Great selection and good quality furniture. The employees are helpful and not pushy. Love shopping here.
The customer service is just awful. In the days of Amazon, you would think this huge conglomerate could get it together. I called to ask if I could switch a color of my order I placed 5 min ago. I was told I would have to cancel my order but assured my $100 gift card would be immediately refunded which was not true (luckily I had asked the customer rep to stay on the phone while I placed the new order). Then, I was told I could receive one in the mail in 3 weeks. Anyways, about an hour later on the phone while my customer service rep discussed with a manager via chat. My credit card was charged in full and I will be credited. Seems like there are 10 ways this could have been easier....Anyways I will not be shopping with them online in the future
Its inexcusable for a company to operate the way Pottery Barn works. When I found a delay in the delivery date I tried to cancel the order but was told I could not because it was en route to the distribution center. That was almost two months ago. I have called multiple times. No one ever calls to schedule delivery as promised. It should have been delivered a month ago... I know. Do not order from Pottery Barn. Do not use Ryder for delivery. Lesson learned.
Furniture is great but website & shipping is terrible. Could never track my order even after inserting order number. Dealing with Ryder for delivery is a nightmare. Its fully automated so you cant talk to a human. Our delivery showed up one day on our doorstep without notice.
I could of bought any couch in there cash, but was ignored for the half hour I was there.... But that one employee gabbing with his friend on the employee phone was having fun.
We went in looking to order some furniture and bedding, we were in the store for over 30 min and not a single person asked to help us,nor could we find anyone who worked there. Super disappointed.
I bought 3 Seagrass barstools, and waited 4 months for them to be delivered. I didn’t mind because I took my time shopping for the right chair, and was excited when I found them. We’ve had the chairs 6 months, and they already show signs of wear. The front of one chair where you rest your back, looks like it’s been used for years. I called customer service, and was told my only option was to call a furniture repair company since the chairs were outside the 30 day return window! He said it was a “wear and tear issue” not a “company problem.” It’s only me and my husband who use the chairs. And, we actually sit in chairs at a nearby table more often. I like Pottery Barn, but if a company can’t stand by their merchandise, I’d say that is a “company problem.”
Love the location, amidst all my needs. Great customer service and my one stop after hot yoga.
This store has great furniture.BUTIt’s extremely frustrating when you spend a large amount of money. On top of that need to pay $250 for shipping. Then I call the next day to add another large piece of furniture to the same order so I don’t have to pay the $250 again. They say it can’t be done. Even though nothing has been shipped or even moved. What a joke!!!This was my first order from them and will be my last.
I bought a rug through the store in September 2020. Today (January 2021), after months of calling customer service and the store, I finally decided just to cancel the order. I wish I couldve gotten a refund for all the time I spent just trying to find out where the rug was and when it was going to actually be shipped to the store. Instead, all I got was literally months of people referring me back to the to people I had already talked to, who in turn, referred me back to the original person I talked to. It was very frustrating and time consuming. Apparently, the rug is either lost in transit or was sold out when I bought it. None of the managers at the store ever got back to me like they said they would. Compare this experience to downeast home, where all it took was 1 phone call and they decided to just deliver a replacement sideboard I had purchased when the other one started splitting down the middle (all for free, and it took me 5 min). Pottery barn will no longer have my business.
Worked with design crew on a custom order sofa. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to consult with.
Great experience, has the things I not only need but want
All I ordered was a Christmas stocking and it’s been over a month and still have not received my order. I’ve emailed Customer service 4 times and keep getting lied to, saying it’s on its way or I’ll receive a shipping confirmation email is a couple business days. I called customer service and they said it’s never been shipped. I asked for a refund or at least a discount and they refused. The most they would give me was 15% off my next order. If I didn’t already have matching stockings I would never ever order from them again.
