They were so helpful in my time of need.The big stores such as Lowes was not willing or cooperative on helping me even though they delivered a big appliance that had a broken/missing piece. I called commercial appliances and they helped me with which part I needed, ordered it immediately for me, and was very professional and kind the whole time. Will do business with them in the future most definitely! Thank you again for your help today. Saved this tired nurse from not being able to dry clothes for a month.

Great place to do business thought our heating element was out. Went and bought one and they called us and told us the other one wasnt out. Told us to bring back the one we just purchased and they would give our money back. They didnt have to do that but went out of the way for us.
