We are a medical clinic and rely heavily on our vendors and company suppliers. Having issues with our oxygen tank, our first attempt for a fix didnt work. On our second reach out, our issue was relayed to Kyle who came personally and quickly to help us. Turned out to be an easy fix which made our lives much easier! Thank you, Kyle!

The owners are not very professional. They don’t let you have a medical emergency without termination of your employment.

Tried exchanging a 40cu.ft. acetylene tank, had to set up an account for that. First tank I picked up ended up being just about completely empty, so I went all the way back down there again and they exchanged it for another. The second one came up just over a 1/4 tank on the gauge and weighted in at 2lbs of gas, less than 30cu.ft. then when I looked at what they charged me, apparently they charge your card more than what is owed as a hold? Not sure what for but its been nothing but bad business with these guys, Id imagine they get away with that stuff with their bigger customers all the time.
