The manager here needs to be fired. They are allowing all salespeople to hide behind the office walls of the showroom and blab about who knows what. Apparently, the owners and brands have no interest in selling anything! Ive never seen a showroom like this. Find what you like and just walk out with it. No one cares. One customer left very frustrated after trying to work with someone and the person that helped me threw some samples on a table and walked away never to return or be seen again in 3o minutes. Ridiculous place.

Avoid at all costs. Not worth the trip. Not worth the headache of dealing with the people that work there. Go somewhere else, anywhere but here.

Horrible customer service! No one can be bothered to help. They lady who I asked to look up prices for me had a terrible attitude and got upset when I kept asking questions about products she didn’t know about. The employees next to her were also bickering with each other and gave the place a negative atmosphere.

If youre a fan of very strict protocol you might like this place. I traveled over two hours to come to their showroom to view slabs for our countertops. I wasnt allowed to view the slabs because I had our baby with me, and no child under 18 is allowed...because they need to be old enough to consent and understand the risks of viewing slabs for themselves. I can understand them not wanting rambunctious kids, but a baby in a car seat?! Ummm ok?? Ill be doing business elsewhere.

EVERY SINGLE time, I mean literally EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here, no one wants to help. I wonder around asking for someone to help, and they just ignore you...too busy doing WHAT?! Either hire more people or close your showroom to the public. I was referred here by my tile Instalker and THEY REALLY ARE AWFUL.

Update: Dal-tile reached out to me and has done their best to right the situation. Covid has played a big role in these delays, but they did not use that as an excuse. They took responsibility for my experience and bent over backwards to try to make it as right as they could. I was very appreciative of their efforts.The sales girl we worked with helped us get everything we wanted. She kept checking on materials to make sure they were in stock or that they would be able to get them in stock within a week or two. She told us that everything we selected was under $20/s.f. as well. Come to find out we had tile selections that were over $40/s.f. She told us she would send us tile samples for our selections, which we never received. We are now 2 months after our initial meeting (where we selected items that were in stock or only 2 weeks out) and every single piece of tile we selected has been a fiasco to get. We have had to go to other tile suppliers to find what we need in a timely manner. We just found out that our last 2 tile selections have been delayed into 2021. Rough initial experience.

If you want to sit around for an hour because they cant find your material or they completely forgot about you. This is the place to go to.

The showroom is laid out nicely and lighting is great. Jessica was lovely to work with. I appreciate efficiency and she was. She offered her opinion (I asked) and appreciated her comments. She went above n beyond mailing me samples for tiles not in stock. Thank you Jessica - you were lovely!

LARGE selection of granet and back splash!!! Not near enough help on a busy Saturday.

Sales lady put in the wrong order square footage mixed them up between wall and floor tile, she left us quickly 3 times to talk to other customers and so her attention wasnt on the order. Tiles came in over 2 boxes broken they only told us one was broken many out of the boxes and plastic wrapped together. The phone customer service was good.

Angie is amazing! If you are in the A+D community she is your gal. She is always responsive and treats you like a friend.

Business refuses service to veterans who cannot wear masks. Claims its because of the governors order, but they wont accept the entire order with exemptions,even though the entire front office had their masks below their chin.

We have been customers of Daltile since we opened our counter-top company in 2012. They have great customer service and competitive pricing. They also have a great selection. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. Daltile is definitely a great place to go to pick out full slabs and tile. I think we will be Daltile customers for life.

Beautiful showroom. Customer service was horrible. Our builder recommended Daltile but did warn us the customer service wasnt very good. He was correct. The salesperson we asked to help us seemed bored and uninterested. At one point I asked is she needed to be somewhere else, she said she didnt. We had watched her with a previous customer and she was helpful and friendly. When we had a second question she was nowhere to be found. She wouldnt let us take a sample but we were told by another salesperson we could. Very frustrating. We took our business elsewhere and for a cheaper price and excellent customer service!
