Didnt have what I was looking for but the employee was extremely helpful and courteous.

I called the manager months ago and I was furious that they dont have the games that I wanted and I never go to the GameStop store in San Angelo Texas

Stopped here after working with my father in law since I was already in Angelo. Giancarlo is a very well mannered and respectful. Of course he called a few days prior to let me know that my Last of Us Part 2 pre-order will be out today. Came in to get it and of course he was still a great CSR. Usually I go to Abilene but after their store manager gave me attitude Id rather take the extra few miles and just come to the Angelo location.

Warm and friendly staff - and they know their stuff too. .....great selection of games and accessories and even clothings..... Best place to pre-order your games and with membership, you save more and gets lots of perks.

Doesnt pay much for used games even newer ones. But great assistance from staff in places involving better prices

Doesnt carry any older games

Decent variety of games and other pop culture items. The company overall hasn’t changed much. As a video game collector I rarely shop for games here as they often try to sell you an opened boxed game as new or with no case at all. Other than that it’s a pretty good place to get Amiibo and such. The employees don’t pester you for preorders which is pretty nice compared to my previous experience with GameStop.

This GameStop has friendly employees and is in a good location. the only issue I had is they were out of stock on a game I was looking for.

This place is awesome because u can swap or buy games that u need anytime but if they dont have them they order it and let u know when theyll have the game in stock

Guys are knowledgeable and were able to get us a game system and a few games for our little girl. They explained monthly internet access and the best and most popular games for kids

Staff is always great here and my son gets great games and accessories here.

Didnt have what I needed, but that isnt their fault. Game stop has more or less just become an accessory shop to me, with all the games becoming digital anyway, I would rather buy a gift card and buy my games that way, but that is just me.

Always friendly sales people and great selection of merchandise! If they dont have something in stock for you, they are quick to order it in or have it shipped to your own home!

Eric is great and has zero issues with just all the questions, lol. Its a smaller store (obviously) but they look up anything you need that they dont have and are super friendly in doing so.

The staff is very knowledgeable and excellent, always a great place for those if us that are new to gaming.

I guess they forgot how to use the phone. Cant get ahold of anyone. Hrs have changed seems like they are rarely open at all

Good customer service, nice and informative.Pricing of games turned in versus pricing of pre-owned games is my only issue, but this is a gamestop wide gripe, not so much this individual store.Again this store has good customer service.

Its a good classic place to get your game on! They sell everything, service is spotty when they are busy, but what store isnt like that you know what Im saying, but overall Ive shopped here plenty and they do their best to ensure that your experience is the best it can be.

Wow they said they would hold a switch for me when I was there so when I come back after work and then to find out they are sold out. Why say you will do it and then be sold out and go against your word. Highly disappointed. Been a customer for years. Spent 10s of thousands of dollars. Gamestop has changed so much. I think this is the last straw for me. I can no longer do business with this company.

What can I say besides this company is a rip off. They give you nothing for anything that you bring to sell. Then turn around and sell your products for way more than they are worth. Similar to a pawn shop. The shop I went into to return a product they sold me, which they refused to replace the product, smelled so bad it was hard to even be in the store.

This place is awesome, and the staff is always so helpfil.

The employees aren’t knowledgeable about GameStop policies. Or games. They even list pre-order games as “for sale now”.The manager couldn’t figure out how to turn on my Xbox One I was trading in. And tried to tell me it was broken. Seriously? Wouldn’t give me the deals that were supposed to be running, that show as running on the website. Wouldn’t take trades that show on the website. Nickel and dimed the the whole trade.One star cause they were nice at least, while they were trying to screw me over. That and I have to give one star.Compounded with overall issues with GameStop, this store was the last straw. Im done.

Buy a $60 game realize its too graphic for young children you can get $22 trade in value the next day

Store could use some updating, but its still a decent place to go.

I wish i could rate this store a 5. But on July 1st we bought 3 games... Three preowned games.. Bioshock infinite ps3... Metalgear rising revengance...and final fantasy XV for xbox one.. Metalgear nor final fantasy had the discs in them. If you want good gaming go to the gamestop in sunset mall on the same street.Also the store has a foul oder.
