My company has been doing business with Industrial Container and Supply for years. Never had a problem in any way shape or form. Kris who usually handles my account is courteous, professional and extremely helpful. I couldnt ask for anyone or anything better. LOVE their products and their service. I will be a customer for many more years.

Sold us a sample of some other customer’s product. Wasn’t their product to even sell. After months of planning and development of a product we went to buy a lot more bottles today. Our labels are already made for that bottle.... Hundreds of dollars in design, printing, shipping. The bottle plays a crucial role in our product’s delivery and branding. The girl at the counter has an attitude we didn’t appreciate in the slightest. Simply shrugs her shoulders and acts like it was our bad we bought a sample they shouldn’t have sold to us. Didn’t offer any other options. Didn’t offer any other solutions. Didn’t apologize, care or bother to ask if she could help in another way. Months of planning, hundreds of opinions asked from customers about the bottle and a 1 hr Drive drive totally wasted.We won’t be back.Btw we’re launching two new products next month (now maybe in a few months after we find a replacement) with thousands of bottles needed for each.We’ll gladly work with somebody else who cares about our business and our needs. We can find crappy service anywhere.Thanks anyway.

I was trying to will call a hole 4 blue poly drums at 8:30 am in the morning. I was told I could not pick them up till in the afternoon. I explained that they needed to be shipped on my end this afternoon and that I needed to pick them up this morning. I was then told there was three will call ahead of me and that i was not able to pick them up till the afternoon. I just canceled the order. I think they have to be some of the laziest. Dont buy there.

Good selection of bottles at a good price. As long as you do your own research and know the specs of the bottle you want. Customer service doesnt always know the details of the bottles and wont go out of their way to find out specifics.

Great products with great prices. However, be careful about shipping charges. The shipping is about double if they find out you live in Utah (The same state they are located). Fortunantly, I live in the same county, but it would have been really disappointing if I lived hours away from SLC. Other than that, no complaints. I would buy from them again.

During the COVID madness we realized we were severely short on water storage. We purchased two barrels and they were on it. They even helped load the things into our SUV.Absolutely incredible!

This is the only place in Salt Lake that I know of that sells bottles for essential oils. They sell bottles in all sizes and shapes, plastic and glass, for all kinds of needs. Their prices are better than any Ive seen on line as well. You can buy one bottle or a case. It doesnt matter. I buy all my bottle supplies here.

My new favorite place to shop. Found the cutest glasses for our Christmas toast. Etched a little Santa face on them and voila. Cant wait to go back and find more little treasures.

I am actually surprised at the average low score of Industrial Container. Some of the best restaurants and businesss I love seem to have lower scores. Is this from the never able to make happy snowflakes we hear so much about? They will only drop a review if its a 1 star. anyways, 5 star all the way. They have what I need and I buy what they sell. Never had an issue with anything or anyone here.

This is a reply to the person who complained about the shipping. There is no way to turn 17 lbs of product into 44 lbs with only packing peanuts! Ha ha are we exaggerating a little bit? Maybe you ordered 43 lbs of product and the total weight of the box was 44 lbs, but anything more than that is a flat out lie...unless you are filling up an 18 wheeler with packing peanuts...I have purchased glass from Industrial Container and it got to me in perfect condition. They take the time and effort to make sure that all product gets to you in good condition and in a timely manner. You try shipping a glass bottles via UPS without protecting it with peanuts or other packing protection.I will be a lifelong customer of Industrial Container. Great service. Great company. Thanks

I placed a nearly $5,000 dollar order with this company and discovered a water drum with a defect. I bought (75) 55-gallon drums and over (170) 5-gallon containers plus all the trimmings with a guarantee that if there were a problem that I would be taken care of. What a lie! Though the drum was still new, unused and stored correctly, they refused to exchange the defective one for one that was safe to use. Imagine, dropping a $5000 bill on an order and they arent willing to suck up $25 for a new one for a future customer...go somewhere else folks. This experience demonstrates that tis company will not back their products...no matter how much you spend.
