They didnt have anything that I was looking for. Preferably a good airbrush. Apparently they no longer sell anything related to models etc.

This is a biased review because I love arts and crafts. Michaels has everything I need and since its the only one in town (besides hoby lobby, but theyre closed sundays BOO we WANNA CRAFT and put stickers everywhere ON SUNDAYS TOO) I can just get everything here.

We ended up going on their Xmas kickoff sale. There was a lot of decorations marked down 70%. As a husband to a wife who loves to decorate, I greatly appreciated the deals. We picked up some crafty things for the kids as well. It seems there is material or a tool for any craft you desire to tackle.

Love this store. Employees are kind, there is always a nice deal, and theres a good selection of products.

Owner is very well informed on his products & their use. Most clerks are un- aware past where a product is in the store. All are friendly & pleasant

If Covid has taught us anything, its that we can order anything we need on Amazon and have it within 2 days.Which is why it baffles me that Michaels has done away with accepting competitor coupons and only offers 20 and 30% coupons regularly, rather than the 40% and higher that they (and Joanns and hobby lobby) have trained their clientele to use and expect.Do they not want people to use them instead of Amazon? Do they not want to bring people back to their stores? I checked and the items I routinely buy had increased in price and now there arent coupons. There is zero reason for me to shop here. Even if I needed it immediately, Id make do rather than come back.And then when you visit a store in person after a year of Covid avoidance, and the associate actually gives a little bit of a snort laugh before replying that they havent accepted in at least 3 years when the policy took place at the start of Covid the previous year... Well, it just furthers my resolution to continue not shopping there. So 2 stars to Michaels in general for inflating their prices, training their clientele to expect and use coupons, and then keeping the high prices and doing away with matching competitors, and 2 stars for the snort laugh from the associate who helped me.

I went to return an item and 2 of the employes were verry roodone even charged me for no reason and the other laughed at me verry rood

I was hunting for beads to make jewelry, they have a large selection of all different kinds.

Only negative is that there is hardly anyone on the floor to ask for help looking for something specific. Besides that, pretty cool store when you want to craft.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Manager even told me a good deal that was going on. I am giving 5 stars because of the customer service given by Eddy and Chelsea today. They even helped me pick the best coupon out of the two I had.

Normal craft store, would be wonderful if they sold fabric in store, but they have plenty of supplies for most of the crafting I do. Employees are always very nice and helpful.

The staff is wonderfully helpful and attentive here. There are so many good product options at this store, that I frequently have questions, and the staff is amazing about helping. The Manager of Customer Experience (I believe that’s his title) is especially good at his job.

The store has a huge selection! I originally went for craft supplies and found exactly what I needed. The prices were very reasonable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful! I went during their Christmas season and most of the Christmas decor was on sale! Definitely check them out :)

Awesome place to shop

Its a smaller location than most Michaels but is well stocked and employees are nice. Coupons were honored from phone screen without issue.

I love craft stores, Michaels is one of my absolute favorites. I could walk around here forever. They have everything perfectly organized and the isles are never messy everything is perfectly neat and the bathrooms are always clean. I love going to this Michaels

They have amazing deals!!! And so many options for washi tape. They have a theme for every holiday.

Almost always have what Im looking for (and the few times they havent theyve told me where I can find it online). Everyone is always very courteous and helpful and havent seemed to mind all the questions Ive asked about projects. They also almost always have great sales going on and I DEFINITELY recommend getting their app so you can easily suss out sales that are currently going on and get coupons aswell.

This store is set up backwards from most Michaels but its still my favorite to go and get art supplies. There are always sales and promotions and its super easy to google a coupon as well

A good place to shop for craft supplies.

This is my second home away from home just like hobby lobby.

Well organized and stocked to capacity. Pricing tags and information readily available. Many options on last moment impulse shopping during time on line. Very clean. The place meets the expectations the brand and franchise. There are also sales available and exclusive to this particular store, which makes the visit worthwhile.

Many neat items inside this store and could browse for hours. Crafts ideas are endless and if you watch the sales, you can strike some fairly good bargains. Other than that, some of the prices are a little high. Customer service always seems nice and one thing would be very very helpful is if they had a motorized cart for the handicap. I understand why they dont and that is because ther store is small with how narrow the isles are and then they have many delicate items that would break.

Great place to take the child for workshops. My grandchildren love to go on Saturday mornings. I highly recommend

I love crafts and Michaels has such a variety of items for scrapbooking, sewing projects, jewelry making, paintings, flower decor etc.. The whole store is well organized so its easy to find what you need. They always send me emails with discounts and they have really good sales often!

I love a good craft store, I do wish the yarn section could be a little bigger.

Good selection of craft supplies. Always more than one cashier so no long lines to check out. I Went to a crochet class a few months ago and while the girl teaching the class knew how to do it, she was a poor teacher. She could do it but not really show you how to do it or tell you what you were doing wrong. Learned more from YouTube.

My only complaint is why isnt this place bigger! Im used to being around large Michaels and this place just carries so much less. Staff is amazing. No one is ever having a bad day and I love that. Ive had the manager order me stuff from other locations and it was a breeze.

Im a painter so I shop here often and Michaels always has what I need. I love their canvases and paint supplies. No matter how often I go I use the Michaels phone app to redeem coupons- 40%-70% off and it saves me a lot of $

I dislike having to give Michaels ( San Angelo) just 3 stars, BUT from a hobbyist point of view, or at least from mine. Michaels is sorely lacking in the sort of items I am needing. Such as quality model paints and other supplies. Hobby Lobby Barely fills that role. The sad Truth is that with just Michaels and Hobby Lobby being the ONLY two Hobb shops in town. They cater pretty much to the other side of craft & hobby. And barely anything to us model builders. In Michaels case pretty much nill. They are a small store. Friendly, clean and have the sort of things that one would need for arts and crafts.i saw only a few Models. But literally nothing in the paints and supplies section. Which sent me off to Hobby Lobby instead. SO basically its an okay store. Just no place for a hobbyist such as myself to haunt. Sadly.

Great store, courteous and professional staff, carries just about anything you might need for a vast array of hobbies and crafts, no fabric though, store crams a lot of merchandise but still feels pretty open. Moving a wheelchair through the aisles is mostly not a problem.

I couldnt find several items due to limited selections or just not providing a selection. I will stick with Hobby Lobby. However, the employees at Michaels are always, always friendly and we do enjoy their childrens craft classes Saturday mornings.
