We visited this cute little souvenir shop today and we just wanted to give a huge shout out, as well as a thank you to Ashley (apologies if we misspelled) who went above and beyond to help us out when we were shopping for the perfect gifts for our families back home!Whether it was just us 2, or the big crowd of people that came in immediately after us, she made sure to answer any and all questions, and would guide us to certain parts of the store to find the perfect items we had in mind to purchase!The store is very clean, a nice layout, has unique gifts from Utah, as well as handmade, original designs from Native Americans! Bonus for us! 😄Mind you, we went to every store in Utah looking for cute, handmade, affordable and quality souvenirs, but this was the only shop that did the trick!But again, none of this would have been possible if it werent for Ashley who really works hard to make sure everything is kept neat, tidy, and organized. She was super friendly and kind throughout our entire shopping experience! If we could, we would give 12/10 stars just for her alone!! 😃👍

As Im preparing to go back to TN. I wanted to pick up some souvenirs from Utah and this store was perfect 👌🏾! The service was PHENOMENAL !!! Have some everything that respent this Glorious state. You can find magnets you wont find anywhere else. That alone is worth the trip. The clerk was very pleasant and shared stories from the Native American items for sale.

Salt Lake Souvenir & Gift was awesome! I was from out of town and I was looking for a framed picture of the mountains. I was looking ALL OVER Salt Lake City and I couldnt find anything. I called Hannah and she gladly looked for me in the store. She said they have several pictures of the mountains and she said she would put it aside for me to come pickup. It was EXCELLENT customer service and she went out of her way to help me. I highly recommend this store for any tourists in Salt Lake City.

After a delicious lunch at Red Iguana 2, our Uber driver dropped us off at City Creek Center where we had hoped to find a few open stores for shopping and walking around. We felt pretty S.O.L., until we saw a sign for this souvenir shop. Best stop ever!The shop was open and it has way more than just souvenirs. Lots of great clothing, beanies, jewelry, Gifts & More. We got a little bit of everything: a beanie for my boyfriend, two bracelets for me, a couple of postcards and stamps (which we signed and addressed to our mothers), and even a bottle of Buffalo habanero hot sauce that was 3.5 fluid ounces, perfect for a carry-on bag!The best part of our purchase was Chris at the register when we paid. He was so nice!! Even suggested a few more places for us to check out, iin walking-distance. Thank you for being open on Sunday and your great shop!

Found Salt Lake Souvenir & Gift shop on the internet while visiting Utah. Stopped by the 24 W 100 S shop and was very pleased with the selection and variety of items for sale. Waidir assisted and checked me out and he represents what all business owners or retail shops should strive for in an employee. He was very helpful, polite, engaging, and worked hard to make a positive shopping experience. Easy to find right downtown.

This shop has a wide variety of Utah souvenirs. We especially liked the T-Shirts! JR went above and beyond and opened the shop a little early to let us browse.

The shop had a little of everything and I left with something for everyone in my family. It is clean and organized and full of stock. The prices were good and RJ, I believe was his name, was so kind and a delight to talk to. He made you feel at home. Definitely one of the better Souvenir shops I have been to. I highly recommend checking this place out when visiting Salt Lake City.

The younger girl working there was super nice and helpful. A great place to get our souvenir sweatshirts and they were even half off! There are lots of things like key chains, post cards, hats, shirts, and a great kids selection. The parking garage is right next to it and is free for the first 2 hours. There is street parking but not much.

If you are in SLC, this souvie shop is THE place to visit! It is full of quality merchandise and offers something for every type of Utah traveler. The best part about this shop is an employee named J.R. He was very kind and helpful. I noticed that he welcomed everyone as though they were visiting his home. Because of J.R. This is our third time visiting Salt Lake City, and our third time visiting this souvenir shop. They have so many great gifts for everyone, and their service is excellent. We were helped by J.R. who was so friendly and knowledgeable. He also assisted us a couple years ago when we visited and he was just as pleasant and even remembers helping us back then. It was nice to have such a personable experience. On top of that, the store was very well organized and the prices are reasonable! I would definitely recommend this gift shop to anyone visiting the area :)

Now this little store was worth visiting as I looked for Swarovskis. It is on lonely street of Salt Lake (Salt Lake now is sad); although on a lonely street, the clerk was friendly and he tried to answer every question. I bought a bunch of samples for my import business to get ideas.

