds my expectations on quality, I definitely recommend.

DISHONEST business that is WAY overpriced. After some negotiation, I was quoted a price for olympic weights. The price was fair based upon comparible items in the market place, so I agreed. I was patient as the saleswoman had trouble putting the order in the computer so that I could pay for it. I offered to come back later when her manager was there to pay for them and pick them up as long as she promised me that the price would remain. She promised me multiple times that it wouldnt be a problem. When I came back they wanted more than 60% MORE than what I was quoted. Any business person with even the tiniest minutia of integrity would have honored what was promised, understanding that the quality of ones character far outweighs a few bucks. But they wouldnt budge. They insisted on keeping their extremely inflated prices. Just to give you an example of you might find in this store, they have a squat rack that they sell for $1299. You can get the exact same squat rack for $799 from costco.Bottomline, if youd like to pay hundreds more for a product and deal with dishonest business practices, then by all means shop here. Otherwise, avoid this place and support a business that acutally has some honor and integrity.

I could have bought a treadmill online or through a big store, but I wanted to find a local place. Weve had trouble with treadmills in the past, so we wanted to make sure we could easily get help with any necessary repairs. We also wanted our old treadmill removed.We went to the Foothill location on a Friday afternoon. Its a small store, but it had what we needed. The salesperson, Clint, quickly understood what we wanted. I love that we basically had the place to ourselves and that Clint was available and happy to answer our questions. He even saved us money helping us realize where treadmill mats typically wear out (where the wheels go) so that we didnt need to replace our old mat.My only small complaint is that it took a month to deliver the treadmill. But then again, it was January which is probably a busier month for them.

Every sales person has been great at this store letting me go in and test equipment. They are helpful in helping me finding right machines for me. They take time to compare models with me. I have bought about 3 large pieces of equipment from them but I like to buy the smaller stuff too. They are patient every time I come in to look even thought they still know I’m trying to decide. The only draw back fpor them is the 3 week delivery issue but that is good for me because I would do a more impulse buying if I could have it delivered within days. Thank you Utah Home Fitness.

I recently bought true treadmill from them. I am very satisfied with product and their service. They were patient enough to explain all the features of all the treadmill.

Chris was patient and very knowledgeable. Took his time to answer every one of my and my wifes questions and got us into the right spin bike. It was a refreshing change to run into an employee who actually knew his product and took the time to relate his knowledge. Ill buy from these guys again.
