I ordered the Mocha Cappuccino Fudge ice cream cake for my husbands birthday. It was beyond mediocre. The flavor is described as cinnamon and coffee ice cream but there was not one hint of either... For $35.00, youd think there would be a redeemable quality to the ice cream. I mean... its ice cream. Its hard to mess up, right? I honestly thought so until this purchase. Ive even tasted goats milk ice cream that was better than this (at least that one tasted like cheese, lol). This one doesnt even have a vanilla flavor... just sweet and tangy(?).I was excited to get this for him because he loves coffee ice cream. But after the first night of attempting to eat a slice of this cake, he hasnt taken a single bite. His only requirement for ice cream is that it has flavor. This does not. A spoonful of sugar has more flavor than this thing. A spoonful of any artificial sweetener you can pick off the shelf tastes better than this. It really is a huge disappointment.Dont let the images on the website fool you, look somewhere else. I regret making this purchase. Please dont waste your time or money on an ice cream cake from this Marble Slab Creamery unless your goal is to be disappointed. If so, by all means.edit: I added the cinnamon sticks on top.

Got dinner in this plaza with some friends and we all figured wed give this place a try. I was absolutely floored, this place is amazing. For one, the staff was quick and professional. The ice cream portions were EXCEEDINGLY generous for the price, and it tasted amazing. 10/10, keep doing what youre doing.

1st time here and I got the coffee shake and their wasn’t anything really coffee about it, it was more of a vanilla shake with chocolate swirl (a bit pricey for a shake. But I’m sure they have other good selling points like the add-ons (candy). Might give them a second chance.

Love the creaminess of the ice cream here! They had a good selection of flavors and add-ins! I will definitely be coming here again. The other nice thing was that there was plenty of available space/tables and chairs to sit outside. Staff was patient with me wanting to taste and very nice :)

Went here for the first time and some how they were out of everything. They had like 5 flavors to choose from. Apparently they had ran out of milk but if thats a major part of your business I would suggest you be on top of that. So with that being said that shows a slack in management and someone dropped the ball by not ordering enough product or better yet no one took the initiative to go out and buy milk at the store if not enough was ordered. If business is important to you, you would do all necessary to be prepared for anything and have a plan B to avoid the lack of product and being told that everything on the menu cant be made just whatever they had already made.

This was one of the worst experiences ever!!! Decided to take my kids out for some ice cream only to be disappointed with horrible ice cream and even worst service! Not to mention the hair that was in our chocolate fudge sundae!! So disgusted!! The little girls working need additional training!

Just OK. The ice cream is very soft and melts surprisingly quickly. The waffle cones are good, but you should probably get a cup unless youre ready to get messy. The mix-ins are the real selling point and were plentiful, but the ice cream was only average.

Was looking for a dairy free option, but only found sorbet here. It was good, even in a waffle cone. Quick service, friendly staff.

On the door it says must wear a mask when inside. There were people inside who had mask but werent wearing them. And still seemed to get service and was even aloud to lean all over the counter. I didnt feel safe getting anything from here due to there being a pandemic in all. I honestly think they need to be shut down. I have photos and video of the whole sherade.

My kids love ice cream. So we decided to go to Marble Slab Creamery. Their ice was delicious and we all finished our ice cream. I love how they add your toppings to the ice cream. They dont just put it on top, they mix it into the ice cream. They have so many choices. Well most definitely be back!!

Updated review, best ice cream place EVER!!! I love this place so much, and now that I have a better understanding as to WHY there was no vanilla ice cream the past 4 days Im a bit more empathetic with them. I was so happy to be able to FINALLY get my favorite ice cream!!!! My favorite thing to get is vanilla ice cream, brownies, coconut, cherries, and some chocolate drizzle on a sugar cone.

Best ice cream in town, we usually go to this place and the quality is always the best, lots of options for add ons too

The ice cream is good but the service was lacking as followed; we stood there for a good 7 minutes without being helped and were met with what I can only assume is a new staff member working by themselves. They were not wearing any gloves and could not follow simple instructions and was slightly rude.

Great ice cream! Customer service was pretty good too. We will definitely be back next time were in town.

Soo many flavors!! You can mix any ice cream together with as many free mix-ins as you like. The plain cones were free just like the mix-ins. They even have a rewards system!! I love it here!

I LOVE Marble Slab! The ice cream is fantastic and the variety of both the ice cream, toppings and cones are numerous. The people that serve the ice cream and make the cones are talented and friendly. Its also right next to the theater, which makes it perfect for an after movie treat!

Great icecream, not the best ice cream shop Ive been to, but great. The only thing I dont like is that everything just feels mildly sticky. And I wish they sold water bottles there because everytime I get icecream I want water. Staff is nice, it is a little pricey though

Top notch customer service! Very friendly staff. They greeted us as we walked in, held good conversation while preparing our ice cream, and went above and beyond to help me out. I was traveling home to Odessa and realized that my favorite icecream shop was two minutes away! We stopped in and I ordered a pint of ice cream to take home to my mother, as it is her favorite as well! We have about a two hour drive home and we’re worried about it melting. While we ate, the lady offered to put it in their freezer to make it as hard as possible and then put it inside a bigger container to keep it insulated and from leaking all over the car. This was the sweetest gesture and I want to give a big Kuddos to the two girls working today, 2/10/2019! Keep up the great work and thank you for helping me surprise my mom!!

This place always satisfies my sweet tooth. What I love about this place is that you can add any extra toppings to your icecream free of charge and the icecream is always good. Oh yeah they also have a drive through when you dont want to get off.

Came in today, got looked at by staff and had one finally come oddly twirling (awkward) tried making order but they couldnt make the order because low supply, laughing it off, and the other like I dont even know how to do those. I started feeling uncomfortable and just left. I see your hiring is it to fire your unprofessional staff?

I like the ice cream here, but I recently went about an hour before closing time and they had already removed several things that they normally serve. I was unable to get what I wanted. Also the girl serving the ice cream had a charm bracelet and no gloves. Seemed quite unsanitary to be sticking her entire hand in the ice cream containers, then going to cash register and then back to serving ice cream. Makes me not want to go back any time soon.

Just spent 45 mins in the drive thru. After about 15 minutes the girl came to the window, and said hold on(rudely). I saw they were pretty steady inside, so I said no problem. She helped everyone that was in line. Then 3 huge trucks full of people came in, i saw them walk in while i was still waiting. Instead of telling them that she would take my order, and be right back with them she took all of their orders as well. 30 mins later another associate came to the window and said did she take your order? I told him no. He was apologetic, and tried to make up to make up for the other associate. I ordered only to be told they were out of the ice cream I wanted. After 45 mins, I just said forget it and drove off. Customer service has really fine down here lately, and its a shame, because it use to be my favorite ice cream place. Guess we are going to go back to baskin robbins( and thats a shame).