I worked at RC Willey Corporate Customer Service for 7 years and I am shocked at the apathy of Pottery Barn. RC Willey were not saints but we adapted and did it fast. There is no consistency and proper regulation with Pottery Barn. Bought a sofa in desert. Loved it, so I ordered the love seat, chair and ottoman. All three pieces came at separate times. Why? They said some are mass produced others are special orders. OK. The ottoman came, right fabric, wrong color, too dark -even for being mass produced? Declined the ottoman. Chair came as camel(?), refused that. The love seat came and it was green! I have pictures below of all three together The sofa on the right in desert, the chair on the left in camel(?) and the love seat cushion in green. Theres even a fabric sample of the ecru color just to show the sofa is not ecru. Big difference. At this point I had already spent three different times on the phone for a total of about 4 hours, never getting the same damn person and having to explain everything over and over again. Luckily, I was able to get money back for the ottoman and chair but the love seat was a surprise credit. Why? Because they are incompetent and didnt want to do their job. The people at the delivery company said this happens ALL THE TIME. That the fabrics are dyed naturally and each bolt of cloth is a slightly different color, but green is very unusual and thats why I got my money back. I should take an extra piece of fabric from the inside of the sofa and bring it into the store to get a proper sample match. Ugh, I got more information from the delivery company! Pottery Barn is supposed to pride itself on natural eco friendly techniques and products yet will burn a bunch of fuel for their trucks to get orders wrong. I dont even know what to do at this point. There isnt a loose piece of fabric anywhere on the sofa. Customer Service is a futile effort. Im a busy person I have enough to do! I have five kids, one has a disability, Im going to school for my bachelors and I own a business. Give me a freaking break.
I ordered a 3 piece dog bowl set in January. I had to special order it because “this store doesn’t stock large items.” The first piece (metal stand) arrived to my home on May 7. The next package arrived June 27 and only contained one of the bowls. Turns out, the associate only ordered one bowl (because that makes sense.) needless to say, If the second bowl I had to order arrives within 2 months like it is supposed to (god willing), I will have waited nearly 8 months for a damn dog bowl set. In what world is this BS acceptable? Terrible terrible terrible. Good luck if you decide to order from this “business”.
I love this store but gosh everything is so expensive! It is hard to find anything on sale at a decent price. Candles sell at a minimum of $60 approximately but they ate great smelling candles.
-Expensive good furniture.+Nice to have in home help with what furniture to buy and suggestions on layout- Not good that the person measured the room incorrectly so lucky the furniture could fit in the room (always always double check the designer)+Had great discounts when they wanted to move furniture off their floor room- Was surprised that a small round table order was shipped to our house and had to be assembled by us (I thought an upscale store would have upscale delivery of completed assembled furniture).- Shipping costs added on top of price at store--- Pottery Barn credit card gives 20% off purchases yet very hard to balance account of receipts against the credit card bill. Store receipt sums up taxes at bottom along with overall shipping charges. Credit card has taxes and shipping costs added into each item. Charges occur when they ship, not when you buy and delivery can be 10 weeks. Credit card company is separate company and can provide no extra details. Store has no access to the credit card information. Also, orders that go through online is a totally different group as well. So you can end up talking to 3 different groups to get something figured out and none of the 3 have access to the others information. Hang on to your receipts as you are likely the one that will be able to figure it out as pieces come in over 3 different credit card month billings.Bottom Line - Upscale furniture yet go in with your eyes and wallet wide open.
Trying not to rant here but ordered a framed artwork back in July, keeps getting pushed back and now says its coming in late December which you know given my experience up till now I kind of doubt it. I called to change the address because Ive moved since then and they said they couldnt change the address and then I asked if I could cancel it but they said no and if I escalate it they probably wouldnt either. Super poor customer service, I wouldnt buy here again and definitely wont recommend this place.Im just glad I didnt hit checkout for the furniture I was about to order (⊙_◎). And dont believe whatever BS comment they leave below this rating (if they even do). Theyre a business and could care less about your problem.
