I want to start out by saying that the customer service here was incredible. The store manager, Suzanne, was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, personable, and knew all the right questions to ask in order to help me find what I needed. As someone with a decade of store management experience myself, I can safely say that without doubt she is top notch.The store itself was absolutely immaculate. There wasnt a bag out of place, and the displays were tastefully arranged. As someone whom had never shopped at Tumi before, I was very impressed.All of that being said, I would like to bring up a serious grievance. I would have given this review a one, or if possible 0, if I could without it negatively impacting the store and staff. The customer service was the ONLY reason that I chose to give this review a 5.The store was INCREDIBLY hot. I immediately began sweating as soon as I entered, and by the time I finally left I was highly nauseous. I brought it up with Suzanne, and she was incredibly apologetic. She stated that she had made several attempts to have the AC fixed, but had not had much luck.If the temperature in that location was so high that my nausea caused me to have to leave, I feel terrible for the staff. It is completely unacceptable for a store to be hotter than the summer heat outside.I would love to be able to go back to finish my shopping, but that wont be happening until I can shop AND breathe at the same time. Hopefully when I return in a few weeks it will have been repaired.

Tumi at City Creek Center is the place to shop for the great quality luggage, carrying accessories and wallets.This store is very clean and ADA accessible. Tumi store associates have always gone beyond what I expect in helping me find the carrying bag I need for travel.City Creek Center Tumi is ready to help us get mobile again.

Wonderful customer service! I brought my bag with a minor defect back and they immediately replaced it, not questions asked. The new bag is wonderful; definitely worth the price!

My bag broke mid trip - the women who worked there were able to fix it and get me back out of the door to my flight in 15 min! Wonderful!

I had a great experience. I bought a backpack and the lady helping me, was patient while I was making my decision. She finished helping me all the way to my purchase before going to the next customer.

What a horrible customer service experience. I have four Tumi bags, and I love the bags, but the service at this location does not represent the brand well at all.I had a bag that has received some wear and tear over the past 300k air miles and it needed some repair. A simple zipper... and some minor things. The manager came out from the back of the store and grumbled something to the rep that was working upfront. She looked at me like I had just inconvenienced her by walking in and not being her next sale. After filling out paperwork and being promised that my bag would be repaired in 4-6 weeks I walked out wondering why people pay so much for their luggage and get this experience.Unimpressed.

I received my back pack from this store and absolutely love it! Honestly would want everything from here.

I purchased my first Tumi about 4 years ago and have purchased nothing but Tumi since. Alexandria and the team at City creek are very attentive to every guest that walks in. I feel like I have been shopping with them for decades and get professional treatment every time. At times, I travel frequently during the year. Unfortunately, forcing me to live out of my bag from time to time. So functionality and variety are paramount. Between my weekly gym visits, over night trips with my fiancé, and quarterly business trips; Tumi has me covered. Like most guys. I shop rarely, however, I dont mind spending the money if the product is high quality and continues to perform. I have 5 Tumis now; a toiletry bag, rolling luggage, and almost everything in between. I only wish the store was bigger.

Best luggage store in Salt Lake City!

My husband bought me a Tumi computer case on-line that came with a monogram if I took it to the store. Just called the store, they will not honor this. So disappointing and such poor customer service. Wish we know that before we purchased a Tumi product.
