Several weeks back, I made a purchase and was very excited for my delivery. Communication was seamless, the delivery arrived as scheduled, and I couldnt wait to try the pasta.However, I was unable to find storage and cooking instructions on the website at that time and thus the pasta sat in my fridge for too many days (until it eventually became a giant, unusable pasta blob). I sent an instagram message to The Bearded Lady and shared my frustration, though acknowledging that this was ultimately my own error.The Bearded Lady was incredibly responsive and receptive to my feedback. She went above and beyond to not only use my feedback to improve their website and the experience of other customers but also made the situation right, offering a refund or another pasta delivery. I opted for the pasta and was so pleased that I did. IT. WAS. DELICIOUS.Moving forward, I will continue to be a regular customer and I hope to spread the word to my friends and family. Amazing local pasta and exceptional customer service. I cant rave enough about The Bearded Lady!

This is our favorite local business of the moment. We love everything from the syrups and shrubs to the lasagna noodles. Bearded Lady does a great job!

OMG good. Delivered to your house. Make sure to try the raviolo - a ravioli with a full egg yolk in the center - srsly to die for. We also had the squash raviolis. Seasonal choice but also excellent. They also sell sauces for pasta and shrubs (look it up - I had to🤠). Great choice if you want to eat at hole, have fantastic fresh imaginative pasta, and don’t feel like spending $100 per person.

The Bearded Lady is as local and made with love as you can get. Ordering is a cinch on their website and they will work with your schedule to deliver you beautiful handmade pasta, biscuit dough, shrubs, etc. Treat yoself!
