Misinformation and poor customer service. Simon, an employee quoted me a price over the phone for replacement iphone, but when I came in to buy it, I found out there is a mandatory activation fee. I have been with T-Mobile for almost 7 years with 5 lines, my phone just died and all I needed is to buy a new phone and swap sim cards, I already have account with them. If you quote a price, quote the full price not a partial one, fully knowing that buyer must pay for the activation/upgrade extra price too. Trip to their store was a total waist of my time, Simon, did not even bother to stop a chit chat with another employee. Terrible service and terrible company policy.

I would like to say that Taylor and Ryan were amazing!! From the moment me and my family walked in they welcomed us helped us right away answered all of our questions and went further to looking it up even more! I had a five-year-old running around which was hard and they even helped me redirect him as well. They were awesome and would recommend this branch!

I was committed with bunch of deals when I joined t-mobile but after a month i realized that all of them were bunch of lies. Then I asked them why they lied to me and then they told there is nothing they can do to get those deals!! what a pathetic service and worst experience in my entire life. I wont recommend T-Mobile or this store for any one else...

Incompetent staff. Deceitful about promotion details. Rude redheaded short haired white woman manager. She is disrespectful and condescending to customers and her demeanor into how she deals with your customer care needs. T-Mobile says at the end of every time you talk to a customer service representative, if their service is good enough to be recommended to families and friends. She left a horrible disgusting taste in my mouth. That’s the kind of stuff you have at this local sammamish T-Mobile location.

Over the weekend, my family and I invaded the Sammamish T-Mobile store to set up our new accounts on three lines and to transfer data to two new phones. From the moment we walked in, until we left over an hour later (the data transfer on the phones took awhile) Lola and Simon took great care of us and the other customers who came in during our stay. They were able to answer all of our questions and didnt even blink an eye as our twin boys played with all the display phones and even some of the display screens. It was probably the most pleasant experience I have had in a mobile phone store. Thank you, Lola and Simon.

This outlet gave me the best service, Cedric and Tony here patiently helped us to onboard from ATT to t-mobile answering all our detailed questions, followed up with me post the walk-in to make sure the account is all set up right. Ive been with other cellular providers where i have to wait for hours to get to speak to someone, but am totally happy i made the switch. Its not always about the money but the customer focus to make my life easy. Thanks t-mobile and the store guys.

***STAY AWAY FROM THIS T-MOBILE LOCATION***I visited this store today after scheduling an appointment. The appointment was at 5p and I was right there at 5p. I noticed 2 guys in the shop, one of them was stepping inside a door and the other one was assisting a customer. I told him, I have an appointment at 5p, but yet he ignore me and kept talking to the other customer. I waited and all the while I noticed, he was just chatting with the other customer and nothing related to helping the customer with something. He came to attend me in the 12th min, and I told him, I had an appointment at 5p and why did not you ask the other guy to attend me. His response how can I help you. He was not even apologetic. His said his name is Simon. I am a Verizon customer, and I actually came to this shop to port 3 lines and upgrade to different iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro for 2 of my lines. I usually would let such things go, but this was completely unacceptable, particularly because I went to the store on appointment, did not just show up. If T-Mobile cannot keep up the appointment, then they should stop offering that as an option in the first place. And maybe this guy was a racist. Folks feel proud of being a racist. I dont know, not sure. But I did not expect this from T-Mobile.

So wonderful to have T-Mobile so close to home! Simon and Rick were so helpful, providing more service than I expected. Even a fresh bottle of water. A great atmosphere, good service and a great product. Thank you! It is great to know these guys can provide me with the education I need to use my new product.

My husband and I came in to get new phones and plans. Simon helped us find the right plan for us and was so informative. When I walked into this beautiful store I was greeted with warmest welcome I have ever experienced in a retail store. Their caring vibe was felt throughout the store. Though I was waiting to be helped I did notice that every single sales rep were paying their customers the utmost attention. You can feel it in this store, every single person is happy to be there. When I was helped their staff made me feel at home, and they didnt try to force me to buy anything. The experience truly felt like I was being helped by a more tech-savy friend. If you are in the area Id highly recommend coming into this store to get a new phone, fix any issues with your bill or to pick up any accessories. Quick and competent assistance in porting a number over.

