They were so polite. I just bought a car and didnt have the tool for my lug nuts that have a lock. I was quoted 300 to fix at Firestone and discount tire took them off for me for 40 and gave them back and were just absolutely customer oriented and friendly. Would recommend them and will be coming back for tire stuff.

Above and beyond to remedy an oversight.Clint, the store manager came out to my work (15mins out of town, on his lunch break!) with his own gear to fix an oversight that occurred during my tire rotation. They have good customer service in general, but this action speaks volumes about the management at this store.

As usual great service. Had a flat on RV, wanted tire replaced quickly so I could get back on the road. Quoted a couple hrs since they were so busy, was out in less than an hour.

I love discount Tire, they are nationwide and are always super friendly and helpful. I always find great prices on tires and I know Im getting a good product otherwise they fix it with their warranty program. I cant understand why people would any where else for their tires.

I was in need of assistance while out of town, I had a little incident where I had to replace a wheel and tire. Discount Tire employees, took me in treated me like family and gave me the best deal possible with additional options. The tire and wheel were both replaced and I couldnt be happier. Did it match my other tires? Well no but was I safe and felt at ease being so far from home, heck yeaha! Discount Tire was busy and it was near closing time. Discount tire always gets us taken care of but today they saved us got us new tires after they were incorrectly patched by discount tire we went with yokahama excellent product My only complaint is I wish the technicians would pay more attention to what the hell theyre doing and slow down a little bit so I dont have to come back twice to fix a issue we could have prevented by paying attention in the first place. They have Very young guys working here keep your eyes open walk around your vehicle after there done .

We were in need of new tires! The guy who helped us was very helpful and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Discount tire was out of our way from our destination but since we had a blowout near Mason we drove to San Angelo and they fixed us up w new tires. We didnt have to buy all 4 but why the hell not since we had to stay in Mason. Wait time was a little longer than what was told to us but were on the road now and heading to Amarillo.

Pretty disappointed with my recent visit I am a frequent customer with this store everyone there knows me by name as I know them I was in the air check line before 6pm with only one car ahead of me I was next in line by the time I was up it was 6:04 they pulled the air check machine inside and refused to check my air pressure saying it was a new rule no more after 6 I can understand this if I had pulled into the line after six however I was in line prior with only one car ahead of me 10 more minutes to check my air pressure isn’t going to hurt the company’s pockets to ensure someone has the proper air pressure for numerous safety reasons this really set the bar low for them if this is how they treat returning customers it really makes you wonder what their company values are

Went in needing a fix to my flat tire and my experience was amazing! I was ready to drop a $50 but was surpirsed when they said it was a free service (since it wasnt on the wall of the tire). The guy who changed my tire, I think his name was Eddy, was very professional and humble. He did an amazing job and was a rather quick service - I was in and out within 15 minutes. What a pleasant visit!

Needed 2 new tires for my pilot car and they got me in and out thanks guys for keeping me rolling.

They were very busy when I went, but I had an appointment and was able to have all 4 tires replaced in about 45 minutes. Ive always had great service at all the locations Ive been to.

Had my 08 Buick Enclave tires looked at. And balanced ( no charge) and while there was Abit of a wait. ( They were of course busy) it still did not take all that long. The staff was friendly courteous and helpful. Typical upscale tire store, busy but well managed. Clean interior / exterior. Lots of parking. I like doing business with discount tire. They always know what they are talking about. And Always strive to ensure that you leave there with the correct tires in your vehicle. And that you feel confident about the people youve dealt with and the quality of service. Which is why if at all possible I always try to go to a discount tire store for my auto tire needs

I was offered a certain amount of credit for tires..But Im in a hurry to get to San Antonio..I need all 4, But I could only get one...Now I was offered credit but I had to pay so much up front, That I didnt have...I only could afford 1, I payed out my pocket...I was expecting credit so I could pay monthly payments...I really wanted to get this...But whats the use if you have to pay half up front...And make monthly payments...

The best place I can recommend for affordable tires for your vehicle. If you have good maybe decent credit Ive heard you can purchase them that way and just do monthly payments. They also listen to you and will try to work with whatever it is you can pay for your tires.

The service that I’ve received at this location is best described as subpar. This location did not notify me that my tires were received nor at the store waiting to be installed. I had to call them to check on the status of my tire. Once arriving to this store, the associate who assisted me informed me that they weren’t there but when I called they said the tires were there. After 10 minutes of waiting, the manager finally verified that my tires were there. Obviously, this team Is disoriented and clueless in their operations. Disappointing service to say the least.

They take care of people, not just selling tires like you would expect but checking your tire pressure for free and making you feel comfortable.

I started coming here 8 years ago because I knew amd trusted guys that worked here and I keep coming because, even though I dont personally know the staff, I still feel the same level of trust because theyve always dealt with me professionally and with the greatest customer service. I sat back and watched multiple staff members serve a very wide range of customers- men, women, young adults, elderly, and Spanish speaking, the wealthy buying full set of high end tires and those struggling to replace 1 needed tire. Every customer was treated with equal respect and urgency and I was just really impressed with the consistency of customer service. Great job guys- hopefully I dont have to see you soon, but I know Ill be taken care of if I do.

Did not have to wait long fast service knowledge of service what I needed ask questions what were my concerns customer service could of been better but it is a busy fast pace business!

After going a few other places in town, I would highly recommend DT on Sherwood. The staff has outstanding customer service, speediness, and empathy. It is a chain store, so youre set if you ever have an issue outside of town. Dont let their name fool you, they help you find quality tires within your price range.

Had a tire replaced here and they aired it up way past the recommend psi. Which is 32 for my car and the psi I picked it up at was 41. Not very safe to have it aired up like that.

I walked in the door to get a repair and rotation. The guy tried to sell me tires from the beginning without even looking at my tires. I told him I wasnt there to buy today just the repair and the roto. He then goes and does an inspection and while the tires are at 4/32 of tread he would not rotate the tires and tried to sell me tires again. I finally just told him to forget the rotation and just repair the tire. I will certainly think twice about where I purchase in the future if Im going to be a hard sell every time I walk through the the door for their free services.

Tires at a reasonable price and good staff.

The people there really helped out my mom who was on the road and had a blowout. This isnt the first time that she used them and I have only good things to say about our experiences. I think Chaz really went above and beyond what most people would do. The service was real fast as well even though they were busy and about to close on a Saturday afternoon.