The location in SLC never has anything in stock and they have literally never had an item Im interested in on display. I went to buy a dog bowl set and the associate told me they didnt carry large items like that in the store. Large items? Its a dog bowl....... He then told me they could ship it for free which was fine with me. After charging me nearly $100 and placing the order he THEN decided to tell me they were on backorder. It took 6 months for the items to come in one piece at a time. Now come to find out the associate only ordered the stand (which is made for a water bowl and food bowl) and only ONE bowl for it. Now my options are to begin a lengthy return process or wait another 2 months for the second bowl. Do yourself a favor and if you want something from pottery barn just order it online. The store doesnt carry anything and the associates do more harm than good.Update: My items are not eligible for a return cause its been over 30 days. Even though it took 6 months for me to get the items. Never shopping here again.
We have come to this location a few times, and every time i have walked out in shock at lack of customer service. It didnt matter if we bought a candle, dinning room table or just came to look at things. They are not eager to help you, even if you ask for help, the employees look bothered and annoyed, or are standing around talking and you have to stand around and wait to even ask for help. They seem angry that they have to be there or to have to talk to customers. For a company that charges so much, you would think their customer service game would be spot on.I really do not recommend this store location, nor Pottery Barn. Seeing all the other negative comets you would think they would have done something about the problems.
I had cash in hand ready to buy a new couch, but the store associates did everything they could to ignore me and get rid of me. Just because I’m young, doesn’t mean that I deserve to be disrespected and ignored.
I purchased a kitchen table it hasn’t been used much, when I use the table it has place mats on it. The finish is coming off and Pottery Barn said I had 30 days from the day I ordered it. Why do they manufacture a $2,000 kitchen table with cheap varnish/paint and they will not repair it, replace it or even answer my emails, when I call they hang up on me. Pottery Barn has the worst customer service, I am beyond frustrated.
Amazing instruction and great for those who love to create and get messy
My low rating is due to customer service and not product quality. I agree with the other reviews complaining about backordered items. I purchased a framed print and the arrival date keeps moving back. It has now been 5 months without any progress on receiving my item. I contacted customer service when the estimated arrival date had been pushed back 4 or 5 times. The arrival date continues to be pushed back so I contacted them a couple weeks ago and they haven’t responded. I’m very disappointed with their customer service.
Beautiful store.
Decent location. Sales staff were very helpful. The only issue was that they were out of a lot of things that we were looking for.
I absolutely agree with all of the reviews that warn you not to purchase anything online. We moved into a new house in late November. In anticipation of that, we ordered beds for our 5 children in mid-October. Today is December 28th. Our kids are still sleeping on the floor. To makes matters worse, no one from Pottery Barn has any clue where the beds are. It’s amazing that there are a bunch of reviews about this same problem, yet no one is attempting to resolve it.
If you want your wife or significant other to spend a lot of money on really nice bedroom stuff send them to Pottery Barn. Our bedroom sheets and duvet (it looks like a comforter or quilt to me) are amazing. They werent cheap, but worth the money. The helpful and friendly staff made the experience worth it. We went back and bought decorative pillows. Ill probably be parting with more hard earned money here in the future 😥
☠️☠️☠️Save yourself the disappointment and headache. Even though I like pottery barns collection, the “customer service” team at this store does not deserve your business. They are rude, pretentious, slow, clueless, and their ability to communicate with a customer ranks well below zero. We are new home owners and originally had intended to make several large purchases at pottery barn. Unfortunately, after 4 weeks of being lied to, promised phone calls never returned, receiving the wrong order (twice), and waiting a $4000 couch to be delivered (10 days late before we pulled the plug and cancelled), there is no way in hell I would ever consider shopping with them again. They lost a big opportunity with us, but they wouldn’t care. WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! ☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️UPDATE- after cancelling our couch order over a week ago, we still haven’t been reimbursed our $4000.00. On a brighter note, we did get a great couch for half the cost at Crate and Barrel. The customer service was prompt and pleasant. Delivery guaranteed within 8 days. THANKS CRATE AND BARREL!!
