I was on hold for 9 minutes for the pharmacy; no one picked up. Called the store, they were friendly and apologetic, but all they could do was transfer me back. This time I was on hold for 13 minutes- no one picked up. I would have rated one star if the store rep wasnt so customer oriented.

Received my 1st covid vaccine here today and had a great experience. I love the store. The employees are all super nice, the store is clean and well laid out and there are lots of great things to buy.Update: 3-27-21 received my 2nd covid shot here this morning and once again all the employees were fantastic. Great store. Way to go!
Website shows this store has the product I want in stock. Get to store and they dont even carry it. Employees were rude and not helpful at all.
Covid test has taken over a week. Still no results. Ive been out of work waiting for the results and the only way to check for them is by texting a specific number then it just replied immediately saying your results havent came back yet. Im not sure why its taking so long. The previous places Ive taken has been 15 minutes up to a couple days and they were both the nostrils swab at all including this location. Go somewhere else if you need anything medical related.
Horrible experience! Not only did they put me on hold for 10min TWO TIMES. I tried the other location and that was a little quicker but when I finally spoke to someone he couldnt understand me (Im a fluent English speaker and made sure to enunciate properly. I was born in Texas.). He refused to hear me and kept asking me to repeat a certain number. It was very frustrating having to repeat myself numerous times. Eventually, he just hung up on me. This was the location on College Hills. Switching pharmacies right now! If I could give CVS 0 stars I would.
I went at night and I came for cold relief medications. I am promptly greeted by the cashier and someone a bit down the aisle, whom I would assume was a manager. I found what I needed and when I returned to the front, there wasnt a soul around. One other customer and I had to wait quite a few number of minutes before the cashier appeared from the store aisles, apparently restocking shelves with returned misc. items. The store was clean. The staff, when present, were courteous. Four stars for the lack of staff when needed.

Penny who works at this particular store,Is very rude.My photos were complete about 45 minutes prior to it being an hour.She would not let me have them until an hour would be up.I stood in the store waiting for this stupid Penny to give me my completed photos.Grumpy old lady she is.No wonder this store has more bad reviews than Positive reviews.
One word: slow. Very. Very slow. It doesn’t take 17 minutes to make a copy of my insurance card. It’s especially frustrating when you’re in a hurry.It can never be a quick medicine pick up. Prepare to spend some time in here.
Filled wrong prescription and charged me. When confronted pharmacist stated that they could only fill the proper prescription and not refund for the improperly filled one. I will no longer be using CVS as my pharmacy.
They told me it was going to take a few minutes for my prescription. Then it took 4 hours waiting.
If you want a Professional Pharmacy.....DO NOT come to this one. They are too slow and do not even get the prescriptions right. They lie and tell you that your order is ready; but, when you go to get it...... its never right. Either something isnt filled or its not the right prescription. It seems as if no one that works in the pharmacy has a single clue as to how a pharmacy is supposed to be ran. This is by far THE WORST PHARMACY I HAVE BEEN TO IN ALL OF MY 47 YEARS ON THIS EARTH!!!!!

I have used CVS for nearly 20 years because they had a 24 he pharmacy, so when I moved to San Angelo, I had my scripts transferred to this CVS.Unfortunately, I found out that today they no longer work with BCBS.....sad day 😥
