Brought my f-150 in to repair the gear shifter. The P would not light up on the shift indicator, therefore leaving my dash cluster lights on and draining my battery. While I left my truck in their shop. I had to rent a car for a week. All of this was out of pocket. Well I tried calling a few times to check on everything but didn’t get an answer. Finally, when I was able to talk to someone, they said they’d been trying to call me (never had a missed call, or voicemail) and basically told me they didn’t know how to make the repair, and should take it elsewhere. Which maybe would have been understanding if I hadn’t already made an extension on my rent a car which again was all out of pocket. Went to pick up the vehicle after work, and the battery was dead.Would not recommend. Wasted a lot of time and cash, with nothing in return

I have been using this shop since they opened and here is the run-down.. Honesty is hard to find these days, but that is all you will get from these guys. They wont fix it if it aint broke. They wont try to sell you something you dont need. If your truck needs fixing, they will do it, they will do it right, and they will most likely do it for less than anybody else in town. If they bid a job higher than somebody else, whoever else you took it to is probably cutting corners. If your truck needs something that somebody else does better, they will send you there. I highly recommend them.

Wouldnt change my oil pan gasket because I was supplying the $30 gasket & 3 gallons of oil instead of purchasing through them.... Trying to do business locally but I guess Ill go to the dealership.

I have been told great things about Angelo Automotive, but I was disappointed to find that the help over there was beyond rude, he was outright disrespectful. He looked at the steering assembly on a Dodge Ram 2500 for me and quickly diagnosed the problem. They gave me a quote for the repairs that was not unreasonable at all but I had a line on parts for the truck and wanted to try to save a little for many reasons that i wont get into now, BUT Angelo Automotive was still set to do the labor at 70 some odd dollars an hour. When I called back to ask exactly what parts I needed he responded with We dont do that kinda stuff, were a business here to make money so you can figure out what parts you need yourself. and hung up on me. Shortly after when i tried to call back to make sure he understood that i intended to pay them every penny to do the labor he picked up and hung the phone up immediately, twice in a row. The company I work for has done A LOT of business with this company and that all just came to an end. I was really insulted. So just a note to the public, if you intend to use these guys for your repairs, make sure your willing to let them give you your only options for parts with their mark up so that they can make some extra money on top of the 70 or 80 an hour they already charge. Oh and dont be surprised if they treat you terrible for asking about your options, Be assured, its their way or hit the high way.
