Hopefully this helps save you a trip! I arrived after the closing time - Google Maps says they close later.This GNC has had consistently good customer service over the past 5 years Ive been visiting. The staff is knowledgeableand helpful with exercise and supplement questions. Since the pandemic began the shelves have been more barren and many products are only available online, but the in person conversations and assistance cant be replaced online!

STORE ISNT EVEN OPEN HALF THE TIME. I keep going to get a refund for a pre-workout that I bought. And it isnt even open you have to call and even then its hit or miss. There is no sign indicating why this is on their website or on the store. This is pretty disgusting I took the pictures at 1:00 on Saturday.

The guy working was super nice and helpful. Knew exactly where to find what I wanted. Got isopure protein drink. Great store - Ill be going back for sure.

Not open most of the time! The guy working there with the face tattoo refuses to wear a mask and is rude. He doesnt help anyone. He spent more time talking about a female coworker sending him inappropriate pictures and trash talking her, calling her bad names to another customer then helping customers wanting to buy product. Ill never go back!

Many products are very good, great quality, but a bit higher regular price. They post offers with particular dates and offer bonus points. But they never give you those points, as promised. Just bunch of small scams to raise money for their debts. But still good products

I like GNC for their product selection, and prices. But the employees at this location are AWFUL. Unhelpful, lazy, and not friendly at all.

Terrible. The employee here back in June asked me to sign up for some bs discount and said, I need to swipe your card to put it on your account, however, you will not be signed up for an auto-delivery subscription. Turns out what he did was just set the first delivery as far out as he could and now I have been charged for subscription I never intended to subscribe to here at the end of November. Wow, what a dishonest store.

Closing up to an hour early is a bad sign of poor management. Just while sitting outside riding this review two other people came to try to shop only to find the store locked up early with the lights off.

Save your time and energy and buy supplements online. Bought a GNC Pump supplement less than 24 hours ago. It was caked and unscoopable, even with the moisture control packet in the product. I have not bought from GNC in awhile so didn’t have my account handy and left my receipt at home, I did have the card I purchased the product with... I figured I bought the product less than 24 hours ago. It wasn’t used. I get policies and procedures... but cmon work with me a little bit. Anyways, Vince was a great employee. He was lots of help. Whoever the manager is just doesn’t want to make an extra effort to help out new customers. Oh well back to online shopping.

This GNC is NEVER open when they say they are. Been here multiple times and 9 times out of 10 the doors are locked. Right in the middle of their scheduled hours. Ridiculous.

Luke is the BEST!!! He’s incredibly helpful and makes sure to make each customer feel valid and helped no matter how busy the store is. I trust all of his recommendations and have had nothing but positive experiences in this store!

Go see Brandon at the Sugarhouse location. You can’t beat the customer service this man provides. I’d choose this GNC every time.

Staff was very informative and nice.

Store just got a new remodel and new staff. Looks great and the staff is awesome. The store is very well stocked, neat, and clean. The staff is very knowledgeable, upbeat, and pro customer. They will treat you right, help with with the products you need, and do their best to save you money. Definitely worth checking it out.

Friendly, attentive staff that is always helpful with suggestions and answering questions about products. I’ve never had an issue with them price matching, or returns when I happened to not like a product. This is the only GNC I will go to in Salt Lake.

I returned a sale without receipt. All 3 employee remembered me but they couldnt refund me because it was a 3rd party sale or something like that. They said they will call someone and get back to me and till now, no call nothing about my return. I feel lied to, considering how nice they were when I purchased

They dont offer online retailer price matching, but you can at least buy health products without them being stolen off your porch again.

Before coming here check the price online.. this place is soooo overprice... my ON protein is 79.99$ here online is only 48$.. plus the people here are jerks.. I came in to buy the nanox9 and the manager offer me price match with Walmart 2 days later I came in and I ask for a price match and he say they don’t do price match.. Go to vitamin shoppe they do price match with anyone... GNC is you to overpriced store

Not open at scheduled hours. Arrived at 9:15 in the morning to find the store closed with no explanation. The inside was clearly a mess with scattered boxes and packaging across the floor. When the store finally opened it was dirty (with gross floors, trash everywhere, and a bag of half eaten chipotle chips on the shelf). The shelves are half-stocked and disorganized.
