Cool paint. Cooler people.

I would have given a zero but it wasn’t possible. Myself and another customer were in the shop and the “gentleman” serving was so rude and condescending it was not even true. He did not help one bit. He pointed and that was the best we got!! He then barked at the other customer across the shop floor. We both could not believe this was what is called customer service. I really hope he doesn’t run this branch and no surprise it was empty.

Will still never understand the hype. $79 per gallon yet still needed 2 coats on a similar color. Which is crazy for that amount. Easily see flashing from spray and backroll lines. Using on trim not very brushable at all on 2nd coats. Paint drags hard & looks horrible. Paining contractor with 25 years experience so i know what Im doing. Bottom line their products are all about name just to say you used it or snooty people.

Best service you can get! They try to help you. Last paint store I tried to have match paint said the sample wasn’t large enough. It was 1 in but 1/4 inch. Mallory had no problem matching paint.

Terrific Paint Store - Im a Painting Contractor specializing in Residential Repaints for over 35 years and this is one of my Home Stores. In my business I depend upon my paint suppliers as my main line of support and these folks are excellent in helping me choose the best product for the specific task. They are KNOWLEDGEABLE, and have Superior Products available and are a pleasure to work with.**If they dont know the answer, rather than making something up, they will say I dont know but I will find out for you. What more can you ask for?

It came time to update the paint on my home, and the employees here were a great help on my multiple trips there, being very knowledgeable and offering good information and making good recommendations for me to use on the project.

This store had trouble with their network when I went there, but the employees were very helpful, nice, and apologetic.
