I always buy the indivually wrapped trimmed chicken breast. However, my driver, Chen, gave me the chicken breast with rib meat. When I discoved his mistake, I immediately called Schwan. On hold for over 25 minutes. I was told they would send the driver back that day. It has been 2 days and still havent seen the driver. Very upset since I have been a Customer for over 20 years. Just heard the company was bought out by a South Korean company. Has it deterioo that quickly. Very upset.
