They had kept our order on file from long ago. When I called to place an order, they already knew the style that we wanted for the shirts. They even had other orders that we had placed from 2009! Even though we had a new logo, they were able to get a complicated order done very quickly and by email and kept me up to date on the process. And everything was just as we wanted. They were super friendly and professional. We have and will continue to trust and use this company in the future.

They are great. Very good work at a very reasonable price with a good turn-around time. We have had screen print tees and sweatshirts as well as embroidered hats. All have been great quality and look amazing. Great people to deal with. Will be going back to have more stuff made there.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I ordered 2 shirts. They got one wrong. No biggie. Happens. The owner complained several times about his cost for the shirt. I even offered to buy the mistake at cost and still pay full price on the other 2. Honestly, I didnt want the mistake. Its hideous, but felt sorry for him. He threw the shirt in the trash in front of me. I said, Nevermind, Ill take my business elsewhere. He replied, I wish you would. Plus, he was mumbling under his breath, I assume an insult, but wouldnt repeat it to me.