There are things in this store you might remember from your childhood riding in the car with your parents on a family vacation. They have Native American art and pottery. They have a boatload of semi-precious stones, and even let you break a geode to let you be part of the wonder of discovery.I picked up a beautiful, signed, marriage vase made with correct methods, and with the added beauty of a built in dream catcher and horse hair designs. Its beautiful. I also bought a Salt Lake City sweatshirt that fits my old plumpness very nicely. My bride bought an assortment of postcards for her penpal hobby...Go visit these good people! Dont leave empty-handed!

Tried to call them to ask about their hours during a holiday, and they kept hanging up on me before I could even say hello. If you dont want to answer your phone, why have a phone? Get rid of it entirely.

When I first walked in he was on the phone but helped me shortly after showing me where the pins were. Wow!! This place has it all!! It’s not ur ordinary souvenir store, there was so much variety from clothing to jewelry to hats to kid options that wasn’t ur basic go-to options. I loved that that all the items were from Utah business, and hand made pieces from the Native American tribes that gave this store a huge leg up from all the other stores around. I live in Utah and I still stop in all the time to buy fun new hoodies/shirts, they are always coming up with cool new designs I can’t get enuf of them!! Every time I’m there, the employees have been so helpful and gracious to me & my son. Thank you To the adorable young lady that owns the store (I think it’s Amber), for always having a warm smile and being open to any suggestions I have. Glad to have found this store! So many places have Utah shirts and souvenirs, but this store by far had the largest selection at the lowest prices. The owner was very helpful, and helped my husband find a shirt that wasnt even out on display. Worth a visit if youre looking for souvenirs.

My wife and I went in looking for some great mementos from what was our 20th Anniversary trip of hiking and shopping. I normally dont take the time out to write reviews unless something goes horribly wrong. This is a time where something went way above my expectations. I had bought a hat and made the mistake of not trying it on until I got back home to Michigan. When I did I noticed the bill was sewn on off center. I was bummed so I called the store to see if they might be able to ship me one and that I would pay for the new hat and shipping because I really liked the look of the hat. To my great appreciation, when I explained what had happened she immediately told me that she would send me a new hat free of charge and she paid the shipping as well. Talk about customer service. We will be going back to Utah next year and will definitely be returning to this store. Thank you so much!

Visited Salt Lake City a year or so ago and fell in love with this store! Had so many fun gifts, shirts and doodads. It was a warm and friendly spot for a traveler like myself. Bought my all grandkids something special to remember my visit.

Went there 3 times sign said will return at 12:15pm NO SHOW still after 12:45pm ... very disappointed

Great shop with lots of cools stuff, but horrible customer service. Male didnt welcome us, ask if we needed anything and kept telling us he was almost closed, even made us feel rushed. Mind you, we got there around 8:20pm and they closed at 9pm. If he wouldve helped us, we probably wouldve moved faster. Smh

This place has everything for people who are looking for small gifts and souvenirs. Although one pointer for anyone who is planning to visit the shop, you can do parking just next to the shop which is for the city creek shopping center parking. First two hours is free so you need not to worry.

Whenever I come to Salt Lake City I love going to see this store and find cute gifts to take back to my family and friends. Never disappointing!!

I called in advance looking for an I ❤ Salt Lake ball cap and was told they definitely had such an item. Upon arriving, I was told they definitely didnt have one, though they did have a variety of Salt Lake themed ballcaps. Had to settle for a SL,UT hat. Funny in its own right but not really what I was looking for. Would have given a better rating if not for the deliberate dishonesty on the part of whoever answered my initial call.
