Mattress Firm left two employees working for their store until one of them finally caught COVID. I watched the other one work until he finally had a relief come from out of town. This person was promised things that the District Manager didn’t come through for at all. He finally got an extra person that came into work he trained this man etc even while still getting his sales. Customer Service is the very best. I watched this employee be the happiest person until the company just didn’t care for them. They had health problems still was working hard & pushed through. Made 100,000 in sales the day before he was fired. This company allowed their employee to attack another one. The employee that worked hard for all his sales looses his job. Disgusting of a company & how you treat people that made the store look great.

My husband and I went in a bit pessimistic about prices and didn’t know if we could afford a new mattress. I have arthritis in my spine and back pain because of it. We were warmly greeted by Jesse Jones. He was extremely understanding and personable and helped us out. We left with a nice Sealy queen size mattress at a price we could afford. He also noticed that my husband is a veteran. Our experience was wonderful!

Mattress firm in San Angelo, Texas treats it’s employees like disposable trash, after they come in their and run up their numbers in sales. They promptly dispose of them without just cause. At the end of the day a salesman job should be just that “making sales”.

This was an amazing experience, Jesse made the purchase easy. His (Jesse) knowledge of the products were second to none. He helped my wife and I first chose the perfect mattress. After that we found the perfect adjustable frame and he (Jesse) did everything he could to make it all fit within our budget. Ordered a medium mattress. After not getting it on time, I was told it was out of stock and a better one would replace it. That delivery date also came and went. When I finally got it, it is not comfortable. It hurts our backs. The original was supposed to be for bad back. Today I went in the store( other was ordered online). The manager looked into it and found I was given a soft mattress. After trying out the medium, he offered to replace mine with a medium of the same line. This is good service.

The manager is great but the other employee who worked the next day is terrible. I called the next day to ask a question about if the mattress didn’t work out what the return policy was and he gave me incorrect information and was very rude and demeaning. He told me the mattress still had to be in the plastic . The policy is you have 120 days to try it out . How can it still be in the plastic? And this was not even 24 hours later….. terrible customer service .

Ive been looking for a new mattress for awhile. Have gone into some other stores locally and just couldnt find what I was looking for or have anyone with any real knowledge. I walked into Mattress Firm, really not expecting anything any different, until I met Salesman Jesse. Jesse asked me a lot of questions about the type of mattress that I had, what my sleeping habits were, etc. Without any question, he guided me to the mattress he thought was best for me. I was hesitant and of course laid on all the other mattresses in the store, but kept coming back to the one he suggested. I went home, thought about it and came back the next day to visit this Jesse some more and try the mattress he suggested. I ended up buying it. 120 days to return if it wasnt a fit, lots of extra perks, delivery, pickup, sheets, mattress protection and 5 years ZERO interest. Mattress was delivered and for the first week, I thought I had made a terrible mistake. Three weeks later, I walked into the store to tell Jesse how much I LOVED my mattress. Jesse wasnt in, but his manager was there (even better). Mattress Firm is TOP NOTCH! Employees are friendly, professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to make customers happy. Buying a mattress is a big purchase, but you can do it confidently at Mattress Firm in San Angelo!

Sadly, we have been slow in posting this review due to illness, however its been on our minds the whole time. If we could give this company a Fantastic review with 10 stars we would. See, David the District Manager and David the Store Manager assisted us with a much needed mattress. We had purchased one from a competitor here in San Angelo and without going into great detail - lets just say NIGHTMARE situation at that other company. So while still reeling and frankly in tears we drove across the street to Mattress Firm in San Angelo - thank God we did! See, we had been sleeping on our sofa and recliner because we didnt have a mattress and sleeping like this while going through treatments! We did this for over 2 months. So,when we arrived at Mattress Firm and met with David and David they were fantastic. They truly understood the pain, need and how distressed we were. They made specific arrangements and in less than a week we had our new mattress delivered. Then with a nightmare web-problem with the payment they actually made the right choices and went above and beyond to solve the problems which were out of our control and out of their control! They were so caring, compassionate and willing to help us get a mattress. David, the District Manager and David the Store Manager moved mountains to get us a bed so we could finally sleep at night - God Bless them...we do/will always recommend people in San Angelo, Tx to go to Mattress Firm store to buy because they say what they will do AND do what they say! Kenneth Kimble is the sales manager that worked with me for hours on end educating me on the qualities between several mattresses that caught my attention. At no point did he try to sell me a particular mattress but kept asking me questions to learn how I slept to better understand my needs for my next mattress. He was very patient with me as I spent many hours going back and forth, trying to do my own research and at no point tried to pressure me to buy something before I left to grab lunch. He is the reason I will shop at mattress firm in the future. I have nothing but fantastic things to say about him!

Worst costumer service. I went in today and 10-15 minutes of being inside looking at mattresses the man that was working rudely made a comment that if I was just going to be walking around to leave because he didn’t want to wear his mask. After I repeatedly told him that I was looking and pricing different mattresses.

We shopped for a mattress for 2-3 weeks! Pretty sure we found what will suit both me and my husband. The store manager Ken .., was the absolute best ! From the very first time we walked in, there was zero pressure to buy .., only extremely helpful information and patience. We haven’t received the purchased bed yet, but I’m convinced that if there’s any dislike or problem ... KEN will help to fix it !
