Nothing inherently wrong with this rite aid. It’s a nice store with nice employees, but having to wait 50 minutes after my appointment time at the pharmacy to get helped is kinda ridiculous. At least make the chairs more comfortable please.

Decent on filling prescriptions but horrible at answering the phone - regularly impossible to get anyone on the line.

I go to the Rite Aid Pharmacy on a monthly basis for prescriptions. The staff is always friendly and make sure I have what I need. This last visit when my dr didnt send over the prescription I was there to pick up, Debbie M. looked up my prescription and realized I had refills left, so was able to fill it in minutes and saved me a trip! I am thankful for the great customer service! BIG KUDOS!

This is a very professional, and quick pharmacy. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I got all my questions answered and I did not feel rushed.

Sent a prescription to be picked up here. I went straight from the doctors office to Rite Aid Pharmacy to pick up my prescription. It wasnt ready yet, but they were able to fill my prescription with a less than 5 minute wait! Very thankful for Debbie M. and her team!

Ive had nothing but great experiences with this Rite Aid location. Debbie and Randa in the pharmacy are extremely knowledgeable and have been so helpful on numerous occasions.

I just moved here and have been here almost 2 weeks.... and so far every time I have come in everyone is very friendly and helpful! The store is very organized and spotlessly clean! I look forward to shopping here many many times in the future!

Rating the pharmacy, not sure why but everyone in the pharmacy is rude. They never have anything ready on time and they dont seem to care either. With COVID19 Ive noticed that they dont wear masks behind the counter either. I guess they think theyre above everyone else.

The lady typically doing the front at the pharmacy is so rude, always. Even when you are super friendly to her. Just pretend to be nice for all I care.2nd. I get the same prescription every month same day, yet they always forget and I have to call them to ask to get it filled.

They have a young man who should not be working in customer service. He was the cashier named Jason. I asked him are the shoes 75% off. He said annoyed...that us what the sign says. Then these boys were saying something cause he had a mask on due to the virus and he told them you want me to cough on you. There is no need for rude customers service.

This pharmacy is a joke. I waiting 30 minutes just for someone to come out from behind the counter to attend to me ( or can I help you or even eye contact). The person in front of me waited an hour.The person behind the counter didnt care...Not the person I want filling my prescription or flu shot.

I just don’t understand how I can phone in a refill and be given a TIME my prescription will be ready (I know from experience never to expect it to be ready at the GIVEN time) only to go in 24 hours AFTER the given time and have it not be ready. One sweet gal trying her hardest, but obviously either a manager or pharmacist needs to do a better job.

Debbie is the best pharmacist EVER! So kind and accommodating. She runs the travel clinic and is amazing! The store is beautiful, the staff is great, and the service is quick!

My prescription was denied and instead of helping me, they gave me no options. I recently had to change my insurance and was having issues. I asked for my paper back and if they could tell me where the closest location to my home that had my prescription so I would not have to travel so far. One of the employees made a remark its going to be the same everywhere you go. I went to the rite aide on Gilman Blvd, my normal location and Holly was quick to help me, she sees me every month. All she had to do was call the insurance company. Bless her heart! These people at Pine Lake were too busy ( doing nothing) to try an get my problem fixed. I will not go out of my way to come here if my normal rite aide doesnt have my prescription in stock.

I never had a great experience there. I always had to ask the same thing at least twice to get it right. I quit.

The store is pretty nice and right next to a busy qfc so theres no crowd there really and freindly staff
