Bad service. Was told ALL the blocks weighed the same. Not true. Was told that the blocks weighed 10lbs. Not true. I live in Midland. Asked if they could weigh them for me so I didn’t have to take a trip for nothing 6 months ago and got blown off many times. I take drive and weigh them 8.2lbs to 8.8 lbs. huge difference in what was told. You couldn’t find 10 seconds to weigh them? At the very least at least I would have walked away with a good impression now I think you all are rude.

This is the worst water company ever. They refused to change filters after city water was publicly announced with 464 contaminates. Then when I cancelled and they could not pick up until three weeks later, they still charged me that time.. This company is dishonest and steal whatever money they can get. Run to the other RO guy.

Convenient water re-stocking facility, easy to operate machines, change provided if one has dollar bills. Parking is easy, location off a main thoroughfare which is convenient, easy to see from the street. If one drives a large vehicle, truck etc one will have plenty of space to navigate parking area. Inside was closed when I visited due to Covid19, I gather it usually is open for customers at other times. The location is busy at times but everyone waits their turn.

They had drinking water when we had no running water and were melting snow to flush toilets. I knew their water was clean and I could wash my dishes.

Momma Sharyns favorite place for water, they even help her fill her gallon jugs.

The machines here are so outdated that they don’t work half of the time and take your money. I never see them sanitizing the machines outside either. Have called to complain about this before and they are aware of this and doing nothing still. Let’s continue to make Chadbourne ghetto and your machines stealing people’s hard earned money. 1$ or not.

The front employees are not very friendly and can be just rude.. Some act as if Im a bother to them. Water is great though. Thats the only reason I keep going back.

Worst experience with them to date. We have been using culligan for our Ro water needs for years. On their last service call everything went as expected. Then the very next day the rep that serviced our home came into my business to purchase an item and asked me for a discount. When I told him no he replied remember i came to you first. I dont recall his name but he was from Austin (edit: Chad is his name). I do remember that. He left without purchasing and was VERY rude. I never ask anyone for a discount when shopping or having a service done at my homeAs it is VERY RUDE AND INSULTING. We will continue to use their service and have asked that Chad never visit our home again.

Im new to town and in this house, The system is connected in a very strange way which has left me with no cold water. I called and made an appointment, they cant get out until 30 hours later. I have no water!!!!!! They seemed very put out that i needed anything, they couldnt send NOT 1 service person by today to just see why I dont have cold water! When i aced if i could come by and purchase bottled water, the person i was talking with got irritated and transferred me to another lady who was also already put out. She told me they do have water but its $10. some something a gallon i didnt understand her. Then she rattled off the address too fast for me to understand i asked again because im new to town to slow it down and repeat the address, ALAS i still never got the full address. I wont be getting my water from them i guess. All in all very very apathetic customer service border line rude. Its is as though im suppose to be grateful for them. When in fact im (for now) the customer they should be grateful for me and grateful to make a sale. NOT IMPRESSED!!!

They installed my set up in march. Its now November. Still doesnt work. Has only gone thru 1/4 of the original salt. And now they want to charge me to come fix it. They need me, I dont need their bill.
