We had to redo the entire my 92 yo moms entire home. Steve was so respectful to her and explained everything and brought her samples to choose from. The installers, Paul and Jamie, did a great job and were so kind to my mom. Im glad we choose Kiser.

The crew the have for installation is sloppy and will work a couple of hours at a time. I have seen this crew on several installations and they are always terrible.

When we built our home we had the tile work done by Kiser. Overall a very negative experience. My experience was the prices were very high, and quality of work was low. Really could not recommend these folks to others.

Caveat Emptor!!!!!Be very careful what you ask for. I asked to get a total fix upI bought carpet and flooring for my entire house. Its June and the job still isnt finished. They were supposed to do tile work as well. I went without my shower for 2 months. I had such a hard time trying to get them to send someone to finish the job. Thats something else.The phrase, dont worry, is a joke!!! That is something to try and calm you down. Its June and the project still isnt finished. Be carefull!!! They will tell what they think you want to hear. Today is June 10,2016On monday the 6th the shower is finally usable. Now they tell that I am gonna have to pay more money on an agreed conteact. Steve hasnt called to check on the work. I contacted the owner a while back and he told me it would be given to another contracter. Nothing changed at all. I am still with a project not completed. Dont pay for the entire job up front or it wont get finished.