Very frustrated. For such high quality product, low quality service. You may not receive the product you order. I would suggest in store purchases only.Ordered a personalized stocking for our daughters first Christmas, that matches the stockings we already have (a product which is now out fo stock). We received a package from pottery barn, of someone else’s product, not ours. Called the customer service line, in which they “could only offer us a refund”. We asked if we could contact the party that received our order, and they said no. Don’t understand why we can’t have the other party send us our order? Very frustrated, because now our little girls first Christmas together won’t have the matching personalized stocking we needed. We have shopped here in the past, and now with this issue have very little trust or want to shop here in the future, for fear of another shipping mix up with little compensation. Very frustrated.
Horrible, horrible online customer service! I will never order another thing from Pottery Barn again! I placed a large order on May 6 and now they’re telling me it won’t get here until October. I tried calling to have a portion of the order that is sitting in a warehouse waiting for the rest of the order, delivered. I was bounced around from person to person and they dropped my call 3 different times. We just moved into our new home and weren’t planning on 5 months to get our furniture! Thanks, but no thanks Pottery Barn! We spent over $10,000, and can’t even get in contact with delivery to see if I can at least get a kitchen table!!
You’ll have better luck ordering from China! We have waited almost a year now for all of our furniture to show up and half of it was broken! Now we will probably wait another year to get replacement furniture!
One of my favorite places to look for home decor and furnishings. Quality is very high and designs are very fashionable.
My wife called and placed an order over the phone with Pottery Barn. After she got off the phone, she checked the confirmation email about 45 minutes later and realized Poterry barn ordered the wrong item. She called in to cancel the item and purchase the correct one. They told us that they could not cancel the order because it was already purchased and the order had been placed. They told us we would have to wait and receive the item, then ship it back, and then we would receive a refund.Extremely frustrating to say the least. Very disappointed in the customer service with Pottery barn and their policies that are in place to handle incorrect orders. Especially because It wasn’t even our fault. Beware of Pottery Barns poor customer service!
Awful... called store to ensure they had an item in stock, which btw, we gave them the item number. They assure us they had 3 in stock. After driving 30 min, not only didn’t they have the item in stock, the floor model was price incorrectly and they couldn’t sell the floor model when entire store had “ floor model sale” posted everywhere. Sales rep could benefit of some team building skills and/or being a team player as she blame her new team associate for the entire mishap. If there was a negative star, I would rate them as such.
Today has been 17 weeks on a special order...I am so frustrated..BUT had it not been for this store and the Girls...It would be a bigger disaster..DO NOT order the Loralie chair! Apparently the SKU number is the same for White AND the Walnut color...the chairs took 10 weeks to arrive and were wrong! Sad...Customer service totally ruined my whole experience...follow through was a lie...BUT the Salt Lake store has been awesome trying to solve the issue...maybe another 2 months...I might have the right chairs...if not. They will get returned and Ill move on... the 5 stars is just for the store and nothing else!
First time visiting, we found many things that we loved and something we could not live without. The prices were reasonable for the quality. We will be back now we know what they carry.
Went in with the intention of getting all new bedding. Could not get the girl to help me for more than LITERALLY 20 seconds. She was more concerned with working on something on the computer. I feel like a customer who is there should take priority. I tried asking her several questions and it was obvious she didnt wasnt 100% sure so instead of asking her manager, her answer was no to everything. Can I use my 20% off coupon on these? Didnt even look at the coupon no. Maybe she thought because Im young that I wasnt going to buy anything so I wasnt worth her time?? Who knows. I finally decided to just get all my stuff online and pay for the shipping. Went home and bought it all that night. According to her it would have been about $200 more. Go to this store to get ideas and see what things look like in person but dont expect any help. Terrible customer service. If youre the manager and reading this--you may want to discuss customer service with your employees. Especially the short haired girl who was working 5.18.17. After all, you lost a huge sale to your store today because of it.