I just stopped into the Sammamish location for T-mobile and worked with a group of guys who helped to unlock my Verizon phone to help move the stim card from my broken I-phone. I worked with Owen and a few others. I wasnt there to buy a phone from them or a service, just in on the off chance that they might be able to help with this situation before hunting down a Verizon store. I had just come from a mom and pop store in Issaquah that wasnt helpful in this while these guys took special effort between all of them to hunt my phone on the computer, figure out the model, if there was a stim card to remove, and then help me move my stim card over to the unlocked Verizon phone. They rocked it and made my day so much easier. I just wanted to take some time to give them a review because these kinds of things dont happen every day and I love the idea of giving a positive review for something special. Thanks so much for your help today and I hope you keep up the good work!

I will never go to this store again thanks Aaron. I went into the store for a quick exchange and the retail associate manager Aaron greeted me. When I asked about the upgrade he told me that I had to pay my phone off which was not true. He then told me that I had upgrade to the iPhone XS. after coercing it out of him he said that I could upgrade to the XR. They only had one color in stock which was fine but I didn’t want that color so I asked him how long I had available to upgrade, he kept insisting that I had to upgrade as soon as possible and would not give me a date it took several minutes to get it out of him before I found out my actual date that I had to upgrade by. He continued to answer the phone or talk to other customers while I was waiting for my questions to be answered. When he was talking to me he was rude and abrasive. I ended up not purchasing a phone from this store solely because of Aaron.

Buyer Beware! First, this is not a corporate T-Mobile store; its a franchise. This staff will basically tell you anything to close a sale. The staff is poorly trained on anything outside of the normal T-Mobile promotions. We had questions around corporate discounts that we should receive, but rather than say I dont know they either will try and mislead your or worst lie to you- which ended up costing us hundreds of dollars. They also badly misrepresented the Jump on demand plan which also ended up costing us hundreds of dollars. T-Mobile corporate ended up taking care of us on some things, but definitely do yourself a favor and avoid this store.

Despite my issues with T-Mobile charging me for service I did not know I had, I love the team at the new T-Mobile store in Sammamish. They are helpful, patience and take the time to answer all of my questions. I think they are great!!

These guys dont know their own rebates and end up costing customers a lot of money, hassle and time. Their primary goal is to get customers to buy a phone or add a line at the store and they are OK with saying that customers would qualify for rebates even they wont just to get them to sign up. I ended up wasting almost 10 hours of my time dealing with the folks at the store. They asked me to get a line with another provider so that I could transfer the number to t-mobile and qualify for the rebates and a get a new phone. I did that and now they are telling me that I need to spend another $100 to qualify for the rebates. I had absolutely no plans to get a new phone and the only reason I went for this was that they convinced me that with all the rebates this is a really good deal. Now I am down $150 bucks and am not going to get the new phones. In fact I am looking to switch over to another provider after being a long time t-mobile customer.

So i went in today to pick up a phone for my warranty claim the store assicoate ryan was rude right off the bat could not look me in the eyes continued texting on his own phone was not helping me transfer my data from my old phone to the new one i told him how frustrated i was and he told me to switch he actually told me to switch companys on top of all this he told me it was ganna be 48 hours to be shipped there it took 7 days actually and it costed me 26 dollars when i first asked him he said it was free of charge but now ots 26? im appauled by your guys customer sevice tmboile is one of the worst companys i have ever dealt with it has been nothing but a nightmare do not join tmobile just because they pay for your net flix and all the other cool stuff it is not worth be treated like garbage terrible company terrible service reps and terrible service i am going to switch back to ATT because that is what youre store assiocate ryan suggested thank you for the nightmares tmobile and thank you ryan i will enjoy my new ATT SERVICE

