Let me tell you about my experience at Three Rivers Marine. Tom is the Yoda of all things marine and he and his staff are extremely nice and helpful. I had a cracked outboard which caused other issues to be addressed as well. Thousands of dollars were going to be needed for repairs. I put down a big deposit (as I knew it would be needed to start) to help with the labor & parts beginning. I came back after a few weeks and made another deposit. You cant expect the company that is working on multiple boats at once to incur every single penny till work is done. I understand that as should every boat owner. After all what does B.O.A.T. stand for? Lol well anyway, extra attention to detail was shown and appreciated. Im extremely happy and ready for Mother Nature to ease up so I can enjoy this upcoming boating season.Cheers to Tom, Blue, Rachel & Steven🍻Thank you for a great experience!!P.S. So I just got my GC1K home and took it around the property only to have it get to 240* water temp and then error code 0207. Three Rivers Marine of San Angelo, Tx instantly troubleshot, diagnosed, and got me on the trail again within an hour. They did amazing, fast work. If you are looking for another Intimidator or know someone looking I recommend this team.

Three Rivers is a great company to do business with. Twice a year they service my boat/motor. I try to go during off season, but a couple of times in the summer I had problems. They helped me get back on the lake quickly. I had company coming in. If my problems had been major I would have had to wait as they do get backed up in the summer. They always do a good job at a fair price. I highly recommend them, Bob Bailey San Angelo Tx.

They had our boat for over two months. When we finally got it back it broke down in the middle of the lake, with my husband and three of our boys on the first day we got it back We called them and they did come and pick them up when they didnt have to. They felt bad and kept saying they would take care of it. While loading up the boat, the trailer wiring broke, and the owner said we will take care of it, no charge, dont worry about it. We had already paid for the wiring When we picked it up the first time. When we went to pick it up a month later, they charged me for the trailer wiring again. The owner tried to say we made a right turn and busted it, knowing good and well it broke right in front of his face, when we were pulling it out of the lake. When I told him, he started yelling and pointing his fingers in my face, while I was holding my two year old grandson in my arms. I told him, trying to be reasonable, maybe there was a misunderstanding, and he continued to get loud and said We are done here! So I went on and attempted to pay when he came back and began yelling again and refused my debit card and only wanted cash. All still yelling with my grandson in my arms, he was scared and would not let me put him down. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FOR AN OWNER! He tried to show me something else and I just said we are done, why are you still talking? Will never do service there and will never recommend anyone else to either.

This place is a rip off !!! Took six weeks to look at my boat then couldnt trouble shoot motor wanted 200$ for more diagnose after I paid them250.00$ they say they are a service center for tahatsu i called called tahatsu head quarters and was told it should only take one hour to diagnose that is what a certified mechanic should know how to do Tom will rip you off !!! there so called mechanic is a good ol boy shade shade tree mechanic at best be warned stay away from this shop!!!

Terrible. They kept my boat over 6 months and charged over $1400, changed out unnecessary parts and when I went to use it, it was still having the same problems. I changed out the power pack myself and it fixed the problem. Stay away from Three Rivers Marine.

Have taken all of my boats to Tom and Three Rivers. I think they do great work and tell anybody who asks that they should use their services.
