Buyer beware! Buy your fixtures elsewhere--here they will sell you wrong tank for the toilet (even if you buy them both at the same time on the same invoice .. and even if you ask them if they did in fact verified that its the correct tank) because they cant or wont pay attention to model numbers; and because lying is easier than verifying.See how the screws from the tank are off by a billion miles from the bowl holes.. ?But nice friendly staff. :-/

Very disappointed customer.... We received our new Tub in October. The day we got it the box was ripped so our plumber looked at the tub and noticed the cracks on the same side of the box being damaged. We called and they pick up the tub without any issues, but we are going on 60 days and still have not be refund our money. It makes me sad because they have always been good to us in the past.

This standard is getting alot bigger and nearly always has what I need. One of the best in the state.

Very disappointed in the companies return policy and procedures. I was stuck with miscellaneous parts because I couldn’t provide a receipt and they were unable to find the transaction in their computer system. I’ve heard this complaint from other customers/contractors as well. The company doesn’t use bar codes on their products to facilitate transactions.

All though they didnt have what needed at that laction they did suggest for me going somewhere else they very friendly.

Collins at the I-15 approx 90th South store was the most excellent salesman I have ever had wait on me. He was so knowledgeable about my plumbing needs and so very cordial. I want to commend Standard Supply for such a high quality of Sales person they have provided for my plumbing needs.

I was treated so poorly by an older gentleman earlier today that if it wasnt for this younger gals concern, I would never have gone into the standard again because of the encounter. I have been in the sprinkler business for twenty years, so I have a pretty good idea as to what it is that I need. This same person told be that if you knew what you were asking for he could look it up, I brought a part in that only difference was thread per inch and showed him pic and he still treated me as though I was an imbecile..

I work for a local plumbing company and spend most of my time in new construction. Everything we need, from sub rough to rough and finish, these guys always have what we need. If they dont have it, any of the folks here will track it down and make sure we get it. Awesome place and will continue to shop here three or four times a week.

Stood at showroom counter for 55 minutes while lady talked about jewelry and fingernails with another customer. Didn’t say a word to me. Then someone from back parts counter walk in and she said to them “I don’t know if this guy needs help”... Why would I be standing here for almost an hour!? Even after getting someone to help me they were not helpful or knowledgeable about simple above floor rough bathtubs. Frustrating experience.

Standard Plumbing, in general has been a great company. But this particular location has been truly outstanding. 99% of the time they have exactly what our Techs need, but on the off chance they dont have an item, they have been extremely helpful in getting it. Their Will Call counter sales are very professional and friendly.We look forward to a long working relationship with them.

This place is Terrible! Going through a remodel and needed parts for a kitchen rebuild. Not one person asked to help and when you approach them they go into the other room. Only go here if you want to look at displays on the ground, Dusty and nasty boxes on the showroom floor and the worst customer service.Places like this makes me realize why Amazon takes my money.

This place is terrible. We came to make a delivery but there is ABSOLUTELY no way to back up to the dock in a semi. The employee inside said and I quoteyoure the truck Dr I er, figure it out. Left us sitting in the parking lot for 6 hours with no solution on how to fit. Wouldnt unload the truck by hand. Nothing. Just rude and lazy employees. If you drive a semi do not take this places loads.

Pretty piss-poor customer service. I went there essentially trying to determine if the job I had in mind required a professional plumber or if it was something that could be done DIY or with the aid of a handyman. The representative that helped me made it seem as if it was a huge inconvenience for him to have to get out from behind his counter and show me products in the aisles. When asking him questions, it was like pulling teeth. He would just give this smug look and respond to my questions with passive aggressive questions. 1-star for him. An extra star for the store because Im giving the benefit of the doubt that not all the representatives there are like the one I met with.

I am a licensed electrician and an electrical engineer, work on my own cars one of which is a CNG van on which I changed the (3600 psi) high pressure regulator on last year. Called there other store was told I would have to go to this location for the pressure switch I needed for my heater (that I have changed in my previous house). I got to the store and the comedian behind ask me how he could help me and then told me they would not sell me the pressure switch because (Without even asking) I cannot sell it you, you are not a licensed HVAC contractor. So, to connect a device that has 2 electrical leads and a small air hose, a device I have changed before and any one smart enough to turn a screwdriver could do, I need to buy a piece of paper from the government. What a joke! I told him I would buy it on line. Not going back to Standard clown supply for anything. They judge your ability to repair based on your appearance and a piece of paper. PS My brother in law who is a licensed HVAC contractor was whom I called to confirm my diagnoses came over and confirmed that it was the pressure switch that was the issue.