PSA: Not actually open. By appointment only. Good lucky getting anyone to answer the phone. Maybe if you are patient and wait 15+ rings.
Theres some really neat stuff in there but I would never pay their prices for it. I can find the same thing or very similar for Less at other places.
This place is what every home should look like. Everything in there is amazing, perfect and beautiful. But very expesive. Thus is just place I go to dream. I cant afford this stuff!
Called to see how late the store is open and was told it is appointment only. And that you need a mask and if you touch anything you need to wear gloves. I do not have gloves so I said, “Oh well, that probably won’t work I don’t have gloves.” The employe then proceeded to just hang up on me. No words, no goodbye, nothing. Probably the rudest customer service moment I have ever had.
When I went to this location with some questions about a desk I had ordered from them, they were very demeaning and treated me like a child. I ordered a desk with their help, which arrived damaged three times in a row, despite my continued requests for more packaging and quality checks. Its not the stores responsibility, but as they had helped me order it, I thought they could help me acquire a clean product. They did not, and, to make it worse, they acted as if I was too young to really be serious about such an order, and even told me I wasnt allowed to use the company credit card because it could be fraudulent.
I will NEVER shop here again. I bought a set of dishes and the guy packed it up and it was missing 2 mugs and 2 bowls that were part of the set. I called them and let them know, they said no problem just come in. I come in and the lady acts like Im robbing her and gives me attitude about it! Then they are out of the bowls so she takes down my information and says she will have them shipped. No word for a week, I call back, no answer after letting it ring 20 times. Call again, finally get an answer after at least 10 rings. This lady has no idea what Im talking about, puts me on hold for 10 minutes, still has no idea what Im talking about and questions me like she doesnt believe me. Tells me they are totally out of the bowls. Finally gave up and now I have to go all the back there AGAIN to return the rest of the set. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! I shop at Crate and Barrel too and have never had a problem, I recommend going to them instead.
Always friendly and accommodating. We got there 10 minutes before closing and they didnt rush us or make us feel like we were an inconvenience (as so many retail employees tend to do).
Bought a nice couch in 07 and still have it now in 18. Bought a large off white mirror and a bench and some pillows and a very large arm chair at the same time. The mirror looks nice and the bench is still in great shape. The pillows did not hold up, though they were for decoration and rarely used. The arm chair became faded the first year. It was in a room with much sunlight; no other fabric related items faded. The rugs, and the couch held up very well, but the chair faded badly. It also gave way and lacked good support. We paid to have it fixed and the new fabric did not fade at all, but the support is still lacking so we plan on giving it away. I believe we paid 1500ish plus shipping for the chair and ottoman.
I had a question about whether or not something was in stock. I stood by the counter for what seemed like forever while an employee went back and forth from doing something on the computer and texting on her phone. After being ignored for about 5 solid minutes, I finally decided to interrupt. Boy, did that bother her. She sighed loudly and looked at me with zero emotion in her eyes. I asked her my question about an item, even showing her a picture and item number. Her answer? I have no idea. Go look over there as she motions with her hand toward an area of the store. Between their horrible employees and slow shipping, I will not EVER shop at Pottery Barn ever again.
Best salespeople. I highly recommend designer Gabriella. She is so good, knowledgeable about all the products, and very helpful.
This a large pottery, which is nice because associates do not bother you repeatedly. The help is very good though when you ask for it and seek it out. They have tons of floor items so ask if you can buy a floor model for less. They are rarely very marred or damaged to a great extent.
