Love the Bosch store! Bob and Maria are really friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of kitchen necessities I cant find anywhere else!

This little business is above and beyond amazing! I had searched high and low for a Bosch mixer. My son found this place and I wasnt sure about it so I called and I talked to John he was so helpful as were the other people that I dealt with! He packaged my items so that shipping would be less and I had it at my door in two days! Everything about this transaction was more than five stars! Thank you Bosch kitchen center!

Products are good quality but I think the male assistant who is older in age, who works there frequently, does the repairs, needs brushing up on his customer service skills. He often talks down to customers in a passive aggressive manner. He has done it to me more than on one occasion and I have heard him do the same to other customers. Big turn off. I will try the one is Sandy. I know they are brothers who own the two. We will see how their customer service is.

Super impressed with the service at this store. They have yeast when no one else does. They had hard white wheat and vital wheat gluten. But more important than the fact that they always have what I want is there service. I bought a bag of wheat and they carefully (so as not to touch anything) poured it into the bucket I bought and then carried it out to my car. Very pleasant and very professional. (And I noticed on the door that they meet or beat Amazon prices....no more 2 day shipping...you can get it the same day.)

This was my first time to this store. I like that they price match with Amazon. It was nice to be able to bring my Bosch in and make sure the attachments fit. Selection was good for such a small store. Salesman was another story. He was brash and belittling and even tried to grab something out of my hand at one point. Next time Ill go to the Sandy store.

I agree with Ms. Vez. Needs customer service training. I walked out of the store. My wife finished our purchase. At one point he lied about the availability of a machine. No need to return to this store

This is a specialty kitchen store with a great selection of home and kitchen supplies. Obviously they carry the Bosch Mixer which lasts forever. They also do repairs on the mixers as well. If you are looking for a kitchen appliances hit them up I found they can beat the big box stores in price and they do carry Bosch along with other brands. Well worth the visit!

Just found this little gem after a lack luster event at another kitchen store. This place is amazing and for a little store their prices are spot on in fact they will meet or beat Amazon! Every employee was as pleasant as can be and I love the unique and specialty kitchen tools and gadgets. Very fun store for the foodie in all of us.

I went into this store and bought some things. All the time I was in there this older man ridiculed me and it wasnt just once or twice. He didnt want to answer my questions, wouldnt listen to me shutting me off from asking questions and said to me, I dont want to answer your questions. Yes this was the end of the day and he still had 10 minutes left unto closing when I left the store. This man was very rude and gave the impression that he was the owner of the company. His behavior was totally unacceptable. This is not the first time this man has been rude to me. I will not go back to that establishment because of that man and will go elsewhere.

However I also wanted to give you feedback on your employee. Im sure he is your friend so I dont suppose his employment is in jeopardy. I like they have such a huge variety of e Juice and its got a very upbeat atmosphere . They sell a lot of different things as well such as crystals, naked hats and shirts and even SUPREME Clothing. Staff is always super nice and super helpful

Love this store. The owner is knowledgeable and very helpful. When my Bosch bowl broke I thought I would have to buy a whole new bowl. John could have sold me a new bowl, but instead he told me I could replace just the bowl and use the old driver still. He saved me money! Ill definitely be back.

Great store, with amazing service! We purchased our Bosch mixer and electric Nutrimill wheat grinder from the store, and love how well they work! So glad there are stores like the Bosch Kitchen Center that still focuses on providing long lasting, high quality products! The people there are very knowledgeable as well, especially if you need great recipes for the Bosch and making delicious bread! Great product, Great service, and for reasonable prices. The Bosch Center owned by John Hair is the perfect place to shop if youre looking for what you need for setting up a great kitchen! He has the best demonstrations for making divine foods and hands down the best bread maker in the country! I LOVE IT!

I bought a Bosch mixer here several years ago and it has been the best kitchen purchase weve made! Since then we drive from a distance to buy our grain and other kitchen supplies. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are great. Hands down the best kitchen store in Utah!

Lots of touching things, my card, their pens. No one working at the store were wearing masks. If I go back it will be after this is over.

Wonderful Store! Been located on Highland Drive for a very long time. Around 30 years! We have shopped here for many years and they have great customer service and free cooking classes! Go in and see for yourself. Not sure who these other two people who posted on here are coming from, but that is not a common experience for me.

Went to the store to get a new mixing bowl cuz the parts busted after a while and the man in the store totally talked bad about women and that they don’t know how to follow instructions. Totally unacceptable. It would be better to order online and not go here.

The owner clearly doesnt know anything about cooking. I needed white baking chocolate to make peppermint bark and he gave me white chocolate chips and said that it was baking chocolate in chip form. Needless to say it wasnt and It took me 30 minutes to melt it and when got it to melt it set up in to a giant blob and would not melt again. After this I called him on the phone and he was clearly going to the bathroom, there was a ton of grunting and an audible flush not to mention the echo made it so I could clearly tell he was making a number 2. Also his staff is awful, the old lady she isnt even a sweet old lady, she doesnt know a register from her elbow so I waited for 30 minutes while she fiddled with it, and she cant keep her nasty rotten old lady gas in, and she must know that she is stinking up the ENTIRE store and doesnt even apologize. Whatever you do DO NOT GO TO THIS AWFUL STORE.

I went into this store today and loved the atmostphere and the friendly service! They have great cooking classes which I have also been to! They have a great selection of gadgets of which I wll return to get, which is a great wedding gift, if your looking! The inventory is good. The prices are as expected. The obnoxious salesman is enough to cause me to drive across town to another Bosch store. If I want the Don Rickels treatment I will watch him on youtube. It was not a surprise we were the only people in the store for most of the time we were there.

Theyve got the best fresh flours, grains and specific baking supplies that are hard to find elsewhere. Theyre also incredibly helpful with everything.

Awful customer service. Ive been to this store three times, and the first time we were assisted by a very creepy (though helpful) man, and the experience was mildly pleasant. The second time one of the employees flat out lied to me about pricing. They said they price match (including online retailers), but refused for one product saying that the cost was less than they normally pay. Now, if this is true then they have an extremely low markup, and no sense of ordering since he had no desire to get information about the website I was purchasing from. The third time I was inquiring about some products, the lady who was came to help me went into the back to check on something, and then came back out and started helping other customers.Basically, if you want customer service, you ought to look elsewhere. Personally, I cant imagine ever visiting the store again.
