Hey, this is by far the best UPS store in Seattle area. Clean, lots of space, owner-operator, who is willing to help with every single detail.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating when I needed to ship a large amount of packages all at once. They made the whole process super simple for me. Would definitely use them again!

I use this store frequently and the young men that work there have always been helpful. It is pricey if you purchase shipping there, but worth it for the convenience of having the shop right in my neighborhood.

Im not sure why this UPS store has received less than five stars? My most recent experience was amazing and was always great before then. The owner went way above and beyond to help me with packaging my shipment. He stayed two hours late on a Saturday and went out to buy special packing materials for my shipment. You dont find this kind of customer service very often, if at all! I highly recommend them!

I have had a mailbox and account at this location for at least 7 years. I rarely write reviews, but after reading some of the negative reviews I had to enter a positive one. One of the staff members has changed in the past several months and they are all very helpful and friendly. I receive all my mail and packages there. It is safer than my residence mailbox. I also do all of my returns at this location. If they cant provide a proof of drop off due to type of package, they prompt me to take a photo of the tracking label. I had to locate a package tracking from over a year ago and they took the time to locate it on my account. Service you wont get on-line or by trying to reach a person to talk at FedEX or UPS general #. Thank you for the great, personal service!

UPS Klahanie, Sammamish: Chanto obviously strives to create personalized service and works so many hours, with such a positive attitude. Chanto knows every regular’s name, and anticipates their needs quickly. He is able to multi-task and serve customers quickly. I used to drive down to the post office and wait in their long, boring lines, but now I realize the efficiency of skipping the drive & line is well worth the personalized service here. Monthly account billing makes it even easier, with receipts coming straight to email. I highly recommend this location if you live in the area.

They just DONT care. I went to this outlet and paid extra to ship my passport to New York to get a visa for an overseas business trip. UPS lost my passport and I had to go get another one. This whole experience delayed my trip, was very, very inconvenient and cost me 200 bucks for a new passport. The staff here where I shipped the passport could not have cared less. They had NO interest in my problem and NO sympathy whatsoever. When I went back to get a refund for my $48 overnight shipping fee and explained my predicament their reaction was: Here, fill out this form, and shoved it across the counter to me. Hey, FATSO, UPS just LOST MY PASSPORT! Show some love. Nope, they just dont care. I will not be dealing with them ever again.

Dropping off a ups package as the return label instructed. Nearest ups authorized location. A less than warm greeting for my simple drop off. I know I wasnt buying anything today. I know one thing - I will not be buying anything in the future.

My package was delivered to this store without my request. Apparently there was a mistake with how UPS processed my package. However, due to this mistake by UPS, UPS Klahanie store REFUSED to release my package to me unless I paid them a fee. Excuse me? Thats right, because of UPS mistake, I have to pay a fee to get my package. That is utterly unacceptable. Instead--I will have them return the package to UPS for further processing. Now they get nothing except badwill, and I have a massive headache. This store clearly doesnt understand the value of working through issues with customers. I actually got them to admit that they could release it to me--they just didnt want to. Thanks for nothing.

I have always been greeted warmly, they always go out of their way to help, as a way of demonstrating, my daughters were looking for some zip ties I needed thought that maybe the UPS Store here on Klahanie might sell them, they didnt, but what they did was to search throughout the store, gathered what zip ties they themselves had and gave them to my daughters, I will never be able to say enough about the people at my UPS store !!

Always working to save me $$ on shipping, ive have a PO Box here for seven years and i can positively say its well worth the money.

Expensive. Cheaper to just buy a printer or scanner. Pays off after two visits! Digital copy is 3 times more expensive than paper copy and it is self service. Prepare to pay $11 to scan 10 pages. On top of that service is just rude. Pathetic.

Even if you have a digit label will charge insane amount to get it printed at store.

I dropped a package off on 12/4/18 with a prepaid label attached and retail store has STILL no record of it being shipped as of 01/18/18. What did the employees do, steal my package? Did they ever mail it? Something fishy is going on at this place - I no longer take my packages here and I would recommend no else does too.