Poor customer service skills !!! The web has most of the seasonal decor and the store has little to none. Anything I wanted to buy seasonal could not be found in this store. The type of people that shop here are arrogant and rude. People WILL push you out of the way if they want to see something rather than say excuse me. This also matches the personality of their associates. I have to ask for help and there is no greeting or welcoming when you walk in this store. Then when I see items I want to purchase they do not have any in stock...( people if I am in your store I have the money to spend okay)Save the heart ache shop online...
Found some really cute Christmas bed sheets on a really great deal
Horrid service. Returned bar stools we ordered online due to color. Husband ordered replacements to be shipped to store; was told it would take 3-5 days. A week later, called, told it would take 2-4 weeks. Called twice more. Today, after a month, we are told the stools have been there at the store since 3 weeks ago! One of the times I called and was told they had not arrived, they had arrived two days prior. Each time we called, they had difficulty using their own computer system and tracking the order. They never called, never texted or e-mailed about the arrival of our order.
Lots of good stuff, a little pricy but good quality.
I had a good experience I called in for linen and the lady was able to find 1 more set in the back, called back 15 minutes later and no hiccups when I went in for pickup.
The service was great they were busy but still the time to help us
Too bad they have such great product, but the company is one of the worst customer experiences you will ever have. We have ordered multiple items off the website and it takes months to receive. For example ordered my daughter a backpack it took months to receive and then showed up torn. We returned it and they offered to have another shipped out when they were in stock. 8 months later and multiple emails to customer service and nothings. How are you still in business? We are sadly done shopping at pottery barn.
I love Pottery Barn furniture and decor but the customer service at this location is horrible! We went in today to buy a desk and could not get anyone to help us. I waited at all three desks and none of the staff even acknowledged us. Most of them werent even helping other customers they were just on the computer totally ignoring me. Finally I interrupted one to ask about the desk and she wasnt any help at all. She just said they didnt have one. They didnt offer to order one or anything she just went right back to her computer. I just left after that because I was so frustrated.
Its a good place for a starting fam if any of you have one
Took an item into the store to be returned. They took it and said the money would be in my account by end of day...... that was a week ago. I attempted calling into pottery barn 5 times I’ve the past week to get my refund. I’ve been told they’d call me back with no rerun call and when I called back I was hung up on twice. I’m furious. This place is a joke, their customer service is terrible and it’s the last time I’ll ever buy something here. Have yet to receive my refund
I really love this store, the stuff was so great, especially the employee by name Maddie, she was so helpful and kind, I appreciate her patience cause Im with my sister are always so picky... Highly recommended!!!
Merchandising is really good, Delivery experience of furniture among the worst in the industry with very little communication to customers.
The best of everything!
At the end of September, PBs website showed that they were having a big sale, including some of their larger furniture pieces--their Premier Event they called it. Great! I thought, I need some new furniture. I see that they have the Banks Buffet at 50% off, but the shipping cost is 25% the cost of the buffet. I call this store and speak to Tracy. I ask her if they have a Banks Buffet there in the store that I can purchase. She says, yes, but its their floor model and theyre not selling it. O k a y??? So then I move on to something else...trying to purchase a bed online, but I cant get the order to go through. I call the store to see why I cant order it online. Response: we dont know, must be a glitch in the system and its not available in store. O k a y??? Ill order something else, then, but its an upholstered sofa and I want to see the color/fabric in person first. I call the store and ask if they have a floor model I can look at, and they do. So I go into the store the next day and speak with Mark. He is very nice, but he tells me that the sale is over and I can no longer get the sofa at that price. That was a great price on these sofas, he says. I sold five of them yesterday. But that doesnt help me because apparently Ive missed the sale by one day because the sale was only for one day. Theres nothing he can do, he says. O k a y ???? Fast forward to earlier this week. I receive an email that this store is having a huge furniture sale, so I call