Warehouse full of tools, pretty much anything you could want.

Do not go to this location a long time customer just got told to leave due to not wearing a mask.We have spent 1,000s a month and will no longer be a customer for this location employees were rude and condescending.This will be my last time showing up to this location. I cannot and will not be subjective to being forced to wear a mask due to medical issues. I refuse to be told to mask or leave I will give my business to their competitors who do not force their customers to wear a mask against medical protocols.

Very nice people but as far as wearing a mask not all of you employees are in compliance. I have no problem wearing a mask everyone should until we get through this virus.

Refuse to answer phones and there is always a wait to speak with someone.

What in the world is happening with this store several employees kicked my friend out who mas severe medical issues for not wearing a mask.One employee had the mask around his mouth not worn properly they laughed at him and made him leave the store in Tears what customer service style is this.I wont return

The store kicked me out due to medical issues that prevent me from wearing a mask. I will not return after being a customer for years.The staff was unprofessional and downright condescending when I told them I cant wear a mask—a great way to treat a veteran.

I bought a pair of work boots from nam and was told that they had a 6 month warranty they started falling apart so I took them in within not 6 months and they ship them off to get fixed. Then when I went back they got lost while they were shipped out for repairs and I was told I would be given a discount on a new pair of boots but I would not be able to receive my boots back nor given a pair even though it was within the warranty and they lost them in their shipping to their company. I am disgusted with this customer service as they should have honored their repairs since they lost them.

This place has everything any kind of industry needs. It just added a large new building to its main store and they have added a ton more inventory. They have everything but sometimes they are a little pricey.

Jim in the front is a stud very nice and helpful. They carry everything at a good price

There were 3 employees standing around at the will call desk with nothing to do. And there are 4 people waiting at the sales counter with no help. Really?
