I work for an HVAC/R company based in Layton. This morning I found that I needed a part for a clients boiler up in Huntsville. I called the manufacturer and was given Lundquists number. I called Lundquist, spoke with Tommy who said they had the part I needed on the Shelf. So I drive from Huntsville to SLC only to be told that they dont have the part . . . and Tommy is not there either but working from home. The counter guy then calls one of their distributors which turns out to be Great Western in Ogden!!!! and they have 8 on the Shelf . . .Thanks for wasting my time, fuel, and causing my day to be several hours longer than it should have been.