the store to get more details. Emily tells me that there will be specific pieces that Im interested in available for purchase (Raleigh, Cameron, Pearce, Turner), so the next day I drive an hour to check it out. Its hard to find a parking place! The store is crowded! Im in a hurry. I have five teenagers waiting in the car. I walk up to the first counter I see where some employees are working and stand there for several minutes, but theyre busy with other customers. So I move on to a second counter where there is no line and walk up to it, where Doug (I think hes one of their main managers) is standing alone, looking at his computer. I wait to be acknowledged so I can tell him what Im interested in purchasing, as I pull out my Pottery Barn card from my wallet. He looks up at me with a blank stare and doesnt say a word. I stand there for several seconds as we stare at each other, then he looks past me and waves another customer over from across the store. I walk away, as no words are exchanged, and put my Pottery Barn card back in my wallet. Then I walk over to a third counter where there is a long line, and wait there. Finally, an employee calls me over to the counter and curtly asks me what she can help me with. I inquire about the furniture pieces Id been told about the previous day. She motions over to a building on the other side of the parking lot and tells me that that is where the furniture sale is happening, so I walk over to see. Its chaotic and items are haphazardly stacked in random aisles. Its difficult to tell what is actually being sold; things are still in boxes. I wander through the makeshift aisles, squeezing through small spaces and stepping over strewn-about items. I had been told that there would be several different types of sofas and beds, which is what I came to purchase. There is not one bed there and only one stained sofa. Lots of rugs, single chairs, mirrors, outdoor furniture, dressers, but I had not come to purchase those items. I look around for an available employee to see if someone can help me, but they are all busy. I came with money in hand to buy several large furniture pieces--none to be found and no one available to ask. I walk out the door. I had been duped by PB yet again! What a waste of time and energy! Keep in mind, it takes me two hours round trip to drive here. And the rudeness of some of their employees--second to none. I wont be back! My month-long ordeal to purchase furniture and I have come up empty handed from PB yet again. Just really the worst experience Ive ever had with any store!
My mom was looking for her credit card while waiting in line to checkout. I noticed the girl (Rashelle) behind the counter just glaring at my mom not saying a word. I told my mom I think she is ready to check you out. My mom proceeded to the counter and apologized for not hearing her. The girl said nothing. My mom proceeded to ask if she could please make a payment and Rachelle said (very abrasive tone ) we dont do that on our phones my mom looked to me and said what does that mean? Rashelle to proceeded to chat with the people on her headset while I explained that we apparently cant do that in the store. This girl was extremely bothered by my mom and was not courteous. We spend THOUSANDS of dollars at that store and I was appalled by the attitude. We walked out and I decided to walk back in to Mark (who is always wonderful) at Rashelle was sitting on one of the couches watching Moana! WOW!To Rashelle: learn how to treat customers! Put a smile on your face and extend the same curtousy to expect from others. That courtesy and friendly attitude is what separates pottery barn from Ikea! Thank you!!!
My wife loves this store, they are expensive, but nice!
I love all the new ideas I get for decorating my home!
Literally cant give your money to these people; hadnt seen a less enthusiastic bunch of retailers anywhere.
They were extremely patient and helpful with a large return I was making.
Ordered custom upholstery sofa and chair. Was told order would be delivered in 6 to 10 weeks. It took 16 weeks for delivery.
Some fun things to look at.
Helpful staff, huge well appointed PB store in a beautiful building.
Slowest delivery ever. Every time I call, Its been shipped... Been waiting over two months for a lamp.
Amazing products! Amazing Service!
Very nice furniture and accessories for your home.
Military discount?what military discount!!!
Great collection but price tag is at the higher end
I definitely enjoyed shopping at this location
Gabby was very helpful and knowledgeable.
One of the largest PB locations.
The service at this location sucks. The employees look for excuses to not have to work. I’m standing here ready to spend a couple thousand dollars and there are 5 people standing around the store that won’t help me. Ridiculous!
Lots of neat stuff
Really cool selection
Nice place
Love the style just really overpriced
Awesome service!
Fun place
Great atmosphere
Very poor customer service
Great store
Super super super slow
Good place a little expensive
