Didnt know about this place but man o man after my sis told me about it I went. Had I known before I wouldve went with Party City along time ago. The prices are awesome compared to online ordering. I compared pricing with Amazon and believe me youll be completely satisfied you went with Party City! They have everything you need for a themed party. Thanks Party City

As a member of he Party City staff I can say we try to make your shopping experience one of a kind. We have a multitude of balloons to choose from and color coded aisles. Making it easy to buy for themed events. Come in and see us!

Was Not Happy with our balloon bouquet. It just looked like a jumble of balloons with no color ribbon! No thought into it whatsoever ever. Definitely not worth what we paid for. And it did not look like the photo they have on the counter. No organization!! First it had no balloon bag which i paid for. Good thing I had the receipt. Didnt get to really look at it before leaving the store, because it seemed like i bothered them for the bag. So when I get home and take it out, more than one balloon were deflated to small! Wont be going back for my party balloons!! Trying HEB next time! DEFINITELY UNSATISFIED AND will be warning people.

I can find party goods here but was upset when I went because a lady decided it was better to not wear a mask as well as her 2 kids that were old enough to wear mask. Instead of causing conflict I left. Sign outside stated mask mandatory. Cashier saw her but nothing was said. Maybe they cant tell them anything...I dont know.

05/29/20 Unfortunately not a good experience. The balloon lady was very unprofessional and rude. You cant rush people just because you are having bad day. We all have bad days but there is no need to take it off on others, especially during times like these. Hope your day got better when you clocked out . Stay safe.

Didnt have to much what I was needing ..they had displays up and I saw something I wanted that was cool and I asked for it and didnt have it in stock .so I thought to myself .....why have it on display 🤔🤔

I like Party City. They had just what I needed--masks for the family for an upcoming masquerade ball. Party City always has what I need in the way of costumes and party supplies. They make party planning so easy! Themed items for the kids from plates, cups, tablecloths, decorations, hats, pinatas, and favors to large disposable plastic dishes for serving all the food. They have all kinds of candy too, not to mention the balloons, cards, and gift wrap as well. So easy.

As much as I enjoy party city and love they have come to San Angelo, this store management is not doing a very well job. I am here waiting for my balloon order, and staff keep walking by and not assisting the front end associate. There is a line that keeps building, and the staff is ignoring that she needs helps, even after asking for help. It took nearly 10 minutes for another associate to come to the front and help. This store needs to work on their customer service.

This is the go to party store! I went for school spirit items and found everything I was looking for and MORE!!!! They have individual sections that are colored: red, blue, orange etc! Exactly what we needed! Will be back!

Got my oldest sons costume here. They have the best selection but are more pricey than what youd get at Walmart. The cashiers and staff were friendly and helpful!

As much as I enjoy party city and love they have come to San Angelo, this store management is not doing a very well job. I walked by an associate didnt get acknowledged until i had questions for my balloon order, and staff keep walking by and not assisting the front end associate. The staff that was there at the day that I went to pick out the balloons for my daughters bday party were very unhelpful.They were behind the counter hidden but could be heard, so when I had questions I had to ask the air for the help of the balloon selections.I seen one other associate that was on the sales floor. This store needs to work on their customer service.

We love going here for our party supplies!🎉 The prices on the kids birthday themes are comparable to walmarts by a few dollars just at party city you have alot more options, which is great for the kiddos to choose from.The customer service is always great and we always find what we are looking for. They have a great selection of season based supplies for parties and a great line up of balloons.👍 Thanks party city for being there for every occasion!🙂

Loved it. The dude with the blond ponytail was a huge help and the cashier lady was pretty nice.

Placed on online order for what the website stated was available, get an email the order was ready just to show up at the store for them to tell me that they have the items theyre just not out yet. 🤔 Sounds like a communication error needing to be fixed ASAP. So I ask the manager when theyll be out and her response, I dont know, but itll be by Sunday. 🤦🏽‍♀️If I cant physically pick up something then one, fix your website, and two, dont send me an email saying its ready when its not even out.