Buyer Beware!I only wish I would have read the critical reviews here about the lack of competence and lack of ethics among these folks BEFORE it ended up costing us $1,450 today.After 17 years as Verizon customers, we were persuaded to check out T-Mobile, based on the slightly cheaper plans, but mainly the big $650-$750 rebates on plans and awesome phones promised with switching over.We walked in this store last weekend looking to get 3 lines of unlimited talk/text/data and great deals on their newest smartphones. Massive mistake...Kyle at this branch, wearing a T-Mobile Expert badge, assured my wife and I that - if we would cancel our contract with Verizon which required $1,450 by Verizon - then as new T-Mobile customers we would get rebates of $650 x 2 = $1,300 in reimbursement if we traded in two of our own cell phones.To make a good deal even sweeter, Kyle assured us that wed get an additional $750 rebate if we purchased a $750 iPhone XR = FREE IPhone XR!So, asking Kyle to hold that application for us, I called Verizon and paid their required $1,450.Back at T-Mobile and while Kyle was enrolling us in the T-Mobile promotional offers to get all the rebates he promised, he stopped and started asking questions of one of his colleagues - Maria - who then walked over to say that, after further review, we couldnt get all the rebates Kyle promised.Following much discussion between T-Mobiles Maria and Kyle, they finally agreed we could still get rebates...just different rebates, so after all was said and done, Kyles error would only cost us an extra $75.00. Kyle said hed seek to have that waived or reimbursed by his manager.No big deal right? Wrong.Two days later, Maria called to say that they were very sorry but they were mistaken about their own rebate programs, so T-Mobile wasnt going to allow the $1,300 in rebates that she and Kyle promised to us - and upon which we had based our decision to cancel Verizon and pay $1,450 to do so!!!I asked to speak to the store manager. Maria said, I am the manager. I told her I was coming over to discuss the issue in person, as much gets lost over the phone.Turns out, shes not the manager. Simon is the manager. Maria is the team lead. So much for honesty all the way around.I met with Simon and presented a paper I was fortunate to have gotten from Kyle, with Kyles handwritten summary of rebates that Kyle explained wed receive, even signed and dated in his own writing, per my request.Even with this proof in hand, Simon the manager initially said, theres absolutely nothing I can do.... and we were simply not going to get the rebates because he couldnt change the rules. At this time Id had enough and lost my patience. It was then that he offered to give us about 1/3 of the $$$ rebates we were promised by Maria and Kyle.I refused the offer. Advised them that Ill file complaints with the Federal Communications Commission, the Better Business Bureau and the state Attorney General.... and then start the process with small claims court.So...be warned: These folks will lure you in with inexpensive plans and promise all sorts of icomplex $$$ incentives/rebates/reimbursements spread over 24 months....and huge discounts for fancy new phones...until after youve cancelled your contract with your current carrier and then you get yourfirst T-Mobile bill and youre stuck. Then their promised offers mean nothing to them.... or you... even if youve got it all in handwriting, and signed & dated.This business acts as if theres no accountability in their industry. Just wishing I wouldve stayed clear of T-Mobile - Sammamish to begin with....

Ive been with T-Mobile since 2004. I went into this store and was looking at the brand new (more expensive) Samsung for myself and a cheaper one for my sons first phone. The guy I was working with swindled me into a BOGO crappy Motorola, telling me they are moving back above Samsung in the quality department. I havent owned a Motorola since high school and Im now in my 30s so I didnt know any better. But the catch was that in order to get the deal with Motorola and not have my plan go up, I had to get a new account (and essentially close my current one). This means that now it looks like Ive only been a customer for a year, when Ive been one for 14. I told him to make sure he puts something in my account that says Ive been with them since 2004 and he never did. Now I get treated like a new customer. I went again because I bought a new Samsung for my son a couple months ago and we couldnt get the old sim card now. The guy who helped me was rude and dismissive. Worst mistake to go to this location and bad enough to make me consider switching carriers. Issaquah location has never done me wrong. I prefer that location, but at this point the damage has been done to my account.

I called in advance for a prepaid flip phone and stated i was coming to get it. The first gal i talk to had no idea what i was talking about so we had to wait for the other lady to finish speaking with a customer on the phone and answer my questions. she told me the price, clarified the plan i was interested in and i said ok. then they just stared at me like i was crazy for going this route. after a min of us staring at each other, i left as they made no move to get the phone i wanted or activate the plan. Wasi supposed to beg? Apparently this tmobile store did not want my money. 3rd bad experience with t-mobile- cant wait to switch to a different carrier.

They were the most welcoming TMobile service folks I have ever known. I usually dread any customer service interactions T-Mobile folks. They are usually sloppy and not really interested in helping you unless you are buying a product from them. Had that experience in places like Kirkland Lynnwood and Redmond. The Sammamish store is completely opposite. Simon Munguia and his team mate were not trying to sell me anything. I hadnt been able to get help from the customer service number so Simon made the call on my behalf and sorted things out really quickly. Simon even said that if I had anything else I needed I could call them directly and they would help me out which he did the same night. He is fast has great memory to the point. When I mentioned to the staff that they had great reviews online they were pretty humble about it.
