This store was very clean and organized the guys got the drive belt for my vintage old tiller was very happy.

I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service provided by the folks at United Service & Sales. I brought my lawn mower in to get the blades sharpened and they went above and beyond.My young kid was in the car so I asked for help getting the lawn mower out, which they did without hesitation and then proceeded to sharpen the blades while we waited in the car. They returned the mower to my trunk and sent us on our way. The whole process took less than 20 minutes.Im telling everyone I know to take their equipment to these folks.

I just needed guidance on a part for a residential mower. Even after it was clear that it would be faster for me to have it installed somewhere else during a high volume time, ( no purchase from United), the gentleman on the phone, Jesse, continued to go out of his way to help me out, find the part number, an assist me. When customer support is this squared away, it speaks volumes about the organization as a whole.Appreciated.

I came in to buy a lawn mower pull. I was going to do it myself and Wayne suggested I take the part off and bring it in for them to do it, which I did. Richard replaced the cord in minutes. It was very inexpensive and well worth it! Excellent customer service given by Wayne and Richard!

Took my lawn tractor in for a motor mount issue, which they fixed. Then when picking up the fixed mower it suddenly has a dead battery??? Never had an issue with the battery before. I think my good battery has been swapped out with a bad battery so that they can wring another $100 out of me. Shady. I wouldnt go here expecting a clean transaction.

I used United for the first time because the shop closest to me in the Millcreek area is too uneven in their service. This was a good experience. It was crowded when I dropped off my gas trimmer, and they were fast and efficient in dealing with everyone. No one else was there when I picked it up, and the counter guy was really helpful, friendly, and answered several related questions for me and didnt try to just push me out like some stores. Prices are competitive, and its a nice, professional shop.

I have been using United sales and service for the last 5 years! They always greet me when I walk through the doors by my first name. They have always been true and honest with their word. I can’t say enough about united sales and service. Richard and Brian will give their shirts off their back to make sure you leave the store happy!

Came here to get some snowplow parts. Customer service was good, got the parts I needed, but they sold me 10 packages of bolts to mount the new cutting edge on when I only needed 1 package of 10 bolts. They did return the other 9 packages but it was another trip to take them back.

Great people to work with. I have purchased from them for years and the price is always fair and the customer service has been awesome. I really enjoy the free popcorn inside the store also while you are waiting. They sure can fix or install a Boss snow plow. Great guys!!!

Horrible, horrible customer service!!!! They dont know how to effectively communicate with their customers and fix things without the customers consent and replace things that dont need replacing. Every repair has resulted in complete sticker shock. The guy there who claims to be the manager lacks people skills. The company as a whole does not valve business relationships. Als the chain saw king is a small family business in SLC who takes care of their customers and is an exmark dealer. Take your business elsewhere!

Went in knowing I needed to buy a mower. I was expecting okay service but what I got was amazing service. I ended up leaving with a mower and a trimmer. I have to say I am 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this place!

Had to take my lawn mower to get serviced and repaired.. they informed me that the carburetor was in need of service which they found was the reason my mower wouldnt start.. they also replace the starter and the pull cord.. then they went all out and even sharpened the blades..it did take much longer than i had hoped (like 2 weeks) however the service was honest and i have not had a single problem with it all spring and aummer and fall. I appreciate all of the work that they did.

I took my Toro lawn mower in to get serviced and repaired. The staff was extremely friendly. I have had my mower back now for a few weeks and is working as good as it did the day I bought it. I will be bringing all my equipment back here to be fixed and serviced.

This place has a huge inventory of parts, they also service just about any kind of small engine, lawn mowers, snow blowers, tillers, chain saws etc. etc...

Seems real busy with lots of business

Worst customer service Ive had to experience in a long time. I dropped a string trimmer off to these guys on 8/8/15 to have the pull start return spring replaced. I was quoted 7-10 days for the repair. After being run around whenever I called (about every 3-5 days after promised date) I arrived today to take the item back regardless of repair status, i figured 42 days, half the season, was enough…. I was informed that the item was done and I owed $32.12…. For a $0.25 part and 6 WEEKS worth of wait time on a repair that I happen to know didnt take more than 10 minutes of a techs time. Thats 5 WEEKS LONGER Than I was quoted. When I brought this up to the manager I was given the spectacular response of Sorry, What do you want me to do about it?Combine this with the fact that the guy that Helped me when I dropped the trimmer off spent more time trying to sell me a new trimmer rather than write me up for the repair I came in for, I just have to say… You guys need to look up the definition of CUSTOMER SERVICE.I will never again work with these guys and I urge the rest of you to find a more trustworthy shop. These guys are crooks.

They have always been reasonably priced with me and habe always been extremely helpful and work to get parts here as fast as possible if they dont have them in stock. Ill never go anywhere else for anything

No valen vergueza les deveria de dar su customers service para dar un estimado de hacen basura tu maquina y cobran mas de lo que vale ..At first a one of the guys there said its about 200 to get it running 4 week later there its goint to be around 950 i said ill come and pick up it up then i show up and its complete trash i ask if they could put it back together r: its goin to be around 300 really not recomend bring anything to this place they at least let me know they will take apart everthing to give you and estimate bad experience( nvv)zero estars its a lot

Repaired a rototiller for me. Didnt tighten bolts well enough and machine stopped working after about 30 minutes of use. I also saw gear oil leaking because a rubber plug wasnt replaced after repairs. Called and they said theyll look for it, but they dont know where it is, no offer to replace it. I will not be using them again.

We called Toro Manufacturer Costumer service because the lawn mower we bought wasnt working right.They told us its under 5 years warranty and to take it to a toro authorized dealer for repair.We called United Service &sales and asked if they are an authorized toro dealer, they said they are.We took the lawn mower to the toro dealer, after 1 week we went to pick it up and they wanted to charge us for the repair even though the warranty was supposed to cover it.The employee was angry and instead of trying to solve the problem with toro manufacturer, he put back the bad part of the machine and I have to take the lawnmower to another dealer for repair.They dont treat their customers in a professional way at United Services and Sales
